La habitación amplia y cómoda la calidad de la comida del restaurant no es buena y no justifica el precio. Esta ubicado muy retirado tanto del centro como de los distintos complejos de bares y restaurantes y sigue, a pesar de ello, , ubicado en un lugar poblado.

- Brien (10/5): I had a wonderful stay. It was luxurious and relaxing at a low price. - I really enjoyed this hotel, especially because of the pools, the hot and wet saunas, and the exercise room. The grounds are really pretty. There's even a nature trail that goes up the mountain. The staff was very friendly and let me store my luggage all day after checkout before my night bus. Breakfast was good. There were lots of bread based options. Apart from breads there were eggs, yogurt, and fruit. I didn't travel with my kids but I would happily bring them to this hotel. There's a whole game room for kids with lots of books, arts and crafts, and toys. I don't have much to complain about. I really liked this hotel and would definitely go back to it. The best I could suggest is that the pool, sauna, and exercise room open earlier and close later. They close pretty early (8pm).

- Samuel (7/5): Praktisches Hotel mit Verbesserungspotenzial bei Sauberkeit & Ruhe - Schöne Anlage nahe am Zentrum von VCP. Freundliches Personal. Bei der Sauberkeit muss die Unterkunft zulegen, sowohl in den Zimmern als auch im Frühstücksraum. Für den Preis ist es definitiv zu wenig sauber. Zudem hat es viele Kinder und die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig. Das stört in der Nacht und am Morgen.

- Celeste (5/5): No parece 4 estrellas - Muy bien ubicado y el personal muy amable La cama súper incómoda , la ducha muy chica , las paredes parece que son de durloc,, se escuchaba todo de la habitación del lado . Un bebé que lloraba. Al otro día el ruido y la gente que pasaba por el pasillo .. a la hora de ir a la pileta climatizada el agua no estaba tan caliente y el jacuzzi todo sucio
- Cecilia (7/5): Agradable. - Habitación amplia Desayuno. No hay ascensor. El aire acondicionado del cuarto hacia mucho ruido,imposible dormir con el aire. La ducha del baño muy pequeña y muy poca luz. Creo que el hotel no está a la altura de un hotel de 4 estrellas.

- Marissa (8/5): - El club kids.Excelente la disposición de los profes y el equipamiento. La temperatura de la pileta cubierta. Para usar en invierno estába bastante fresca.

- cynpa (9/5): BUENAS VACACIONES DE INVIERNO - Club Kids, las piletas, el predio en general, es muy bueno. las actividades recreativas fueron muy buenas. La actitud del personal, siempre cordiales y serviciales. Los sillones que estaban al aire libre, frente a club kids eran muy duros e incomodos y los precios de las comidas en general y las noches temáticas, eran excesivos. La porción de papas es pequeña con el costo de una hamburguesa en el hotel, por aplicación pediamos 2 combos muchos mas completos. y ya deberían de cambiar, esas políticas de frigobar donde una bebida sale 3 veces mas. eso ya es antiguo

- diego (8/5): Para ser un Resort Spa falta separar los sectores de adultos y niños, no se puede descanar. - Me gusto la habitacion, el gimnasio La pileta estaba fria, y cuando reclame no me dieron solucion, mucho ruido por las noches de chicos corriendo, el sector del sauna lo usaban los chicos para secarse, falta control.
