- SALBIAH (7/5): - The room is spacious and clean. Location of the hotel is great, beside the Pahlawan Mall and opposite Mahkota Parade Mall. Check in was a breeze. The shower holder was not in good working condition, the shower head kept tilting downwards making it difficult to use the shower head. The breakfast spread good have been better. The plain porridge was very watery. The room lighting was very dim.

- Mama (7/5): - Breakfast ok, all staffs are extremely friendly and helpful There appeared to be old blood stains on the room curtains, which was extremely unpleasant and unhygienic. The toilet seat cover had visible old dirt and stains, showing poor cleanliness standards. There was a mirror directly facing the bed, which made the room feel uncomfortable and unsettling. The window was too close to the opposite room, offering very little privacy. For a 5-star hotel, the hygiene, room setup, and overall experience did not meet expectations. I hope the hotel will take this feedback seriously and provide a proper explanation or resolution.

- Jabed (1/5): Very bad system, very bad management. - Nothing I was requesting early check-in when I made the booking, as I have a child with me. I traveled for a long time with my child and when I reached the hotel, it was almost one o'clock. My check-in time was three o'clock. I requested them to arrange for me to check in a little early. I have a child with me. I requested them to allow me to check in early while booking, but they did not help me. Even after making many requests to them, they did not listen. Then they told me that if you want to get a room before 3 pm, you have to pay 150 RM for 2 hours. I was forced to pay 150 RM for 2 hours. Very bad system, very bad management.

- STan (10/5): Affordable stay in a central location. - Rooms are big and clean. Location is very central, next to the malls and about 10 minutes walk to Jonker and the main tourism sites. Nothing.
