- Anthony (8/5): Not bad for an overnight stay - An easy hotel to find a not bad for an overnight stop. The breakfast was good and so was the dinner but, in the afternoon and at dinner, there was no milk to add to the coffee. At dinner we did at least get chantilly cream for the coffee.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Pratique pour prendre le TGV, c'est tout - Dommage de ne pas avoir été prévenu auparavant qu'il y avait des travaux dans l'hôtel. Coups de marteau jusqu'à 22h puis de nouveau du bruit tôt le matin. Petit-déjeuner avec des produits pas de 1ère fraîcheur (pudding) et un pressoir à jus sale. Chambre loin d'être nickel. Personnel aimable et emplacement pratique pour accéder à la gare à pied.

En revanche pour le restaurant c'est un 0 pointé : 45 min pour prendre la commande. 15 min après on me sert mon plat : ou est passé mon entrée et mon apéro ? Après de nouveau 15 min d'attente on m'apporte enfin l'entrée. 30 min après l'entrée la serveuse me demande si je veux quelques chose ensuite.... Oui je veux bien mon plat qui n'a pas été lancé... Encore 15 min d'attente pour avoir mon plat. Puis au moment du dessert le dessert choisi au début du repas n'était plus disponible... Au final plus de 2h pour manger !!! Seul restaurant de la zone, impossible de manger autre part sans véhicule.

Nous avions demandé un aménagement particulier (demandé qui a été retrouvée à la réception). Cet aménagement a été respecté à la lettre. Nous avions prévu de dîner dehors mais finalement la proposition à la réception a été retenue (de dîner sur place - Restaurant Courte Paille attenant à l’hôtel). Tout était réglé d’avance donc départ très facile le matin (déposer la clé dans une boîte). Petit dej buffet vraiment copieux et de qualité. Personnel très agréable.

J'aurais volontiers mis la note maximale, mais il y a eu un petit moins au restaurant : c'était très bon, mais incroyablement long. Nous avons attendu 45 minutes que quelqu'un vienne prendre notre commande alors que nous avions une réservation pour 19h30.

Le restaurant ne relève pas le niveau, je ne reçois pas la totalité de ce que j’ai demandé, et ici problème d’odeur aussi: une pomme au four qui sent mauvais, que je n’ai pas touché par sécurité. Un poulet bien trop cuit, une sauce à l’opposée de ce que j’ai demandé. J’aurai souhaité terminé mon repas avec une infusion et une douceur mais personne n’est venu prendre ma commande.

- Brian (10/5): Excellent hotel, great staff. - We was delighted with our stay at this hotel. We was greeted by a delightful man named Eric (Erik?). I believe he was the bar manager as well. He spoke excellent English and is an absolute assest to the Hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. All other staff at the hotel were extremely pleasant also. The hotel has excellent Covid measures in place, that made us feel extremely safe!. The Hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean. There is a bar and dining area. We ate dinner on the evening of our stay, and it was more than adequate. There is a secure free parking area, that your vehicle is safe in. We had a complimentary bottle of water, and sweets in the room which was a welcome touch after a long journey. We will definitely stay here again.

- Verified traveler (8/5): HOTEL BY THE TGV GARE - The usual type of accomodation for Ibis Styles. There is a restaurant on site, which was just O.K. Unfortunately there is nowhere else to eat in the vicinity as the surrounding buildings seem to be all offices. This is a rather strange location next to the TGV station and is a bit off the beaten track if heading south.
- Sandra (10/5): One good night sleep - We stayed one night because we had a TGV to catch early the next morning. The station is a few minutes walk from the hotel and there is a designated path for pedestrians. The room was simple and functional with a magnificent view on the station and the mountains and on the sunrise that morning. There were electric shutters, in case people need to sleep in. The bed was very comfortable with a nice duvet and top matress. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was included and well organized in time of covid, with hand sanitizer, individual thongs to grab bread and fruits. There was a good choice of pastries, breads, yogurts, fruits, ham and cheese and a self service coffee machine. Staff was friendly. We forgot a shirt in the room, called them and they said they will ship it to us. In short, if you need to stay by the Valence TGV station, Ibis Styles is a great option.
- Marie-Laure (8/5): Bien mais a vu mieux dans d'autres IS - Comme tout Ibis Style, hôtel propre, avec chambre spacieuse et service petit déjeuner convenable. Le personnel est poli, attentif et souriant. Le quartier, bien que vendant peu de reve, est très calme. Seuls bémols: la vue sur montagne mise en avant sur le site est relative (plutôt vue sur les bâtiments alentours avec silhouette de montagne au très très loin) et le service restauration médiocre. On ne peut pas vous faire de réservation en terrasse ni ne vous proposer une table bien située au motif que vous êtes seule. Décevant.

Et pour un enfant de 7 ans c'était je cite "le paradis des enfants" 😜😅 très court séjour mais tres appréciable !

They printed my train ticket which was a relief as Valence TGV has a barrier and you must present your ticket to access the platform. This time I picked my breakfast items the night before, it was ready for me in the morning. Normally there would be an excellent buffet, however this was a brilliant option and everyone still got a very good breakfast in a very safe environment. I thought this was so good as there was no where open in the train station and no food on the trains at the moment. So thoughtful of the Ibis. Lots of helpful information throughout the Hotel keeping residents safe. The rooms are comfortable, and the bathroom spacious, immaculate throughout the Hotel. This is my favourite stopping off place on my way to the South of France or returning back to UK. Gorgeous views of the mountains, the holiday definitely starts here.
- Diane (10/5): Great Hotel,next to Valence TGV station - Very friendly and helpful staff, easy check in and check out. Great rooms with lovely view of mountains. Good spacious bathroom. Everything clean, Complimentary tea, fruit teas, coffee and pastries in reception area. Complimentary breakfast excellent with very good choice. Short walk from Valence TGV station to the Hotel, just make sure you exit the station from the correct side of the tracks, you can see the hotel from the large windows at the end of the waiting area. The beds are very comfortable, rooms air conditioned, good restaurant. Im looking forward to staying again in April.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Für ein Ibis-Hotel richtig gut - Ungewöhnlich für Frankreich: Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant spricht gutes Englisch, und teils sogar Deutsch. Das wurde sofort positiv notiert. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend gross und sauber. Und relativ ruhig. Wie zu erwarten ist die Umgebung nicht wirklich toll. Einen Romantikurlaub mag man hier eher nicht verbringen. Und zuletzt: Der Parkplatz ist abgeriegelt. Nachdem schon 2-mal etwas aus dem Dienstfahrzeug gestohlen wurde ist das ein unschlagbarer Vorteil.

À vérifier votre facture les prix peuvent être différents de ceux de la carte.( pour ma part +5 € qui m'ont été remboursés)
