Sara (8/5): Pleasant - The location of this property is awesome and my kid loves the pool here. Digital check in was a breeze and you can even pick your room day before check in. Food at the hotel was abhorrent. They gave my child warmed up macaroni salad as Mac n cheese and the pizza was burnt so bad it stunk up the room when we opened the box. Service was great, I don’t know what’s going on with the cooks there.
Catilyn (10/5): Amazing to stay with younger kids , just plan else where to eat. - The bedrooms were clean , the pool area is amazing for little ones and the staff are always so friendly and nice. I felt the dinner food offered at their restaurant was way over priced and not the best. We had a total of 3 large family’s that stayed. 13 of us total with kids. And not one person cared for the food. they offer candy, chips , soda ect for snacks if wanted during your stay and the prices are tripled Not worth it.

Mary (5/5): Disconnected employees - The hotel was clean. The room as clean and accommodating. The desk staff had a "please don't bother me" attitude. On our day of checkout, the guy working the desk didn't even acknowledge us or ask us "how can I help you" when we approached the desk to check out. He just looked at us and stared with a look that was interpreted as saying "what do you want and why are you bothering me?!?", waiting for us to talk first. The girls on the night before were the same .... they never said "can I help you" or any thing to me or my daughter .... just looked up and waited for us to speak first. They don't dress very professional as well. Jeans and a hoody??? I expect more from Hilton. The only employee who acted like a Hilton type employee - who showed any respect and training skills - was the bartender, who also was the waitress the next morning at breakfast. She did her job well, and with kindness and respect. I left with this feeling - all these people are college students who have better places to be and can't wait until their shift is done! Hilton is NOT well represented with these workers.

Aesthetically pleasing. 1) I have come to expect a free continental breakfast at hotels, but there was non free cont breakfast here. 2) I have also come to expect the room will be furnished with coffee containers for my use of the Keurig in the room; but my room had no caffeainated coffees, only had 3 teas and 1 decaf container; when I went to the front desk to ask for a couple of caffeinated containers, the clerk had a difficult time finding any in her box of extras, and she commented that that was probably because so many other people had come to her asking for caffeinated coffee containers ... I would think that sending someone to buy a box of keurigs would be no big deal. 3) The television was disappointing, offering 'extra' things like Netflix, but not basic things (as far as I could tell) like CNN, ESPN, PBS, ABC, etc ...

The reception staff, especially the day shift and night shift gentleman, the breakfast restaurent ladies were very welcoming and made the breakfast experience good. Look forward to the next stay. The Mexican restaurant near the hotel was also very good.

Jessica (2/5): - I was told that i could have a small bday party at the pool for my 6 year old autistic son. When his only cousin showed up they refused to let his cousin swim and said we dont allow bday parties when i called to confirm this on 3 separate occasions before checking in. If they dont offer this then why did they allow us to keep the cake in their walk in fridge? Also the beds were so uncomfortable and my bed had a spider in it and the tile in the bathroom was broken. Horrible experience and i decided to leave a day early due to the inconvenience they caused. Never will i recommend this hotel to anyone.

The parking is easy and we walked over to the mall just across the parking lot which was nice. Conveniently located near the university. Jennifer (2/5): - I went to check-in, their system was down, and instead of an apology or explanation, I got yelled at by the front desk for asking "are you ready for me?" when I approached the desk. The WORST part (because things happen) was when I called the manager on Monday, there was defensive reaction, no apology and no "what can we do to make this right". I had to book & stay at another hotel where I was treated wonderfully! This is not my first negative run-in with a Hilton. What has happened to this hotel? Never again!!

I called the hotel and Isaiah answered (poor soul); I told him I was on the corner of Maple Rd & Newport Rd and he took the time to find my whereabouts on a map and told me exactly how to get back to where I should be to reach the hotel. Steve (8/5): Good Hotel But Not Perfect For Us - Very attractive, generally comfortable hotel. We had an "accessible" room that was huge. Bathroom was large and would easily accommodate a wheelchair even in the shower. The negatives (for us) were that we found both beds to be too soft. Also, although the restaurant was attractive and the server was great, there were no vegan options for breakfast except for the buffet but that cost $24. We just don't eat that much for breakfast. (I had a nice yogurt and fruit bowl for $10 but yogurt isn't vegan so my companion made due with coffee). So, very nice hotel but not ideal for us.
