Guest Reviews
- Andrea (10/5): My wife and I were on a short getaway for some alone time. We walked the streets at night and enjoyed the view from our - The property is beautiful.
- David (8/5): -
- Susan (7/5): The cost of the room was too high for the lack of amenities - Location was convenient for our needs. They did not have a refrigerator in the room nor any ice dispenser throughout the floors. Staff needed to be reached out to in order to get ice.
Bed had thin layer as top cover and not comfy. Had to ask twice for a blanket.
- Daniel (10/5): -
- Sarah (9/5): -
- John (10/5): Comfortable - Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.
- RICHARD (5/5): - Morning coffee available for free. Hot water took over 5 minutes to reach room. Hotel should install hot water circulator. Sometimes even with hot water in shower water temperature would revert to ice cold.
- 836carov (10/5): Great experience - We had an amazing time and loved the lobby
- Zizza999 (10/5): highly recommend - Great location. Close to many major subway lines and Union Square. Very clean rooms with responsive air conditioning, which was nice because it was unseasonably hot in late-March/early-April. Friendly staff too.
The beds were also comfortable and the room (on the eighth floor) was reasonably quiet.
- nancygO217AB (10/5): Nice night sleep and great location - Great hotel - very convenient and the inside rooms are quiet! Yay for NYC - a room you can sleep peacefully in. This is a great little hotel.
- Mobile62743886491 (10/5): Service is the difference - Outstanding staff and facility. I would recommend for anyone staying in this area.
- Britt (8/5): - Location is great. Close to subway. Dark in the room.
- Z389ESchristopherr (10/5): Great stay over spring break - Smaller hotel, very friendly staff, including Alejandro, everyone at the front desk, and building engineers. And great location, nice chance of pace from the usual midtown hotels.
- 972alviny (10/5): kind staff - Algandro is so kind and helpful
- Peter (7/5): -
- Hoppysport (10/5): Best Manhattan Hotel Stay Ever. 5-stars and Beyond - From the neighborhood to the staff, the best hotel experience I've ever had in Manhattan. The room was perfect. Even had a terrace room, which took an already great room and stay to another level.
Josh and Becca at the front desk were otherworldly.
Food choices steps from the hotel were terrific and very reasona. Xi'an Famous Foods, Unregular Pizza, Dos Toros, Dig Inn, Cava were great. Inside the hotel, Bowery Road Union Square was outstanding and beautifully built-out. And two thumbs up to Schmackary's, an incredible cookie and ice-cream place. What a great staff too!

- zhihaoh2020 (2/5): Terrible Newyork union square Hyatt experience… - I paid extra money for 2 beds larger room and clearly shown in my Priceline app, but hotel insisted they saw different reservation number. Either hotel or Priceline cheated me…. After lots of calls, I was kicked back and forward by Hyatt and Priceline, I am tired, so just let it go and I swear never use Hyatt and Priceline any more……
- hrishavraj_555 (10/5): Must Stay in Hyatt Union Square when in NYC - The hotel is located near Union Square Park in East Village and is at a walkable distance from most of NYC’s hotspots. The room was equipped with whatever I needed and the room service was excellent.
The service was amazing and one of the service staff - Alejandro - helped me through my stay here be it recommendations for shopping or to explore new restaurants/bars.
- Inspire32661494872 (4/5): Misleading information - Alejandro told us the standard car service from the Hyatt Union Square would be $100. When we arrived at the airport the driver told us it was $110.
- joshgellers (10/5): High end stay, family friendly - I’ve stayed at a lot of Hyatt properties over the years, but this one really takes the cake! The room was beautiful, Hyatt member service was exceptional, and we had a terrific ride back to the airport. Alejandro really took care of us (especially on a Friday at rush hour).
- kayeb234 (10/5): Lovely hotel, friendly staff - I had a lovely stay here. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Alejandro was especially helpful with getting my (many) bags loaded into my cab -- I will be staying here again!
- Vishnu Mohan Reddy (10/5): -
- Prash (7/5): -
- mferreyra (4/5): Nos robaron en la habitación y no hicieron nada - We were robbed in room 507 at the Hyatt Union Square hotel. Two bags with belongings, one of them from The Met with museum souvenirs. 24 hours later, no one has done anything at the hotel, they have not taken responsibility, they haven’t reviewed the cameras, and all they say is ‘we’ll see,’ ‘that’s all we can do,’ ‘we’ll talk to the housekeeper’.
Please avoid this hotel if you can for your safety. Now we must let the baggages closed before leaving our room.
- jenagrossman (10/5): Great location. - Great location near Union square. Staff was great and Alejandro was super helpful and friendly!
- hyeyoungc613 (10/5): Sad to leave but will definitely stay here again. (My parents especially loved if here) - I honestly think Hyatt Union Square New York is one of the best places to stay. The people who work in the front desk as well as the people who you first encounter gives a friendly and memorable expectation the stay will be offering top notch hospitality. The rooms had one of the most comfortable sofas I have experienced… and in case you forgot to bring a necessity you are encouraged to call the front desk. I was able to experience and make memories with my family. There are also good(some top notch) restaurants near by but you can also DoorDash or use a delivery app. Transportation is prime location considering any tourist attractions (great location,) and there are many theaters around the area.
I appreciated the consistency of the people who work here. The people are genuine and honors their role and takes importance in hospitality - and are always willing to be of offering an extra hand, or help,
I got the impression the people that stay here starts smiling too.
Everything was perfect from the beginning till the last night.
The waiting area (lounge) and the restaurant downstairs are a great place to meet with friends.
There are Parking lots available around the area that charges by hour.
- K4667YJseann (10/5): Awesome place to stay - Fantastic and friendly Hyatt. Great location. A big thanks to Michelle, Corey, and Joshua. You guys are the best and make us feel right at home. You wont go wrong with staying at this place. Clean, professional and GREAT SERVICE.
- tracyd557 (10/5): Great stay at Hyatt Union Square - As someone who has been to NYC several times, this is a fantastic location—Union Square is so convenient with easy subway access, great restaurants, and shopping all within walking distance. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and a great place to recharge after busy days exploring the city.
A special shout-out to Michelle at the front desk and the doorman for their kindness and helpfulness—they really made our stay feel welcoming. I stayed here with my daughter, and it was the perfect home base for our NYC trip. I would absolutely stay here again!
- triciaflynnm (10/5): Good value close to Metro - Very happy with our stay. High floor room had floor to ceiling windows that opened. Very quiet. Excellent service. Two blocks to Union Square metro with easy access to trains uptown, west side and Brooklyn. Refrigerator was on request but arrived within 5 minutes. Would definitely stay again.
- Adesd194 (10/5): Great Stay! - Alejandro was amazing and attentive. Greeted us every time and ensured we were taken care of! Overall we would stay here again.
- jeffreysX5912DO (10/5): Great Travel Experience - I had another excellent three-day stay at the Hyatt Union Square New York. The front desk staff were exceptional throughout my visit—always friendly, helpful, and consistently professional. They truly make guests feel welcome and appreciated. The doorman and bell staff were equally impressive, quickly assisting with luggage and making it easy to hail taxis whenever I needed one. I stay at this hotel several times a year and it continues to exceed expectations. The recently remodeled lobby and lobby bar feel more open, modern, and sleek, creating a great atmosphere. The location is unbeatable, with multiple subway lines at Union Square just a block away, making it incredibly convenient to reach anywhere in New York City.
- butterycharli (10/5): Michelle an Alejandro make you feel like a star! - This place is perfect for location, modern rooms and exceptional service. Michelle at the front desk is professional, cares a lot and exudes patience. Alejandro, brings the positive upbeat energy and is very helpful no matter what you ask of him.
- M6622MRgregh (10/5): Alejandro took good care of us and our luggage. Even had a car was waiting when it was time for us to go to the airport - Excellent hotel in an excellent location for our purposes at NYU.
- bryn814 (10/5): Alejandro is the best! - Alejandro is amazing! He’s so friendly & helpful. He set up a ride for us, gave us umbrellas, constantly checked in with us throughout the stay. He was the best part of our stay!
- _C8762EH (10/5): Great stay - Really enjoyed my stay here. The location is perfect for getting around and the room was great. The staff were all solid—shout out to Alejandro at the door for being so welcoming and friendly every time I came in. Definitely recommend!
- nikkibC3633EX (10/5): Excellent staff - Location was great, staff was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again. Used the gym facilities daily. Provided water and the gym and it was clean. The staff at hotel was so kind. When our trip was extended due to weather and flight issue they were able to accomadate us and keep us in the same room.
- heatherlouisei (10/5): Great staff, clean room, awesome bar - Excellent services, easy check in and the room was clean. Stayed for a couple of nights for work and the location was super convenient. Cool hotel. Good music to welcome you into a very cozy vibe. Great bar!
- kaustubh-karkare (10/5): Great staff! - We stayed in this hotel for a week while visiting for work! The location and the room quality was good. The staff was really helpful with all our requests - special shoutout to Alejandro, who went above and beyond! Definitely recommend staying here!
- gjchang1020 (10/5): Will be coming back - Great location, reasonable prices, good service. Alejandro did a wonderful job!
- Marine (8/5): Great location and good standard fo NY. Lovely lobby and bar - Great location and nice lobby! The room the first two light was very dark and small. They finally upgraded me the third night on the 8th floor which was much better as I am also a world of Hyatt member. Not a free bottle of water in the room! Some rooms have very little light. And shower was not practical
- John (10/5): Enjoyable - Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.
- Austine (1/5): hyatt union sqUare faces potential discrimation lawsuit - tHEY NEVER ALLOWED ME TO CHECKIN WITH MY SERVICE DOG tHEY THREW ME IN THE STREET WITH MY SERVICE DOG AND DENIED BOOKING.COM CONFIRMATION NUMBER AND SAID THEY NEVER WANTED TO BE BOTHERED WITH ME AGAIN THEN THEY CALLED POLICE
- Sherpa18682190297 (10/5): Staff went above and beyond! - This was my first stay at the Hyatt Union Square. I had been visiting family, staying at another hotel when flights started being cancelled due to the blizzard. I moved to the Hyatt Union Square for two nights and ultimately had to extend my stay. The staff, particularly Don (Donnie) the Bell Guy and the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate my needs which included having to change rooms during the stay (as my original room was already booked), locating my daughter's lost headphones and offering me an upgrade on the room change. As I am returning in two days, the staff generously offered to store a few of my belongings that I purchased while stuck in the city. This staff has won me over and I will be staying with them while visiting my daughter in college over the next four years!
The only feedback I could give is that it is important to note that the bathrooms are not private. In the standard rooms, the sink and mirror are in the room itself and the shower door is transparent, so if you are staying with more than one person, this could be awkward. In the suite I booked, there was a door on the bathroom, but it was also transparent. This seems to be a trend in hotel design, but is definitely something that would prompt me to choose a different hotel with more privacy.
Very nice lobby area!
- Emma (8/5): Good stay in a great location. - Clean, great location, friendly staff and modern. The water in the room wasn’t complimentary - had to pay $6 for it, water should be available for free or atleast have water stations on the floor. Also no robe as available in the room. I also tried to call in-house dining from the room and the phone was dead and didn’t work so I couldn’t do that.
- dabd2026 (10/5): Customer Service Was Awesome - Alejandro was the best customer service member I’ve ever met. Love this guy and will be back for him! The hotel also was amazing.
- christine (3/5): Challenging - Position The room heating did not work during the very cold period. They deducted money from my credit card without telling me. No invoice
- ficklefeynman (4/5): Fumes tarnished an otherwise great hotel - Great location and service. But the room elevator and hallways smelled like paint / paint thinner. Clear the hotel is doing some kind of work / renovation and I would have expected this handled better and clear before booking. The staff were helpful and I was able to switch rooms to one with a less strong smell, but seems like the hotel was masking the fumes with deoderizer instead of addressing the core issue (dealing with the source of the fumes).
Stayed only for one night so can’t say if this is a pervasive issue or just a one off.
- TheNatiFam (8/5): good hotel, but one issue issue - Relatively quiet area, but close to subway station. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming.
Room was modern and clean and the bed was comfortable.
Late at night a bad smell started filling the room. It smelled like acetone or varnish. It was bad enough to give us a headache and prevented us from sleeping.
- stewartdesignstx (10/5): Spacious room for NYC - Great hotel to stay with 3 people in the room. Plenty of space and toilet had its on separate door from wash area allowing more privacy. They had 2 closets and full dressing mirror in room.
- William A. Sam (7/5): -
- Lee Ann (8/5): -
- D (7/5): Modern business hotel. Not at par with Hyatt. - Modern layout Food service no good. Property is getting old.
- Marek (3/5): Unremarkable - Flexibility in check out after my morning business meetings I could not get any room service after midnight so I called the desk and was told to order from the outside. I went to sleep hungry and thirsty.
- Kamilla (1/5): Did not stay wanted to get refund - horrible - still waiting for answer - Nothing I liked. The photos they have is from HOW THE HOTEL WILL BE LATER, not like it is now. i did booked my stay with Hyatt Square New york but when i came there it was not like on the photos, the lobby was on the other side, everything closed outside and a very silly door on the side and A LOT of construction work. Totally disaster. I told the woman in the lobby I could not stay there because I do feel scamed.
I asked for refund and the woman in the lobby was nice and told me that she understood my situation and I could just leave and get refund free of charge. I went to other hotel in the neighbourhood and enjoyed. BUT I never got my refund from the hotel and they dont answered my emails or anything when i tried to contact them.
Just please get aware and go to some other hotel f.ex. motto by hilton is very nice on simular price.
- Kate (6/5): - Comfortable bed No valet parking.
Had to take care of my own car.
- Baohua (7/5): -
- Paige (4/5): disappointing, unattractive, not helpful, sorta rude, extremely disorganized. - the location was convenient, and the bed was comfortable. the hotel is under renovation. it looked bad because of the renovation construction. the night staff was exceptionally rude and unhelpful. the phones weren’t working, so they couldn’t call to tell me my room was ready and i couldn’t get in touch with them when i needed anything. the rooms didn’t have basic things, like a fridge, mini bar, slippers, etc. for a four star hotel, it felt more like a 2 star. there wasn’t even a doorman. insane. way overpriced, and i should have stayed down the street literally anywhere else.
- katherine Noel (6/5): It was a perfect location ... and the staff very friendly..... the dining area was lovely. - Greeted with big smiles, room was nice. The whole hotel lobby is under construction and I did not know that when booking ... it would have been nice to know that ... I do like to enjoy hotel lobbys in the morning with coffee while others with me are sleeping .
- Brad (10/5): Great choice for Union Square. Did not feel like a Hyatt, felt more boutique - Great size for union square.
Loved the bed and the shower.
Staff absolutely fantastic. Sound from street, but that is New York, makes it feel authentic.
- Chonnettia (7/5): -
- 632brittm (10/5): 10/10, would stay again! - Great location, and very cute inside! All staff members that we interacted with were extremely kind and helpful. The hotel felt clean and met all of our needs. We had initial hopes for a higher floor assignment but ended up on the second floor, which turned out to be amazing! We had our own personal patio which was so nice to come back to and hang out on when the weather was nice. Loved the complimentary glass of prosecco, too!!
- Kamila (10/5): -
- smigen (9/5): -
- peterbW1206RY (6/5): Spotlight into Room - We got "upgraded" to the city view room, which sounded great, but we now literally have spotlights shining directly into the room. Thank god they have black curtains, but it defeats the purpose as there is no view.
- Jacqueline (10/5): - Location was perfect for all our needs. Very easy to get around. Our room was perfect, it was on the top floor and very spacious.
- Erin (10/5): Clean and friendly spot in an excellent location. Bonus was restaurant and bar - Location was great. Hotel was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly.
- ankitvikrant74 (8/5): Very good stay minus the old TV. - Very helpful staff and spotless rooms. The hotel offers complementary prosecco at their new lobby bar. The TV in our room was very old and could use an upgrade.

- 766clays (10/5): Great Family Setup - My wife and I have stayed here multiple times, but this was the first time we brought our daughters (both under 10). They had a blast and the hotel was very helpful in getting us connected rooms!
Any parent knows the deep breath you take before checking in and hoping the connected rooms were honored, but that wasn't necessary here as it was no problem and they confirmed they were connected right away.
It was a great place for the family to be near an area of the city that has plenty going on, but is still less stressfully overrun and busy than somewhere like midtown. Also, the access to the subway to get uptown quickly was great for runs to shows and other things. Great family hotel.
- Traveler323Usa (10/5): Great experience w/ great team members & very hospitable and comfortable stay - Great pre-Christmas stay at the Hyatt Union Square - staff were so hospitable and accommodating, ensuring we had our requested adjoining rooms for our stay. Very nice perks being a Hyatt member & great tips on things to do around the area. Clean rooms & spacious for NYC! A really nice hotel, very well-run, incredible location & super team. Will definitely stay here again & highly recommend.
- Austine (10/5): -
- 238yw (2/5): Terrible experience at Hyatt Union Square NY - There’s plenty of hotels nearby. Don’t book here unless you want your reservation to not be honored and for guest services that doesn’t actually follow through with your requests. You may also be overcharged without your consent.
- Metin (6/5): - Location and room size After a 9-day stay, I can say that the hotel is run in a rather amateur manner. Our stay began with sarcastic jokes from the receptionist we dealt with during check-in, a window that wouldn’t fully close and let cold air in, and unnamed managers who responded to complaints by saying “we’re looking into it” but never actually did.
This is a hotel where, despite the sheets being freshly changed, you notice the smell of sweat as soon as you lie down, and where your door is frequently knocked on by staff, each time followed by an awkward “oh sorry, I knocked by mistake.” It is also a hotel with an internet setup that works in the room but not in the lobby.
This is also a hotel where, after a false fire alarm in the middle of the night, the phone didn’t work, we had to go outside into the snow, received no information from anyone, and no announcement was even made. On another day, due to a broken elevator, you end up carrying your luggage down the fire stairs.
I also witnessed many friends staying at the hotel being charged on their credit cards without any valid reason; once they disputed the charges, the transactions were reversed.
Despite its great location, the hotel is understaffed — both in numbers and in competence. Even the coffee machine doesn’t work properly. The gym is filled with expensive equipment, yet there isn’t even a single yoga mat. There is always something missing.

- Ashley (2/5): Horrible - The shower was not hot Dirty and no hot water
- Stephanie (10/5): Large room, great location! - The remodeled lobby & bar are beautiful! Front desk staff was was welcoming & helpful. Doorman is a bonus! Stayed in a single, king room and it was larger than most in New York City! Large bathroom & shower too! For a Saturday night stay, it was a great value!
- Zhang (3/5): The soundproofing is really terrible. - The hygiene is excellent, and the location is very convenient. I arrived in New York a day earlier than my reservation, and it was already past 11 p.m. I asked the front desk if there were any rooms available, and they said, "I'm pretty sure there is no room available, but I can check for you." After checking, they told me there were actually two rooms available... I thought to myself, "Weren’t you ‘pretty sure’ there weren’t any?" Then they said if I wanted to book one, I’d better not do it through other platforms because it would take about two hours to process. That made sense to me, so I spent 15 minutes booking an extra room for that night on their official website. Just as I was about to move my luggage, the front desk added, "Oh, by the way, there’s municipal maintenance in New York tonight, so the hotel will have no water." I was shocked and asked, "What? Why didn’t you mention that earlier?" They replied, "There’s nothing we can do—it’s city maintenance. But you’ll be able to shower by 6 a.m., and it’s only for tonight."
Having just flown for 15 hours with jet lag, I really wanted a hot shower and a good night’s sleep. I told the front desk, "Forget it, I’ll stay at another hotel." The next day, when I checked in, a different front desk staff member informed me, "There’s municipal maintenance in New York tonight, so the hotel will have no water." I said, "What? The staff last night told me it was only for last night and wouldn’t happen again." She responded, "No, it’s also tonight, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m." In the end, I rushed back to the hotel after 9 p.m. to take a shower, only to find that the water still hadn’t been cut off past 10 p.m. I’m not sure who was mistaken, but overall, the front desk seemed very confused.
Also, I know New York streets can be noisy, with sirens every day, so I specifically chose a larger room for comfort.

- Susan (10/5): - Great location
Good service
- 363roccoc (10/5): Great service - Hotel atmosphere was modern and sophisticated. The service at the front desk was fast, friendly and they were very accomidating. When house keep delivered additional towels to my room I asked them where the ice machines were located. She did not hesitate and was off to get me ice. I quickly stopped her and let her know I was asking because I needed it for the next morning. She asked me what time would I like to receive the ice. Sure enough the ice showed up the next morning at 8:00 AM as I asked. I was so impressed. I would surely return to this property the next time I am in this area.

- AgtSchrader (8/5): Nice hotel but some bathroom issues - Shower water pressure poor. Soap dispensers in shower mounted very high. Faucet way too close to the sink, clearance difficult to wash and fill yeti. Bed very good but pillow are overstuffed and not suitable for neck neutrality. Staff pleasant and condition of hotel very good. Housekeeping very good.

- 345karlc (2/5): Guaranteed Reservation and Credit Card Charged but No Room! - I needed to stay in Union Square to I booked this hotel for a four night stay. I did not book it directly through Hyatt, but through Amex. I had a guaranteed reservation and was charged for the first night on my Amex two days in advance. When I landed last night at JFK at 7:00 p.m. I received a call from Amex that the hotel no longer had a room for me that night and wanted to put me in another hotel I had never heard of (35 blocks away) for one night and then have me move back at my own expense to the Hyatt Union Square for the rest of my stay. No one reached out to me before 7:00 p.m. I did not have time to switch hotels that day so I was forced to scramble and find another hotel to stay at that night that could accommodate me for four days. I eventually spoke to the manager the next day and he told me that they took a room out of service that night and because I booked through Amex and not directly I had no loyalty status and therefore was selected to be booted out for the night. At it core this is a breach of contract, and I don't see how anyone can rely on a reservation here. There were apologies form the staff, but that is of little use when you your guaranteed reservation that you have already been charged for is dishonored.
- ohcurlyone88 (2/5): Horrible bathrooms - I booked a nights stay at the Hyatt Union Square in NYC. It was recommended to me by you all at Delta Vacations because it was close to where I would be working a 16 hour day. I had booked another hotel, used my points and paid, then had to switch hotels and your customer service person recommended this one, it had great ratings and was more expensive, so I changed hotels, paid more used more points, etc..
Check in was great, everything else was AWFUL. I worked from 7am - 3pm - then checked in… the trash liners were not even put back in the trash cans, they were on top… only had 20 minutes to shower, change and go back to work. The toilet seemed slow, and the shower didn’t drain!!! I couldn’t call anyone, because I had no time. So when I returned after my show at 2am the toilet was still not flushing properly… and didn’t flush for the whole night. I stepped into the shower and fell because it was so slick from not draining when I used it earlier.
- marX98TS (10/5): Weekend visit - Front desk personnel (Keanu) very professional yet/responsive. Hotel clean, safe, comfortable, enjoyable! Restaurant with good food on one side of lobby, lounge on other. Nice gym set up downstairs. Close to Union Square so metro SO easy to access.
- Sanju (3/5): Find another, cheaper place on AirBnb if you can - Location was perfect The property charged me $10 for 500 ml bottle of water which I had no idea I had to pay for until I found a note sequestered somewhere which in very tiny font said that the water had to be paid for. They didn't clean the room for 2 days and then when I asked them to, the housekeeping staff made a huge deal about it and literally demanded an exorbitant tip.
- Sanju (4/5): Expensive place - not worth it - Location was perfect. They charged me for water in the room - some exorbitant amount like $10 for a 500 ml bottle. I didn't realize until I saw a tiny note in tiny letters informing me that I'd be charged. They did not clean my room for 2 days and then I had to ask them to do so. Once I did, the cleaning staff made a huge deal of it and demanded an exorbitant tip. Really terribly expensive place - it's better to look for an AirBnb somewhere else in NY.
- josephdP7763IR (6/5): Not Quite a Hyatt Experience - Convenient location if you want to stay in Greenwich Village. Easy check-in, friendly satff, Restaurant adjacent, or plenty within short walking distance. Just miniscule rooms with open bathroom.

- Shawn (10/5): - Great location, fantastic service, comfortable and well thought out room. For its size, it was well designed to have a ton of storage so we never felt cramped.
- 443manjeetd (10/5): Excellent stay and attentive staff - Excellent visit. Hotel looks great after construction completion. Excellent staff and facilities. Will stay here again.
- wallyddk (6/5): Average stay - I chose this hotel because of the location and Union Square and it was a great location. I did experience several difficulties while at the hotel like waiting for ice for an hour and a half as well as them telling me they didn't have any wine glasses for the room. The room for decent for New York City and I probably would stay again there just because of the location.
