The staff were super nice, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They were especially very child-friendly, which made our family feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the stay. The pools were amazing — clean, spacious, and perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy. My children absolutely loved spending time there! Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended for families!

The hotel is always clean, my room was great, clean, comfy, spacious, and great value for money. It’s not very noisy at night and the employees would help out in any way they can.

Breakfast was ok but the seating layout and the location are not ideal, very noisy with the crowd. Hotel offers smoking and non smoking rooms. Although I stayed at non smoking room, I could still faithfully smell the tobacco. Bed and room were ok, as similar to other Grand Mecure standards.

He provided excellent recommendations for local dining and attractions, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. I truly appreciated his professionalism and warm hospitality. However, one downside is a bed size, it is not a king, but queen size. Hope you can consider switch it to king size. Happy that the selection was correct. The food varieties in the buffet breakfast was one of my main section criteria. The hotel did more than my expectations. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Very helpful front desk. Bluebird taxi service is available and very fast.
