The room service menu was quite limited compared with what was being offered at the onsite restaurants. It would have been nice to be able to order from these restaurant's directly.

The Front Office staff need to be trained for improving their communication skills. I had to amend my reservation dates. I was assured that it could be done. After I formalized the request I was informed of additional penalty for making the change. The matter was subsequently resolved but only after I escalated it to the hotel's senior management.

I’ve spent 25 years taking groups to hotels so I do have a lot of experience of butter service food . The temperature of both cold and warm food was inadequate and the turn over of the buffet food in the evening not high . I’ve definitely had better evening buffet service in lower states restaurants of four star and very good three star .

Персонал ответственнен и компетентен, всегда готов помочь в решении любых вопросов. Отличная звукоизоляция в номере, уборка каждый день, всегда свежее постельное белье, удобные для сна матрас, подушки и одеяло. Особо отмечу работу климат-системы в номере, выставил температуру, поставил режим "Auto" и точно ночью не заболеешь от холода из кондиционера. По питанию, брал завтраки, и с завтрака не хочется уходить, отличный апельсиновый фреш, множество готовых блюд(veg, non veg) , что-то готовят на заказ, выбор большой и полноценный. Есть открытый бассейн, шезлонги, можно порелаксировать. Рядом станция метро, с такси нет никаких проблем. Недалеко(15 мин на такси) променад-зона с кафе и ресторанами "Cyber Hub", также можно устроить шопинг в отличном ТЦ "Ambience Mall", он тоже в этом районе. На мой взгляд стоимость на блюда в меню ресторана очень высокая, но отель пять звезд, это наверное нормально.

- Nina (9/5): Taj City Centre Gurugram - The room was good and clean. The consigliere service was impeccable and the staff friendly. The driver services were excellent and easy to book. The hotel was safe.The lounge service was very good and the food was delicious. Despite the reservation, the room was not located on the lounge floors, but on the lowest floor. The pool beds were covered in bird droppings. In addition, the food service at Culina44 was really variable. Sometimes the service was impeccable, but it also happened that we did not receive our orders.

Hotel didn´t informed and didn´t issued corresponding invoices. Minor Topics: Drain in bathroom blocked and therefore bathroom was flooded. Hair dryer didn´t work

Really nice hotel 20 minutes from the airport with nice breakfast, pool and the coffee place downstairs. We would definitely come back again. Not uncommon in India but we had some communication issues with the front desk. However, they were super helpful.
- Hamood (5/5): - Excellent Facilities Undermined by Poor Dining Quality While the hotel facilities are generally of a good standard, the quality of the restaurant and in-room dining was disappointing and negatively affected our experience. More concerning was the conduct of a senior staff member responsible for managing guest seating. We requested three different seating areas, all of which appeared empty, yet each request was declined with the explanation that the tables were either already occupied or reserved. This later proved to be inaccurate, as we closely observed these tables throughout our breakfast and no guests were seated there—except for one guest who arrived after us and was offered one of the very tables we had requested. In addition, the staff member’s manner was unwelcoming and lacked basic courtesy, which is inappropriate for a role involving direct interaction with hotel guests. Such positions require professionalism, transparency, and a guest-centric approach. Although the restaurant manager later apologized, this issue goes beyond an apology. It is about respect, honest communication, fairness in guest treatment, and zero tolerance for discrimination. If not addressed seriously, such matters may escalate and ultimately damage the hotel’s reputation.
