- james (4/5): - The rooms is too small and there wasn't a king bed
- Bonnie (7/5): Adequate but disappointed. - Location was convenient, with food nearby. Staff was friendly. Room was adequate. Dripping water in bathtub, toilet paper holder in need of repair. Upholstery in the windowseat stained. Found a dead bug in the coffeemaker.

- ilene (7/5): It was sufficient for my 2 night stay, great location near restaurants and shops - They offered a complimentary breakfast, including coffee, juice and fruit. As well as a sitting area. Vending machines for snacks and water. The staff were very kind and helpful to me. The room was not cleaned well. Superficially yes the linens were fine. But the floor and under the mattress was another story.
- Brim (10/5): - Everything about it.
- Charles (7/5): - The breakfast was just oatmeal, fruit & toast. Very disappointing. Good thing there was a Waffle House next door (walking distance).

Extremely slow elevator

- Jessica (2/5): I paid $80 for a room once I was there they gave me the room key. I went inside and a man was already in the room. He ha - I liked the location of the property. The pictures on their website are misleading. They do not have a pool. They have filled it in with cement. Then when you ask them at the office why it shows on Google they say that Google won’t change it but anyone can post on Google so it seemed a little iffy to me but as much as they charge per room the room you get is not worth it. I got one of the cheapest rooms and it was still almost $100 and when you walk in your elbows touched the walls pretty much. It was very dirty every room that they moved us to. I have plenty of pictures and videos attached.
- Jessica (2/5): I wouldn’t recommend staying here - Location Very dirty, even when the top dog came in to clean my room personally he missed an obscene amount that I had already priorly recorded on video. I mean there were toenail clippings just piled in the corner girls fingernails on the floor. You could tell that they never mopped when they came in and cleaned the room because there was something sticky all over the floors. It was a disgrace. I’d have to say this is so far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
- Jessica (2/5): Not worth the price not a good stay very dirty - Location Dirty, too high priced for what you’re getting, the hallways stink. There was dog vomit on the stairs then they came to clean it up and didn’t even clean it up all the way and left throwing up dog food on the steps. They expect you to dry off with a towel and then hang it up and reuse it. I don’t even do that at home.
- milsap (9/5): - Smell was clean, room was clean and staff was nice. Price
- Jay (10/5): -
- Derandel (6/5): -

- Laurie (5/5): Handicap Rooms badly need a facelift - Hotel was very worn for the price they are charging. I guess it was clean for the age but didn’t look too clean because everything was so old. Definitely could use. Facelift. Only one plug available to use to charge devices unless you unplugged the little frig. Handicap walking shower was a joke, the handle sprayer hardly worked and to when it did it was so powerful that water went all over bathroom floor because the shower curtain didn’t got to the floor. So the bathroom floor became a hazard after bathing. Staff was nice. Our visit was for medical visit at Vanderbilt and we will be returning again but next time we will most likely look for another place to stay.
- Kenneth (9/5): - Proximity of the parking to the hotel. It was very quiet.
- grinch4 (6/5): One night stay over - Extremely small but clean room. Just kind of dingy. The bed was very soft. Room lacked electrical outlets. Great water pressure in the shower. Breakfast resembled picked over leftovers. Reminds me that you get what you paid for.
- Dorothy (3/5): Dragging down the Wyndham image, but they do supply running water and a bed. - There was running water and a bed. We saw only one member of staff, and she was pleasant and not distracted while talking with us. Make an effort! Outdated and small is perfectly acceptable at the rate of fare, but cleanliness is what we pay for and expect, especially when riding the coattails of Wyndham. There should never be hair in the bed, never hairballs blowing around upon moving doors. All objects should be cleaned everywhere, moving things like the phone to clean the whole table surface. Wyndham has a checklist for auditing cleanliness. Please use it faithfully!

- Patrick (9/5): -
- Dugger (8/5): - The staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean and well maintained. My stay on the top floor saw me have better cell phone service than I had on the first floor the previous visit, so I had internet without issues.
- Yolanda (9/5): -
- Brittney (5/5): Bathrooms should be cleaned more thoroughly but I would stay at one of the hotels again. - I liked the location of the property. I did not like how dirty my room was There was a used bandaid stuck to the floor. The shower and toilet were dirty, also the floors although I did appreciate that it was not carpet.
- Donna (1/5): -
- Steven (1/5): Bad - Being my family in town for family reunion The hotel.
Was dirty.
The rooms were unclean sink fall off the wall in the handed cap room room very.
Dusty floors, unclean staff very unprofespecially the manager. The putting the chairs up in the lobby so we couldn't set in there swimming pool being filled in with you need a jackhammer to go swimming.
- Charles (8/5): Good place to stay for a couple days in Shelbyville - Close to the location where we were meeting
- Jarrod (7/5): -
- Vanessa (8/5): Good - Location meet our needs!
- Connie (8/5): Stay was short but pleasant. It was clean and we felt safe. It is a good economical place to stay - Enjoyed the continental breakfast and the fact it was FREE to guests. Stay was short so nothing was seen as a negative
- David (10/5): -
- Arthur (10/5): Easy and fast check in and I extended my stay an additional3 days and they made it seamless It is not a 5 star hotel bu - Very clean and quiet place to stay. The staff was really good and courteous. Always smiling and helpful with anything I asked of them. No bad experience to remark about
- Margaret (8/5): - Close to restaurants and espresso coffee shops The room was the half size of a matesroom on a cruise shipped. Coosie, really mirror to make the room look bigger, twin bed in window for a child or as a small couch.
- Charles (10/5): - It was very clean close to everything.
- Susan (8/5): - Breakfast was terrible. No hot options
- Dugger (9/5): - The room was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and professional. I barely had cell coverage in the room. One bar, maybe two. Bring your own WiFi/mobile Hotspot device if you stay in certain parts of this hotel.
- Hollingsworth (7/5): - Nice area My room smelled like smoke and they didn’t seem to care
- John (2/5): - Nothing. Room was small, bed was uncomfortable and just wasn't clean at all. Spent the first night cleaning so I felt comfortable Everything. The stay was absolutely terrible. Will not recommend in the future
- Lowery (10/5): I like bed it I’ll recommend - Eru professional and very clean Bad location

- Burchell (9/5): Good experience - Clean rooms comfy beds with no signs of bugs decent free breakfast big tubs Was hoping for more options with the breakfast maybe a little earlier check in
- Linda (9/5): -
- Helen (10/5): -
- Hollgarth (10/5): -
- traciej320 (2/5): Deplorable conditions, moldy room - Moldy ceiling that I had to clean myself by climbing onto the desk, after getting disinfectant spray, gloves and mask from front desk. Found a dead roach, bugs in the light fixtures above the bed. Moth dropped down while sleeping. Floor was gross and sticky in some places
- Sarah (10/5): You guys are the best - Proxmidity to horse shows
- amy (8/5): Very good. This is the only place I stay when I'm in Shelbyville - Breakfast was acceptable
- Ora (9/5): -
- Eduardo (7/5): - It was close to our event, friendly staff and clean! Well, I think this hotel could have been more affordably priced due to it being located behind a Little Cesar’s and a smoke shop, along with the interior being dated and the breakfast only being packaged pastries and such.
Besides that it is very well kept and really friendly!
- Hall (9/5): - I have stayed here numerous times; clean and efficient! N/A
- arcuragi (10/5): -
- Joshua (10/5): -
- Cindy (8/5): - Parking good, room was nice? Bathroom okay. Would stay again if need to!
- Carol (8/5): - The only thing we had a problem with was the fact that there were no cabinet space in the bathroom and the shower was not user friendly. The shower head would not stay turned were you could get under it, without holding it in your hand.
- Michael (2/5): - I have never been so insulted by a night desk clerk as i was last night. 9/24 to 9/25. I politly asked about a tractor trailer left idling all night in the front parking lot. Only to be told there was nothing that could be done. Very unprofessional staff.
- Wendy (8/5): - Room was small but comfortable.
- Zachary (10/5): -
- Sarah (10/5): - Staff friendly, clean lobby
- Amy (7/5): Great place to stay if you're passing through town - Property is clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable also. The breakfast wasn't as extensive as other Wyndham properties I've stayed at but it was adequate.
- Heather (10/5): - Everything was good
- Sheffield (3/5): -
- Lisa (10/5): - Bed was SO SO Comfortable
- Christopher Lee (10/5): - Check in was great and smooth. Room was nice and clean.
- James (8/5): Shelbyville TN Microtel - My stay was quiet as I like. The staff was very accommodating. I had an accident and they went out of their way to take care of me and show concern.
- Angela (7/5): - Breakfast only lasted 3hrs on a Sunday. My bed was so squeaky, every time I turned over it the loud squeak of the bed was getting on my nerve.
- chuck (9/5): -
- Maureen (10/5): Great value for the price. - Easy to find. Nothing
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The room was the smallest I've ever been in. Especially for the price. Our room smelled of ammonia, guessing urine. The lobby was very nice, breakfast was okay for mid-week and the staff was nice. The pool is permanently closed. I would stay at a different hotel next time. I usually love Microtel's but not this one.
- Haley (10/5): -
- sandra (6/5): - Pros -huddle house literally in feet of the hotel , staff was friendly and helpful , hotel located close to the horse show celebration , where we were headed and I do have to say that the coffee at the breakfast area was very good
CONS-the tv remotes were so sticky , the coffee pot was dirty ,there was literally one coffee pod , there were NO extra blankets , the beds were less than average and there was very few electrical outlets.
For the price and availability,it was ok but I will try to find better hotel next time
- Juanrojas221 (8/5): 10/10 - This hotel hands down is best one in town period. Very safe nice clean comfortable rooms beds are amazing and great hot water and pressure ., staff is really nice and helpful.. always enjoy our stay when in town ...
- Mary (10/5): - Excellent service at check-in and check-out.
- DONNA (8/5): - Very courteous and friendly staff. clean with good air conditioning. Could use some minor maintenance such as repainting some scuff marks on wall. The walls between rooms are very thin and you heard conversation, TV, etc from all sides. Great location close to any amenity you might need.
- Sharon (6/5): - It was ok
- Sharon (9/5): Would stay again. - Clean, Comfortable, good location.
- Amy (4/5): Your hotel needs upgrades. - Our room on the first floor looked rather old and dated. The wooden furniture was worn away in spots, the window shades/ curtains had tears, the bathroom was dated. For the same price that you charge we’ve gotten newer, better, designed rooms from other hotels. We will probably stay elsewhere because our room was dingy and outdated.
- Lincoln (6/5): - Staff was great. Rooms could be cleaned better and updated
- Tessa (10/5): - It smelled really good and clean
- Cathy (9/5): -
- Danette (10/5): Amazing stay great people loved it - Clean friendly helpful good breakfast soft bed Na
- Dorcas (6/5): - The room temperature was very comfortable. The shower pressure and temperature were perfect. The frig was too small for what I needed. I was told I could go to Walmart and buy a cooler and ice. The tub faucet leaked continually. The ice machine was right outside my room, the noise of ice dropping kept me awake.
- Korinne (8/5): - Room was clean and easily accessible. Quiet and safe.
- Melissa (8/5): - The beds where supper soft
