- Abdulaziz almajed (1/5): - لاشيئ النظافة سيئة للاسف الصور مخالفة للواقع تمام الاثاث متهالك وبه أوساخ و ثقوب الاضاءة للجناح ضعيفة ومظلمة وبها روائح كريهه مما جعلني أخرج من اليوم الاول علما ان حجزي 3 ايام وصلت الفجر نمت 3 ساعات وسلمت الغرفة بسبب المشاكل التي ذكرتها فيما سبق ليسو متعاونين بشكل الصحيح حجزت جناح بغرفتي نوم وحمامين بمروشين اتضح انه حمام بمروش واحد والحمام الاخر نصف حمام بدون مروش وهذا امر مزعج للغاية أحرجني مع صديقي العزيز علما اني اتعامل مع شركة اسكوت في سنغافورة و جدة ودبي لكن في جوانزو كان مخالف لتوقعات ومحبط للغاية أمر أحزنني كثيرا لا انصح به ابدا للسكن لن أعواد التجربة

- sadeem (8/5): - خدمتهم جيدة والموظفين محترمين دخل شخص الشقة والوالد كان موجود ولما هاوشه الوالد طلع الشخص وبعد ما كلمناهم وشيكوا على الكاميرات قالوا ان عاملة التنظيف دخلت تحط صابون والغريب انها دخلت بعد ما تنظفت الغرفة بساعات ولا فيه ورقة تنظيف برا ف الوضع مريب. التأمين 2000 يوان يعني 1000 ريال وللاسف طفشونا عشان يرجعون المبلغ كانوا بياخذون المبلغ كامل بسبب (صبغة على كرسي الحمام وبالغالب يتنظف بمنظف) وبعد نقاش كم يوم نزلوه الى 1500 وبعد ما قلت ارسلوه لي الكرسي بما انكم مضطرين تشترون جديد، نزلوا المبلغ الى 500 يوان.

The breakfast was really nice as well, including pretty nice options for those who have dietary restrictions and different preferences. The room we had is pretty spacious, and has all the needed amenities. Beds are very comfortable. The room itself felt pretty old and a bit dirty-ish. There were scratches on the furniture, no carpet (making the room feel less cozy), dark spots on the mirrors of bathrooms, the little makeup mirror in the bathroom being completely broken. Also, it might be a language barrier issue, but staff kept going into our room and cleaning whenever they decide to without asking if it is comfortable for us.

- Kathy (10/5): Another Exceptional Stay at Ascott IFC Guangzhou - We returned to Ascott IFC Guangzhou for another stay, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The service here remains outstanding—every staff member we interacted with was warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful. They always responded quickly to any questions or needs we had, which made our stay feel effortless. The apartments are spacious, luxurious, and extremely comfortable. The large living room and bedrooms provided plenty of room for our family, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. One feature we really enjoyed again was the robot delivery service—such a convenient and fun way to receive takeout and deliveries right to the door. The location is unbeatable. Situated in the heart of Zhujiang New Town, it’s surrounded by restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, and shopping, all within a short walk. Getting a taxi or Didi was always easy, and the nearby metro station made exploring Guangzhou very convenient. The views from the room were beautiful as well—we loved being able to see the Canton Tower from our window. Overall, this stay was just as wonderful as our previous one. Ascott IFC Guangzhou continues to be one of our top choices in the city, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Guangzhou. Nothing at all!
- Kathy (10/5): One of the Best Stays We’ve Ever Had - Our stay at Ascott IFC Guangzhou was truly one of the most pleasant experiences we’ve ever had at a serviced apartment/hotel. The room was luxurious, spacious, and beautifully designed, with a huge living room and large bedrooms—perfect for our family of four. We felt comfortable and at home throughout our stay. The service was outstanding. The staff were exceptionally helpful, always patient, and quick to respond to any questions or requests. A fun and convenient highlight was their robot delivery service, which handled all of our takeout and package deliveries right to our door. The views from our rooms were absolutely spectacular—we could see the Canton Tower directly from the windows, which made the stay even more memorable. The location couldn’t be more ideal: right in the heart of Zhujiang New Town, with restaurants, grocery stores, and convenience stores all within one block. It was also very easy to get a taxi or Didi, and the subway station was close by, making it simple to get anywhere in the city. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend Ascott IFC Guangzhou to anyone visiting Guangzhou. Honestly, nothing. The service, location, convenience, and views were all well worth the price.

The staff is absolutely amazing and the best I've ever experienced. The breakfast buffet is worth every single penny! Couldn't have picked a better location. The best place to stay ever if it is your first time in Guangzhou, I'm glad I listened to the Tiktok recommendations to stay here! I can't wait to stay here again.

В номере было все, включая стиральную машину, сушку и кухню со всей необходимой посудой. Персонал потрясающий. Забыли в такси телефон. Девочка с ресепшена созвонилась с таксистом и он приехал вечером и вернул. Без нее бы мы не справились. К сожалению, не узнали ее имя, но нашей благодарности нет предела. Отель рекомендую всем. Все было идеально

Aamiainen ei ollut hintansa arvoinen. Lautaset, kahvi, ruoka ja juoma loppuivat kesken monena päivänä. Henkilökunta ei osannut reagoida tuomalla lisää puuttuvia asioita.
