Markus (9/5): Perfect value for money - The value for money was excellent. However its a roulette which I did not know during booking. But I got a very spacious and quiet room for the price of 260€ per 5 nights. There were no neighbours in my complex. The neighbours had a pig, who made a little noise in the morning. Also there was smell of agriculture (animal poo) outside.

Michal (10/5): Lucky when selecting Roulette style of acomodation and smooth communication with the agency. - We have got a very good value for the money as it was "Roulette" style of the apartments - i.e. you don't know what you get and can end up being happy or unhappy - we were very happy. Communication with the Agency was very smooth, too. The owner of the apartments waited for us and explained everything at the location. We stayed very close to Carosello 3000 gondola, which was great.

peter (7/5): - Pani ktorá to mala na starosti bola naozaj milá.. Nepáčilo sa nám, rozdiel v ubytovaní našich priateľov, ktorí bývali za tie isté peniaze v krásnom novom ubytovaní,...naše ubytovanie bolo čisté, ale už staršieho typu.. nabudúce budeme chcieť ísť do toho druhého ubytovania.

Erica (7/5): Heerlijke week gehad in een ruim en rustig appartement - Ruim en rustig appartement met balkon op de zonzijde. Dicht bij de bushalte. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame host. De douche was heerlijk warm. Naast het appartement zit een kleine supermarkt met o.a. heerlijke broodjes voor ontbijt. De keuken kan beter toegerust zijn. Er zouden bijvoorbeeld wat meer (braad)pannen in het appartement mogen zijn. En een paar goede mokken voor thee is ook best prettig.

Ti dovevi spostare sempre in automobile per andare in centro a fare shopping o a sciare. L'area davanti all'appartamento era ancora un cantiere aperto. Un pantano. La nostra automobile si è ridotta in condizioni deplorevoli. In 5 giorni di soggiorno non si riconosceva piû il colore della carrozzeria. Peccato che nel salone e cucina al piano terra c'era troppo freddo. Ovviamente non funzionava il termostato per regolare la temperatura dell'ambiente.
Balázs (10/5): Quiet apartment with beautiful views and a convenient location - We really enjoyed our stay at the Gloria apartment. It is in a very quiet area, only about 700 meters from the Carosello 3000 ski lift, and the nearest supermarket is just 350 meters away. Having a parking spot right next to the house was also very convenient. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the Carosello slopes. There were only two things that were slightly unpleasant during our stay. First, the apartment has 4–5 horses nearby, and while we were there the area was not cleaned, so there was occasionally an unpleasant smell. Second, on our last day there was heavy snowfall, and nobody cleared the private road to the apartment or the parking area. All of our neighbors had their roads cleaned by around 8–9 a.m., but our road still had about 40 cm of snow. In order to leave, I had to spend more than an hour clearing about 50 meters of road by myself. Although people came to take care of the horses, nobody helped with the snow.

Myriam (9/5): Soggiorno in appartamento molto spazioso in pieno centro a Livigno - Posizione dell'appartamento assegnato, in pieno centro a Livigno. Questo ci ha permesso di posteggiare la macchina (tra l'altro parcheggio comodissimo, fuori casa) e non toccarla più fino alla partenza. Appartamento molto spazioso. Unica pecca il divano letto per chi ha dovuto dormire in quella camera.

Joshua (9/5): SUPER CASA SEVERINA - Abbiamo soggiornato a Casa Severina, appartamento pulito, luminoso ed accogliente con camere molto spaziose e balconi con vista super...in casa non mancava nulla, dalle pentole allo stendino, c'è persino una comoda lavastoviglie. Situato in una posizione strategica, parcheggio sotto l'appartamento, a pochi passi c'è il centro, ma anche la ciclabile che costeggia il fiume, vicino c'è una fermata del bus, un piccolo market ed una lavanderia self-service.

Marina (5/5): Stayed out most of the time to avoid being in the apartment. - It was clean and the wifi was good. It wasn’t what photos on Booking showed that we booked. They use the roulette system and it’s “you get what you get” when you come to their check-in office. We got an apartment named Sima. The parking was really far away and there’s a huge steep to the apartmant which is a nightmare when you have to carry equipment. Everything is old. The heating had a limitator and we were cold most of the time. 22 Celeius was max. TV was small and with all italian programs. The beds, couch and the bench in the living room were very uncomfortable. No coushins for the bench. We badly regret booking this place.

The Ski room can be equiped with heated skiboots stands and more modern. Steap icy road from apartment. We needed to use snow tire chains.

Stephany (8/5): Fantastic - The apartment was older and outdated, but it was functional and quiet with lots of space and the caretaker (Tony) was super helpful. It had great lift access to the motolino side. There were lovely views, no strange smells or noises... very clean and easy to keep clean. I would stay there again for the price(: The shower didn't stay on the wall and the bathtub facet didn't work. The beds were squeaky and saggy, although the hideabed in the living room was excellent. We found it strange that we had to go and buy soap and cleaning supplies. It seems to be the norm in the area, but, it is inconvenient for a short stay and would cost the owners almost nothing to include. Also, it's wasteful because they don't want the left-overs. Also - it would be helpful for a BIG WARNING to be given about the hefty traffic fines for driving in the village. The signage used is not familiar to North Americans and because it's a camera system, you don't even know you're doing something wrong until you get multiple fines.

Vita (2/5): fraud - none of the photos correspond to the apartment received, it is much worse, the location does not match the one i - responsive neighbor and garage for the car When checking in, we were informed that the apartments were completely different, at a different address from the one on the confirmation sent in advance. We were informed that the agency has the right to assign apartments anywhere within a 2.5 km radius of the centre of Livigno. We were given an apartment about 1,5 km from the centre, even though we had counted on living in the centre. The room we were given had not been renovated for 35 years. The kitchen equipment was very poor. The internet was only connected on the second day , after we complained several times that it was not. Two of the four beds had very sleepy mattresses. Everything was worn out and in need of repair. During our 7 days there, we had one lock on the front door snap off, the electrical fuses were blown (we turned on several appliances at the same time), the decorative lining on the light switch fell off and the bath tap did not work properly. The toilet bowl was movable and not fixed to the floor. The apartment we were offered was not worth the money we paid for it. It was nowhere near the quality that was originally booked and confirmed. Other clients should expect that they will not be guaranteed to get what the agency offered when they originally booked. They lure clients with a quality apartment, but when you arrive on site, they give you a poor quality apartment. Then, when booking, an entry was shown that it could be a different address when I booked, this comment was, if we booked 2 apartments, then it is possible that they will be at a different address. I did not pay attention to this, because I have one apartment, a specific address in the confirmation, a photo of a specific apartment with the reservation.

Great for friends company but not for romantic couples. did not like that there was a small refrigerator in the apartment. All the beds creaked and it disturbed my sleep at night, so I woke up from it. It is indicated that there is a double bed, but the mattresses are single and there is a gap between them.

Erika (9/5): We loved it, just bring or buy some basics - The apartment that we got was very beautiful and super comfy. It was warm during winter months. Enough space to comfy rest after spending all day on the mountain. Right next to the bus stop. The fact that roulette apartments never provide things like hand soap, dishwashing detergent, not even kitchen towel. Its fine if you stay for longer time, not a problem to get those things at the supermarket, but incase you come for lets say 2 days, its quite a waste to buy all that. So maybe come prepared. :))
