• Prakash (4/5): Bad Stay - 2 Star instead of 4 (as mentioned) - The Ambience and location Language issues. Food no variety at Breakfast. Ala Carte priced high for the quality and quantity. Waiters don't take orders properly. Very worst Housekeeping.. Loose electrical sockets, they are very stingy about toileteries and providing drinking water. Only Operations Manager was there and he took absolutely no effort in satisfying us. For the incorrect orders prov8ded at the restaurant to the bad Housekeeping, he should have at least provided us with a Complimentary lunch or Dinner. Spent about 25K for 3 people for 2 nights with us having lunch and dinner at their restaurant as we couldn't order online.

• Mini (10/5): A wonderful stop in Thiruvananthapuram - Everyone from the security guards to the front desk staff to the room service staff - everyone were helpful and hospitable, and made us feel like we belonged. The lift was pretty slow and could be improved by adding another lift, or improving the touch controls

The Hotel represents terrific value for - The hotel is large, we took a suite as we were there for 17 nights, so pleased we did, we felt very at home. Hotel was perfectly placed for our needs very easy to get to where we needed to be. This staff totally make this hotel, nothing is too much, to be honest we felt like part of the family during our stay, front staff, dining and cleaning, all are fantastic. Nothing
• Deepak (4/5): Biverah Hotel and Suites is misleadingly advertised as 4-star, with poor staff behavior, subpar cleanliness, uncomfortab - Location I recently stayed at Biverah Hotel and Suites and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The staff attitude and behavior were not suitable for a 4-star hotel as claimed. The cleanliness was subpar, and the bed was not comfortable at all. The room was tiny for the price charged, and I ended up paying more than what the booking site indicated. The room was very old with broken bits and pieces, cobwebs, and limited toiletries. The towels were yellowish and not fresh. The TV was tiny and added to the overall disappointment. This hotel is not really up to 4-star standards as they claim; it is totally misleading. It’s just an ordinary hotel with less than average quality rooms. Definitely not worth the price they are charging.

• Dmm2017 (5/5): Everything is fine except the 7am to 10am rush which if avoided, will be a pleasant stay. - Food quality especially the lunch was good The dining hall and lift etc is not equipped to take the full room capacity. From around 7am to 10am, there is no place to sit or walk anywhere near the dining hall. Also the lift is always busy during the same time. I took the steps from the 6th floor during this time.

In the cool bar, the refrigerator was not working. Food was average. Restaurant cleanliness was not okay.

Breakfast food was also below average. None of the dishes was tasty. Dont know how this hotel is surviving. Only positive point was there was no bed bugs or mosquitos. Unclean room, unclean bathroom, rust on light sockets, window curtains unclean, food taste below average, list goes on
• Leo (8/5): Good for a quick stay - It's comfortable and ok The rooms were not clean and the ceiling was dirty. The table was damaged.

Restaurant staffs were v good and caring. The little girl was v sincere and very soft spoken. She's v innocent and very kind hearted. The reception staff was not so welcoming. The toilet floor was wet after the shower because there was no drain out side the shower area. The extra bet was terrible.

• Ray (5/5): A good facility at a good location going to dogs due to lack of investment. - Location is ideal.and convenient. Staff is extremely courteous and polite. They act immediately to any request. Restaurant is a farce. Breakfast is only namesake. Dishes ate not palatable. Furniture mostly overused and need repairs or replacement. Generally cleanliness is lacking and especially in toilet ls.

• Raju (8/5): Perfect stay for Trivandrum - The hotel was very clean. Room was very clean and safe from any other difficulties. The breakfast was good. But there was no enough staff to clean the tables or provide proper service to the guests. Being a Keralite I am happy with that but I was really upset while my neighboring table was asking for something and your staff couldn't answer that. The items were very nice.
