Rajesh (3/5): Very bad service and unpleasant customer service. - Absolutely nothing. The place is very badly run down. The staff were very rude when you ask them a question, They just turn their back and walk away. The bar was always unattended and had to wait 10 to 15 before someone turned up.

Hadija (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE - Nothing, DO NOT ATAY HERE. UNHYGIENIC AND GRIMM. TERRIBLE STAFF. We were asked to wait to check in as our room was supposedly still being cleaned, but when we finally entered, it was immediately clear this was not the case. The room was in an unacceptable state, dead bugs scattered throughout, stained sheets that clearly had not been changed, and a broken stovetop. It felt neglected and unhygienic. After complaining, we were moved to another room, but shockingly, it was no better. The same issues persisted, more dead bugs and filthy, stained bedding. It was clear this wasn’t an isolated issue but a standard the property considers acceptable. To make matters worse, staff treated our concerns as though we were being difficult, rather than addressing the seriousness of the situation. We then discovered a broken window, meaning the room could not be secured. This raised serious safety concerns and made us feel completely uncomfortable staying there. Hoping to at least salvage part of the experience, we went to the pool, only to find it murky and grimy, completely uninviting and clearly poorly maintained. At that point, we had reached our limit and made the decision to check out five days early. We were told we would receive a refund and made multiple attempts to contact the regional manager both during our stay and after leaving. Every attempt, emails, phone calls, and messages through Booking.com, has been ignored. Even Booking.com has been unable to get a response from the property. This was, without question, the worst travel experience we’ve ever had. The lack of cleanliness, safety, and basic accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property.

Swimming pool was awesome request if the opening time could be from 7am as 10am is the opening time and also checkout time. Climbing up the stairs. Security not present at the gate, this made me unsure where to park the vehicle. Also I felt a bit unsecured in parking my vehicle in the car park since there was no security.

Noa (1/5): Would not recommend this place. - The pool The villa clearly needed work and a lot of maintenance. There were a lot cockroaches in one of the bathrooms, the door to the balcony did not lock, the aircon in the lounge didn’t work neither did the tv. We had to go to reception if we wanted room service as there was no phone in the villa. There was no free airport shuttle as stated, the free breakfast was disappointing. The shop only opened if you wanted to order drinks for your food otherwise it was closed. There was no hot water in the villa. The road into town was pretty bad. There was no welcoming feeling and the staff were not very helpful with anything. I would not recommend this place ever. Maybe in busy season it’s different but off season it’s like a ghost town. You have to go looking for service. When I requested they move us to another room, they said they would get the maintenance guy to come and fix everything. We waited half an hour - he was supposed to come straight away. They moved us to two twin rooms at my insistence which were way better than the villa and everything actually worked. Maybe if we were in those rooms at the beginning, the experience might have been better - I don’t know but this has tainted our view on Fiji. Do better.

Goundar (4/5): Ws23s' c bn8 - The greenary surrounding. The facility was poorly maintained, particularly in terms of cleanliness. The rooms also need to be upgraded to meet a better standard. We couldn’t enjoy the restaurant or sit by the pool at night because there were too many frogs roaming around—it felt like a frog farm. Some were even swimming in the pool, which was quite unpleasant. Breakfast was average, but I noticed they were serving stale bread. I even spotted mould, and after informing the staff, they replaced it with fresh bread. Overall, I wouldn’t stay there again.

While we were using the pool, a staff member abruptly turned off the lights without any prior communication, verbal warning, or courtesy. This action was unprofessional and left us feeling disrespected. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to slow and inconsistent refilling by staff. Additionally, the breakfast area could use better cleanliness, as I noticed a small cockroach under the table, which was quite concerning. Clementine (1/5): Need an investor as this resort has so much potiential to be one of the great resorts in Nadi Fiji. - View is amazing from second level. So much potiential to be an amazing resort. No lift, no house keeping, no wifi and staff who do not speak or understand english. Breakfast is porridge & toast nothing else.

Katrina & Family (5/5): Can't recommend sorry! - Putting aside the face we were there following the cyclone, the staff weren't engaged at all with us, barely smiled, no welcomes as we encountered them. There wasn't anything to do there, the room wasn't very clean, broken toilet seat, leaking sink which flooded one room. Breakfast very poor.
Karen (8/5): Love it here! - Love the pool and mountain views. Hotel is about 10 minutes by car from nearest business. Nice and peaceful. Staff are awesome, extended our stay and really appreciate Lana or Lena our cleaning staff. Very nice! The pool was clean and huge! Being out of town if would be helpful for a bus to come out that way or a vehicle is needed.
Chandar (4/5): Dirty and Smelly rooms - Overall the hotel has a nice pool and room setup. Quite environment. Very dirty rooms I had to reject one room because of the weired smell. Had to ask for freshner to be sprayed in the one I stayed. Half eaten biscuits and juice was not cleared that was left in the bedside drawer by the previous guest. Hand basin had hair not cleaned. The iron provided was in bad condition. Burnt my top because of residue from burnt clothes still stuck on the iron. Floors was very dirty. Checkin took extremely long.
Shey (4/5): Cheap and dirty, so much potential! - The property had potential. The pool and surrounding gardens weren’t too bad The rooms were dirty, no toilet paper, water didn’t go down the drain when showering. Literally 5-7 big cockeroaches in the room. Staff lazing around on their phones. The whole place looked run down and old… but I heard it was only 6 years old
VUCUKULA (10/5): - When i went in my room there were no towels, bathmats nor was the landline working. Since the reception area was far from the room i couldnt make my way right to the front
Mclellan (2/5): Shit! - The view and the pool. No hot water! When there was water from the hot tap it was stone cold. When I spoke to staff I didn't even get an appology. Like this is normal. Take a cold shower! This is not a 3 star facility! Doubt it would rate 2 star. Shower door was missing, toilet door had fallen off it's top hinge. Paint was peeling off the base of every door. There was upturned mop buckets at the end of our corridor. No one gives a shit at this resort.

Mike (4/5): The villa was a great choice for a large group, however smell was very off putting - The location is nice and quite The smell of cooked fish throughout the villa was overwhelming and sickening on arrival. Staff really need to police what other guess cook within the accommodation. If the smell persists then an upgrade or discount must be applied.

Les réa pas du soir très long la buanderie sale la salle de muscu délabrée le billard les cannes mortes injouable. Le personnel fait exprès de pas te comprendre pour t envoyer boulé . À éviter à tout prix

Karen (8/5): Love the location. Beautiful hotel - The beds were comfortable and the a/c worked well. The view is spectacular and I enjoyed the location which was about a 10 minute or less drive from airport. It truly is beautiful. The hotel is fairly new , I hope they keep up with the maintenance , the pool was dirty however it was being cleaned the next morning.
