• Vishwanath (6/5): Good stay. Dont recommend included breakfast if youre vegetarian or vegan. - The staff were friendly and the snack area was amazing! It was in a really nice looking place. If you are vegetarian or vegan, there really is no point getting breakfast included. The cafe with which there was a tie-up does not even try to get you anything vegetarian. We had especially requested during checkin to make sure there was vegetarian food and still did not end up getting more than a dessert and plain white rice for breakfast. If it is truly diffucult to make veggie food, best make it clear before booking it. Luckily there is a fully vegan resturant just down the street. Perhaphs the hotel should have some tie-up with them.

No fan in the room and no exhaust fan in the bathroom area. The location of the hotel is good itself but far from the actual action places like patong and bangla street. So everytime you book cab, it adds burden to your pocket indirectly. 24 hours free coffee and snacks available for the guests. Recommended for a calm and budget stay. 👍🏻 Hotel was good. We stayed here for 3 nights. Room is of small size, the AC and the mini fridge takes time to do their job. No fan in the room and no exhaust fan in the bathroom area. The location was excellent, making it very convenient to explore the area and access everything we needed. The hotel was spotlessly clean at all times, which made the stay even more comfortable and pleasant. What truly made the experience exceptional was the amazing and wonderful staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome. I would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect stay.

• bertalan (7/5): Ideal starting point for exploring Phuket with a rental car. - Unbeatable value for money. Comfortable beds, energizing breakfast, central location. A buffet breakfast and a pool would add a lot to the place.

Will come again if I travel to Phuket. - The cleanliness of the room and the room service and I also like the complimentary food they have in the room. They don’t have early check ins but they allow us to store our luggage first

• Zeeshan (6/5): - Easy to approach After booking we messaged property about late check out. They informed that in line with thier policy we can check out till 1 PM instead of 12 PM. However on day of checkout staff on reception started knocking our door at 12 PM. Upon showing our message history he updated that he is neither aware about any such conversation nor such hotel policy. Hence we checked out at 12:15 PM. In last minute we have to amend all our further plans, finalized already based on hotel confirmation. This create hassle for me as i was travelling with my spouse and three childern. Please be careful when asking their support for late checkout.

• Suphuttra (5/5): It is ok - The staff were nice and clearly explained all the hotel instructions. There is also a coffee area where you can enjoy bananas, coffee, and water for free. The hotel is in a very convenient location, making it easy to get to tourist attractions. The room was not cleaned properly, especially the toilet. There was a lot of hair in the shower area. The facilities also look old. I paid for the breakfast, but I don’t think it was worth the value. The menu includes shrimp rice porridge, but every day I asked for it, the staff told me it was sold out. It feels like the item is listed on the menu but is never actually available.

• Horst (8/5): Kleines, gepflegtes Stadthotel in der Nähe des Bangkok Hospitals Phuket - Kleines, individuell geführtes Hotel in ruhiger Lage im Randbereich von Phuket Stadt. Die Entfernung zum Bangkok Hospital Phuket, ausschlaggebend für unsere Buchung, beträgt 900 m. Das Doppelzimmer war ausreichend groß, sauber und verfügte über ein bequemes „Queen Size“ Bett (152 x 200 cm). Alle vorhandenen Ausstattungen (Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, Safe, Dusche) funktionierten einwandfrei. Ausreichend Autoparkplätze im Haus und der unmittelbaren Umgebung waren vorhanden. Das Preis- /Leistungsverhältnis war gut. Keine negativen Anmerkungen
