Nel periodo monsoni ho avuto modo di godermi il temporale in quella villa a vetri, penso che non dimenticherò mai tutto questo. La colazione è incredibile, mai trovata così tanta varietà di così grande qualità. Tornerò sicuramente.

- Ibrahim (8/5): Agréable - Le personnel est vraiment au petit soin et très gentil, ce qui rend le séjour agréable dès l’arrivée. un endroit isolé pour ceux qui recherchent le calme et souhaitent être loin du bruit. Le petit déjeuner manque de variété. l’hôtel commence à vieillir et aurait besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement afin d’être à la hauteur des attentes.

- AYParlak (9/5): Good location and friendly staff, but the hotel’s very modern design lacked the traditional Phuket c - The hotel is in a fairly central location near Kamala Beach. It is not right in the middle of the chaos, but it is still very easy to reach and convenient for getting around. When we stayed in other parts of Phuket, transportation was a much bigger issue, so the location was definitely one of the main advantages here. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the stay more pleasant. Overall, it was a satisfying stay and the hotel met expectations Personally, when I am in Phuket, I am more drawn to places with more traditional architectural character, especially local roof forms and details. This hotel felt quite modern to me. Although I was satisfied with the stay, if I return to Phuket, the main reason I would choose this hotel again would be its location
- Andezz99 (10/5): Would highly recommend this resort between Patong and Kamala beach. Quiet but still close to all. - Beautiful room with it's own pool. Great beach access! Daily breakfast was fantastic. This was an excellent resort. Really nothing. Getting around the resort requires an app that calls for buggy service and a couple of times I accidentally deleted the app but that was more on me. Otherwise, it's a pretty handy and efficient means of getting around and communicating.

- lisa (7/5): Average at best.. great concept poorly executed - The staff are always friendly and wonderful location It had an incredibly poor finish and the quality of the villa wasn’t good.. aesthetically beautifully but on a closer look very poorly finished .. the sliding doors don’t slide there’s no beach access although this was sold as beachfront villa.. the workmanship is very poor , tiles falling off around the swimming pool, decking not level .. sunloungers old and uncomfortable.. the spa very poor no sense of relaxation although the treatment itself very nice ..
- Rösch (9/5): Sehr zu empfehlen - Der freundliche Service der Mitarbeiter selbst als ich 3 Nächte mit einer Lebensmittelvergiftung im Bett lag. Diese hatte ich mir aber schon vor dem Check in zugezogen. Mir wurde extra gekocht und auch spezieller Tee gekocht und mich in die clinic begleitet. Ich reise viel in 5* Hotels, aber das hier war schon Champions League ♥️ .

Смачні, різноманітні сніданки. Відмінний ресторан, та бар з неперевершеним виглядом, чудовою атмосферою, дуже швидким та турботливим обслуговуванням. Працівники Dee, Pang, Tawan, Pop за період перебування у готелі стали нам рідними, допомагали у вирішенні усіх питань. Це готель у який хочеться повернутися знову і знову!!! Усе сподобалося

- Mira (6/5): - A lovely hotel with excellent, very friendly staff. For the price we paid, it was extremely disappointing to find so many insects, including ants and spiders, inside the villa. I had an infant with me, which made the situation even more worrying.

- Hamad (7/5): Overpriced - book during promotions only - Hotel is of the resort type, being large and expensive, but unfortunately they do not utilize the large resort properly, the overuse of diesel buggies to go back and forth shuttling guest in narrow roads throughout the rooms of the hotel also lacks fun animities such as billiards, fooseball, volleyball, game room, or even a real pool side bar with music. The Fitness center is limited and opens at 8am, which is a tad late for people that wake up early. The hotel roof top lounge is also empty and closes early. and is usually a ghost town during lunch and dinner time as all of the guests go elsewhere given that the hotel is boring at that period. The breakfast selection is very limited and repetitive for anything longer than 3 days. The beach is usually at a low-tide state with some sharp chorals during the whole timewith the possibility of swimming only within high tide which is for an hour or two during the day. Snorkeling during high tide is a delight given the Corals, but might not suit most guests that might want to swim during other periods. The staff were nice and pleasant which is known from all of the locals and Thai people. Overall the stay was very good, but given the price, they need to work on the experience. I would recommend to stay at the hotel if promotions are available. - sara (6/5): - The hotel and staff are lovely. Really peaceful location if you want to get away from it all. Restaurant staff are exceptional and I felt really welcomed by them. Communication from the hotel before and after my stay were poor. They don’t reply quickly to emails and I often would have to chase. Getting a taxi was a challenge due to its location. The hotel transfers are much more expensive but you’d often not have a choice if you wanted to leave the resort. There is only 1 restaurant onsite so food options are limited as there’s not much else near by. However the food at the restaurant is fantastic.

A truly wonderful team - A superb hotel An amazing and attentive staff A stunning view And a convenient location A professional and pleasant spa team The Western-style breakfast could be improved it’s a bit limited. At the same time, there is a rich buffet of Oriental dishes, which is less relevant for a Western belly audience at breakfast.
- Kenny (2/5): Oversold promises and overpriced. - The external visuals look great. Looks modern and well designed and the location is not too far from Patong. Is compulsory to install this stupid app where you have to order everything from including buggy which varies from an electronic car, a normal buggy to a refugee lorry carrying people around. The calling buggy service is very unfriendly where you call it, but hotel won’t tell you is arrived outside. You are expected to go out yourself and wait until it comes. Don’t let the external visual fool you, the internal is super old. The sofa is like made of recycled shopping bags when you sit on it. Is horrible. There are specific spots around the whole villa that’s leaking. The outdoor bathtub is infested with insects. The staff … slow to reply on the app so you’re mostly left wondering is anyone working. English is sub par. When we moved Villa they didn’t even inform us that we left a pair of shoes behind. They expect us to proactively ask them? Is like they’re waiting to receive the goods and hoping we forget. We stayed when it rained, the rain was inconsistent. In some moments, we are expected to walk from rain to destination (although short distance after being dropped off by buggy. I would had expected the staff to at least have an umbrella on hand. But hey. They don’t.) We will never stay in this hotel again. It is overpriced for what they claim to be. Very below expectation. If it was half the price, we would be happy to stay and not complain.
- Johanna (7/5): Schönes Hotel mit noch Luft nach oben - Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und höflich. Schöner Privatstrand mit vorgelagertem Korallenriff, jedoch konnten wir kaum im Meer baden gehen aufgrund der Wellen und Gezeiten. Toller Ausblick von der Villa aufs Meer. Buggyservice. Leckeres Frühstück. Bequemes Bett. Großer Gemeinschaftspool. Die Terrasse der Poolvilla wirkt sehr karg (nur zwei Sonnenliegen und ein Tisch). Eine Begrünung wäre schön gewesen. Zudem gab es auf dem Zimmer kostenloses Wasser zum Trinken, jedoch musst überall anders im Hotel dafür gezahlt werden. Ein Kosmetikspiegel in Bad wäre praktisch gewesen.
