• stebee (7/5): - Die Lage und die Aussicht war toll vom Hotel. Auch der Skishuttle der angeboten wird ist super. Das Frühstück hat alles beinhaltet was es braucht. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel wirkt optisch sehr „altbacken“. Das Zimmer mit der eigenen Sauna war toll und zum Glück haben wir das so gebucht, denn der Wellnessbereich hat uns üerhaupt nicht gefallen. Athmosphäre war kalt, auch die Temperatur war zu niedrig. Kein Ruheplatz wenn zb. Kinder im Pool plantschen. Es hat nur ein grosses Dampfbad, dies war schön, war aber auch das einzige. Dieser Wellnessbereich lädt nicht zum verweilen ein.

• Stéphane (7/5): Awesome wellness - The wellness area was incredible. One of the best experiences I have ever had. The restaurant service and room service were excellent. The food was not great. The double bed was actually two beds pushed together, which actually may have been avoidable if we had known to request a double bed with a single mattress. The reception is a bit tepid--I felt welcomed by one out of thr five employees manning the area. There was also an episode of poor communication: we requested a table for three prior to our stay at the hotel. We received the confirmation for three prior to our arrival. When we checked in, reception confirmed dinner for two. We corrected them and the receptionist changed the number of guests on the ticket she gave us for dinner from 2 to 3. When we arrived to the restaurant for dinner, the staff explained that the restaurant was fully booked and that they could only seat us for our reservation for two. Our third person was sick, so a "crisis" was averted, but I was glad that we did not have any other pending arrangements with the hotel.
• Bettina (10/5): Wunderschöne Erinnerung - Die Geschichte des Hotels, ich habe selber vor über 30 Jahren im Waldhotel gearbeitet. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und professionell, das ist echt nicht üblich, daher ein riesiges Kompliment!!! Das Hotel ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, aber das tolle Personal hebt dies wieder auf.
• Nicole (10/5): Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen, für Mensch&Hund - Perfekt für eine Reise mit Hund! Extra Reinigungsbereich im Keller und sehr schöne Spazierwege direkt hinter dem Hotel! Der Hund darf auch zum Abendessen mit! Aber auch ohne Hund ein phantastisches, sehr charmantes Hotel mit Seele! Man fühlt sich persönlich wahrgenommen als Gast und sehr willkommen! Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Grossartig auch der Shuttleservice zu den Liftstationen! Alles hat gefallen!

Omelette und Spiegeleier können auf Nachfrage frisch bestellt werden. Zimmer hinten raus zum Wald, sehr ruhig und gross inkl. Sofa. TV Verbindung hat an 2 Tagen nicht funktioniert.
• Eliane (10/5): Entspannen und verwöhnen lassen in wunderbarer Waldkulisse. - Selbst mit ÖV gut erreichbar. Direkt hinter dem Haus ein wunderschöner Panoramaweg. Einrichtung klassisch elegant, sehr sauber. Früchte und Tee zur freien Bedienung vor den Zimmern. Die Zimmereinrichtung ebenfalls klassisch, das Bad modern. Der Balkon des Einzelzimmers war traumhaft. Sogar Anfang Januar konnte ich mit der vorhandenen Wolldecke auf der weichen Liege in der Sonne liegen! Sehr leckeres Frühstücksbuffet mit reichlich lokaler Auswahl und frischem Omelett oder Spiegelei auf Wunsch. Am Nachmittag hervorragende Waffeln oder Kuchen und Kaffee in der Bar. Sehr profesioneller und sympathischer Masseur. Der ganze Wellnessbereich ist sehr sauber, bei den Saunen stehen frische Getränke zur Verfügung. Duschen und Garderoben bieten reichlich Privatsphäre, grosse Schliessfächer sind auch vorhanden. So und das absolute Highlight war das Restaurant. Das Essen (Geniesser Menu) war hervorragend. Es hat richtig Spass gemacht, ohne zu kompliziert zu werden. Die Popcorn- Maissuppe wird auf jeden Fall nachgekocht. Die Kräuterbutter zum Brötchen, hätte ich zu Hause auch ohne Brot gegessen. Wobei auch das Brot immer super war. Fleisch, Fisch, Wein, Dessert... Alles wirklich, wirklich lecker. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, bereits beim zweiten Essen wurde ich erkannt. Das Personal sehr professionell, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders eine junge Dame mit kurzen Haaren (leider habe ich Ihren Namen vergessen) hat hier Lob verdient. Ihre wunderbare Art hat stets gute Laune verbreitet. Schnickschnack wie USB Ports für Ladekabel oder eine Möglichkeit am TV zu streamen gibt's nicht. Ein Wasserkocher oder sogar eine kleine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer wäre auch toll, aber das sind Kleinigkeiten.

Entrance is small, it looks like is some back door and not the main entrance, reception place very small and in corridor. Architekt didn’t do good job here.

Zimmer bietet viel Platz und das Bett ist super komfortabel. Die Lage am Waldrand ist toll. Wellness und Fitnessraum könnten noch etwas grosszüger sein für Hotelgrösse und Level.

• Monika (1/5): Worst experience ever!!! - Staff was very friendly, kind and helpful I booked a double bed room as I wanted to have a romantic spa weekend with my partner however the bed was two single beds attached to one another not one bed and the room was too tight, bed was old and made a lot of noise while tossing and turning, couldn’t sleep so had my partner the same experience. We booked a full body massage which wasn’t a full body and it was not good, I had far more better experiences, inside swimming pool water temperature was cold, the sauna was only for naked entrance, it was not a good weekend rather a very tiring one, we especially drove for 3-4 hours to reach and relax, but worst experience so far. The dinner was tasteless and far too expensive, we would’ve been better off ordering food instead.

Super Aussicht auf Davos. Tolle Einrichtung mit allem drum und dran. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr aufmerksam und bereit es uns so gemütlich wie möglich zu machen. Liebevoll wurde uns Tee bereit gestellt. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle 👍 top. Das Essen ( wir hatten Halbpension) ein Traum, die Gastgeber sehr zugewandt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!!!! Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit!!!

• William (10/5): Superieur - Een heel hartelijk en gastvrij welkom. Zelfs onze kamer kreeg een upgrade van boszicht naar dorpszicht met zicht op de bergen en een ruim balkon. Mooie ruime kamers met extra entree met kastruimte. 's morgens een heerlijk luxe ontbijt met een loggia waarin je een prachtig uitzicht had op de bergen. Tevens ook een mooie lounge waar je 's avonds wat kon drinken. Grote parkeerplaats aanwezig.

• Markus (10/5): Komme wieder! - Mein Hund Röbi und ich haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Schade nur das Röbi nicht mehr zum Frühstück mit darf (Büffet wr wieder super!!!)
• René (9/5): Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen durch die gelebte Gastfreundschaft des gesamten Personals - Das Ambiente zum Frühstück war ausgesprochen schön. Überhaupt das Angebot erfüllte alle unsere Erwartungen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den selbstgemachten Humus - ein Gedicht!
• Philippa (10/5): Great hotel - This hotel was amazing - our room had best views of Davos ever and every thing we needed - on top of that the staff were all wonderful - particularly the barman - who was so kind and helpful and really knew his wines. The restaurant team were great too We had the set menu - wow was amazing - breakfast also excellent - would recommend to anyone nothing to fault
