Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The hotel is well situated in the city of Cusco. The room was clean and bathroom very efficient. Hot water was provided, however it was difficult to temper the water.
The room was on the upper level and did not have heat. I slept with my coat and hat on as the temperature does drop to 36 Fahrenheit at night.
I ended up staying an extra night. Check out was very painful. I needed to do get my change and processed to the airport. It took me over 30 minutes to rectify at the bar.
- JUAN (8/5): - manager and staff very helpful , employer EMILY very nice person
- Jordi (2/5): They lie to you in various ways - The hotel manager ripped us off with the tourist services he sold us.
I recommend not go to this hotel. If you go, when they offer you tourist services, never hire them, they will charge you too much and then nothing works, they lie to you in various ways and you waste your time.
You are warned.

- Nadine (8/5): Clean room, great location for bus terminal - I booked this hotel last minute due to our bus leaving at 10 pm which is located a block away from the hotel. The hostel is in a family home which is secured. Area is a bit sketchy and noisy but we felt safe. We stayed on the 4th floor, room was basic however really clean! We had issue with the bathroom shower. Water would be too hot or warm- it was not steady. I would say here again for a night and because it was easy to access the bus terminal. It is located maybe 10-15 minutes from plaza de armas in Cuzco.
- Michael (2/5): Do not stay here - Do not stay here. Down a dark alley far from the center.
- Mary Elizabeth (10/5): My stay at Keros. - I really enjoyed my stay in this Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and really made you feel at home. I would highly recommend this hotel to other travellers.
- Jorge (10/5): Nice rooms - They provide airport pickup. Nice setting. Tea welcome with some snacks. Friend people willing to help and let you know Cusco. Room clean with breakfast every morning. Transfer to Urubamba was helpful with a modest fee.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Great hot water pressure, good wifi connection, and quiet rooms - Great for the price. Excellent wifi connection in the rooms, great hot water pressure, quiet room, and very kind and helpful staff.
- Amber (8/5): friendly staff - Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was basic but meet all our needs
- Matt (10/5): GREAT SERVICE & HONEST STAFF! - The hotel is really a hostal, which means a family lives and administers the hotel (hostal). The hotel is close to two bus stations & the airport. The neighborhood is not nice, but the locals are very friendly. The staff was GREAT! The staff made sure we had everything we needed...information about the city of Cuzco, taxi, food, etc. The price is excellent, but more important was the way the staff treated us as guests.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Kind, family-owned B&B - It is not anywhere close to the main plaza of Cusco. Hotels.com gave me the wrong map location by confusing it with another Keros. I wouldn't visit any of the areas near the B&B, but you can easily get a cab from outside to the main parts of town for 5 nuevos soles.
