• Akhshay (7/5): Good location near fortis hospital - Great location, good breakfast options, clean rooms. Kudos to Mr Sahil who helped after the issues encountered on arrival. Thank you Sir. Just a small disturbance on arrival since i was offered a room which stinked of smoke when i cannot handle a smooking room upon arrival at midnight and staff said i could have the same room after it was "cleaned". The hotel did however ensured that i spent the night at another location due to the unavailability of another room at that time in the same hotel and came back the next day Good job in ensuring customer experience is maintained but train staff accordingly to prevent any such mishaps again.

Pool area , bar/ restaurant. Room and a smell of damp, fridge didn’t work, furniture passed its sell by date. Ready for a revamp. No courtesy shuttle to the airport.

• Reza (10/5): Safe hotel, great location, 5* personal members with caring manager! - The manager, Mr. Rama, made us feel like family. The day before we left for the Taj Mahal, 07:00 morning, he made sure the morning one of his staff members, Mr. Salman, would made us a breakfast package for in the car, since the long ride. Whenever we needed him for the most simple help, the manager himself was incredibly helpfull, kind and always willing to advice. When travelling with a small child, trustworthy people are necessary. The reception, occupied by Mr. Sharma, was always kind and helpfull. The 2 roomservice young men who served us, always kind and helpfull. The best thing about this hotel is it's staff members, 5* rating! The usual simpel things one can name, like some maintenance stuff but nothing to name concrete since everything was fine.
