• Tim (6/5): - The location is conveniently close to a bus stop to the airport, as well as the city center. The room was clean and breakfast was good. Sound isolation was unfortunately poor, and the city's noises kept me up until 2 to 3 am. The curtains also barely block any light, so the sun stirred me awake at around 6. Despite not being able to sleep very long, I was able to get a decent enough rest, and for a one night stay it worked well enough.

• Eileen (10/5): Sentralt - Sentralt ved Avenyen. Rimelig parkering i nærheten med Gøteborg parkering-appen. Frokosten kunne vart lengre enn til kl.0900.

• Björn (8/5): Fina rum i bra i ett bra läge men tråkig frukost - Fina rum med ett handfat i rummet. Toaletter och dusch i korridoren. Frukost ingick i priset men den var medioker utan särskilt många alternativ. Inga nyttiga alternativ som yoghurt utan socker så det fick jag köpa själv. Läget var däremot perfekt endast runt 30 meter till Avenyn och med en utmärkt pub i samma hus för craft beer älskaren. Många restauranger i närheten som t ex Tullen för ett prisvärt alternativ.

• Lorenzo (7/5): A bit old and simple, but ok - I liked that there was free coffee in the aisle so that every guest could get it, along with milk, microwave, water, salt, sugar,... The rooms are at the upper floors so there is a nice view and lots of light The rooms are older and different from what is shown in the pictures. The photos infact were edited by strongly increasing the brightness so that you don't notice all the small issues that you will notice when you are there. Also the wooden floor that was represented in some photos was not in our room at all. The room did not look so clean as other reviews say. The breakfast room was quite crowded in the morning when we got there and the breakfast was rather simple, but maybe that is expected based on price (~80 euros for the double room/night)

• Hanne (10/5): Fantastisk til prisen - Billig enkelt og helt iorden. Alt fra rengøring til badefaciliteter, er bare iorden. Vores kufferter stod der fra middag til vi kunne tjekke ind, så god service.
• Emile93 (7/5): Good for a short -not too expensive- stay - Basic room, but with an okay bed and a sink. Shared bathroom was quite clean. Location was nicely central in Gothenburg. Lots of facilities nearby. Breakfast was very basic. Noises during the night. Had to open the window due to the warmth but it was really noisy outside thanks to the restaurants and bars.

• Charlotte (10/5): Great value for money!! - I really enjoyed my stay and will for sure come back. The value for money was amazing. I loved the location and standart of the hotel. The only minus is the late check in at 4 pm which is too late. I had to wait in reception to check in which is my only complaint.

It's notable, coming from similar accommodation for a similar price in Stockholm, this place wasn't even close to a match.

• Soile (10/5): Trevlig hostel - Lugn och bra hostel. Utmärkt läge och prisvärt. Enkel men helt tillräcklig frukost, jag fick laktosfritt yogurt när jag frågade efter den.
• Andreas (10/5): Enkel övernattning - Bott här flera gånger tidigare i rum med fönster, mycket nöjd. Senaste gången provade man rum utan fönster, rent och fräscht, men ljudet från duschen från våningen ovanför var väldigt tydlig, spår från tidigare vattenläcka hade varit bra om det kunde fixas till, dock inget som luktade. Någorlunda svalt trots varmt väder, tillgång till fläkt fanns men var inte nödvändigt. Frukosten fylldes på trots några få minuter innan den var slut

Inte största frukostutbudet men fanns ändå något. Rummet var rent, men trasiga och knöliga täcken. Svartmögel i badrum. Inte värt ytterligare besök

The breakfast menu did not have descriptions of the items to indicate what they were and if they were vegan, vegetarian, gluten free etc There was seemingly no hot water in the bathroom.

At the end of the corridor you can find tea and coffee, kettle, microwave and fridge for the guests to use. Never had to wait to use the toilets or showers which were very clean. You'll hardly bump into the other guests. Nothing.

• Silvia (9/5): Superb - Our stay was great. Rooms and bathrooms (plenty for each floor) were clean, towels were provided, the room was spacious. We appreciated the fact that our room had a sink, tv, trash can and windows. We had to leave very early so we didn’t get the chance to taste the breakfast. Personal at the reception was great. He explained us everything we needed to know. It was a little hard for us to understand how to open the main door. We waited for someone to get out of the hostel to let us in because nowhere in the advertisement we found indications about that.

• Christine Kurt (10/5): Perfekt overnatning - Vi bor altid på Le Mat, når vi er i Gøteborg. 900 m til midtbyen og 900 m til Liseberg og Universeum. Det ligger helt perfekt, og så er der nederst i bygningen en virkelig hyggelig øl bar og 100m op ad gaden den bedste thai restaurant: Moon Thai Kitchen, som bør opleves.

Sur man/personal som arbetade under helgen, kändes som övervakning vid frukosten, Lite fattig frukost men helt ok annars. I det stora hela mycket rent, fint och toppen ställe med bra läge. Kommer tillbaka.
