På hjemmesiden fremstår sengelinned og håndklæder som inkluderet, da de er markeret med flueben – men med småt står der, at det er mod ekstra gebyr. Det er i sig selv ikke et stort beløb, men samlet set ændrer det prisen nok til, at opholdet ikke længere er så attraktivt, som det først fremstår. Havde jeg været klar over den samlede pris fra start, havde jeg sandsynligvis valgt et andet hotel eller opgraderet til et bedre sted. Min anbefaling er derfor at læse alle detaljer grundigt igennem inden booking – også det med småt.

Номер был уютный, заселение прошло легко. Хороший вариант для короткой поездки в Göteborg. Хотелось бы, чтобы общие туалеты и кухня были чище. Также чайник на кухне выглядел не очень чистым.

• Alena (9/5): Doporučuji k pobytu, libilo se nám,skoro v centru a za rozumnou cenu. - Bylo čisté, postele pohodlné a vybavení v poměru cena a kvalita fajn. Check-in bylo přes recepci a out přes automat,obávali jsme trochu skrz recenze,ale vše bylo ok. WC na chodbách bylo dostatek a i sprch. Je zde i vybavená kuchyň,kde si uvaříte a posedíte. Jediné, co moc nefungovalo, byla karta do pokoje a to u nás všech 3,otevírání bylo i na několikátý pokus.

• Jimmy Munk (5/5): - I was left outside in the middle of the night, because the hotel couldn't find my paid booking. After two hours, I tried to enter again, and got help from another person on the phone, who guided me in to pay for a new booking (the first one have since been refunded).

Stora, privata rum nära faciliteterna. Vissa saker som var trasiga och inte åtgärdade, och något smutsigt på rummet med kuddar som är väldigt platta, MEN betalar man det priset på den platsen tycker jag inte man ska vara så kräsen.

• Zita (1/5): Péssimo, não recomendamos - Não me vem comentários positivos, somente negativos. Não entendo como é que avaliaram com boas estrelas porque de estrelas não tem nada. Não sei se na Suécia é normal, mas cobraram-nos imensas taxas e pagamos mais 6€ por pessoa no início e no fim queriam cobrar ainda mais (não entendemos). O check in e o check out são automáticos numa máquina antes de entrar no alojamento. Tivemos de chamar alguém na campainha para fazer o check out. Eles puseram-nos (6 pessoas) num quarto pequeno com beliches e os beliches faziam imenso barulho. As almofadas são péssimas. As casas de banho são um autêntico nojo. Há muita falta de limpeza em todas as partes do alojamento. Especialmente nas casas de banho e nos duches que tem um cheiro muito intenso a urina. As pias ficam todas entupidas e mal dá para lavar os dentes (pelo o menos nas casas de banho com secador) e até o secador do cabelo: boa sorte, demora uns 20 min para secar o cabelo. Não gostamos nada deste alojamento, foi péssimo! Não recomendo!

There is a charge for check-in, which is what I found most disappointing. What’s more, this charge is compulsory. It’s supposedly for bed linen, but isn’t that included in the hotel rate? And there was no prior notification.

• Olha (5/5): - The hotel has a convenient location, which is a big plus, especially for traveling with children. The room was clean and tidy, and overall it is suitable for families. However, the overall impression was not very good. I paid the full amount for the room during booking, but upon arrival I was asked to pay an additional €25. This was unexpected and unclear what the charge was for. There was no one at the reception to ask, as check-in had to be done самостоятельно, and we had to complete the process ourselves to get the room key. In addition, the hotel’s website states that free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property, but we were unable to connect to the internet at all. We sent a message about this issue, but never received a response. Unfortunately, because of these issues, the overall experience was rather negative.

• Egon (5/5): I wouldn't come back - there is a good kitchen heating was meh the matress was AWFUL AWFUL AWUL, SHAME! they asked me what time I was arriving so they could be there to help but nobody was there so why ask? at least they should reply that they wouldn't be there at that time they charge me for the sheets, which is insane since it is not a hostel, I guess now before booking I will have to ask "do you charge for sheets?" "can you send me a picture of the bed and the matress" very uncool

Only central heat is available without thermostat, was a little bit cold with no space in the room for drying clothes and shoes. Additional electric heat or AC or a towel drying rack woulb work for the room much better.

Leuke eettentjes meteen om de hoek en ook op loopafstand van de concertzaal waar we heen gingen. Kamers waren ruim genoeg en prima. De wc en wasbakken waren in de avond en vroege ochtend alsof er een bom was ontploft. Overal papier en vieze grond. Ook maakte de afzuiging in de kamer erg veel geluid als een soort doffe doedelzak. Gelukkig hadden we oordoppen mee.

Bra läge. Smidig incheck om man kom senare än bemannat. Våningsängen i delat rum var obekväm och kudden platt. Det luktade väldigt mycket rök när man kom in i trapphuset. Båda kaffebryggarna var tyvärr sönder.

In più il ragazzo che ha preparato la colazione usava le mani per riporre il cibo (fette di pane, formaggio e prosciutto) e ci ha portato una caraffa sporca.
