- Is (8/5): We love Pousada de Coloane Boutique Hotel and we will go back every year. - Pousada de Coloane Boutique Hotel is my family's go-to summer vacation place. Breakfast - offers variety of protein, carbs, and fruit. salad is also available every day Room - just right for a small family (husband, wife, and a 5-year old child) Pool - always clean and has several floaties for kids to keep play time interesting View - 100% recommend Location - very best in Macau IMHO Staff - all very friendly, welcoming, and approachable; above and beyond in service Lots and lots of insects. Although that's to be expected since there are lots of plants and greeneries in the hotel. Just bring lots of bug spray!

Пришлось походить вверх-вниз по лестницам, но это мелочи. При бронировании почему-то не приняли ни одну из белорусских карт - пришлось решать вопрос через китайского друга.

Extrem schwierig ein Taxi zu bekommen, geht meist nur mit Extra "Trinkgeld "für den Fahrer Bushaltestelle ca.90 Stufen den Berg hoch. Macht Spaß bei Regen, da Stufen sehr rutschig

- John (9/5): We had a very enjoyable stay at the Pousada where the accommodation was superb. The breakfasts, however were very poor. - We liked the location and environment, the quiet, the traditional feel of the Pousada, the comfort of the room and the bed, the cleanliness, the balcony, the bathroom with its proper bath and basin, the hot water, the aircon and the helpful staff at the reception. The accommodation was excellent and very good value. The breakfasts were very poor. The western hot food - boiled and fried eggs and the bacon for example had been cooked in advance and placed in hot containers and further heated, so that the food became hard and uneatable. My polite request to the kitchen staff for a fresh fried egg was refused. The coffee was often less than hot and not replaced. The fruit was sometimes finished and not replaced. The staff were seldom visible and made little effort to assist. In brief the breakfasts were little short of a disaster. This meant that we decided not to eat lunch or dinner there. Given its relative isolation, it is essential that the restaurant be improved and work effectively.

Staff need more professional training, no matter of check in process, catering service etc. Besides that, the breakfast time was too late to be ready. We and other guests were waited for breakfast setting in the restaurant.

- Dawn (8/5): - I enjoyed the peacefulness of the hotel. Nice and calming. At reception it was difficult at times to communicate. I asked if they could help me get a taxi. They said we will see what we can do then I didnt hear from them again. Taxis really dont go to this area. The location is away from things to do. You can take the bus which is good once you figure it out. They would benefit a lot from maybe having a shuttle once a day to go a casino to pick up and drop off.

- Philippe (8/5): Un bel endroit à Coloane - Équipe sympathique et disponible. Localisation au calme en pleine nature sur un flanc de colline avec le réveil aux chants des oiseaux. Accès facile avec les lignes de bus 15, 21A et 26A en haut de l'hôtel et parking en bas pour voiture et taxi. Petit-déjeuner avec omelette au choix. Baignoire et terrasse de la chambre agréable. Le bâtiment mériterait un petit ravalement au niveau extérieur.
- SAKURAI (8/5): 喧騒とは無縁でのんびり出来るホテル - マカオの美しい海岸ビューとのんびりとした雰囲気を満喫出来て最高！バスも頻繁に走っているから不便さを感じないロケーション エレベーターがなく、どのタイプの部屋に泊まっても必ず階段を使うことになる。娘と2人旅だった為、 バス停からスーツケースを運ぶのが下り階段であってもとっても大変だった。チェックアウト時は幸いにも男性スタッフがバス停まで運んでくれ、本当に助かった。感謝！ また、ベランダに面した窓には網戸が無く、２月なのに蚊が入ってきてしまった。波の音や鳥のさえずりを楽しむ時は要注意。

- Yan (9/5): Ótimo para uns dias longe de tudo. - Localização. O hotel fica em frente à praia, ótimo para passar uns dias tranquilo. A cama é antiga e fazia um pouco de barulho com os movimentos.
- Dina (10/5): - Pousada de Coloan is located in a quiet, remote part of Macau, surrounded by the sea on one side and lush greenery on the others. If you are looking for a peaceful and tranquil place away from the busy city, this hotel is an excellent choice. I really liked the interior of the room — it feels like staying in a traditional, old-style Portuguese hotel. The view from the window was beautiful, with the sea very close, greenery all around, and a sense of calm and silence. The small restaurant was pleasant, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I accidentally forgot my coat in the room, and the hotel kindly sent it to me by post, which was incredibly thoughtful and much appreciated. Another lovely touch was the complimentary drinks served in the lounge area — it felt very warm and personal, and my son especially loved the plum drink. Although the hotel is not new, it offers excellent value for money, and our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One inconvenience was that reaching the room with suitcases required going down the stairs. The receptionist kindly helped by carrying one suitcase, while I carried the other. This arrangement was manageable but not ideal, and it would be worth considering a more convenient solution for guests with luggage. Additionally, there were slight traces of mold in a few areas around the sink, which should be relatively easy to address nowadays. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a quiet, atmospheric seaside retreat in Macau.

- Martin (10/5): - Das Hotel ist wie eine kleine Ruheoase im hektischen Macao. Haben die idyllische Lage und die besondere Atmosphäre sehr genossen. Unser Familienzimmer war sehr groß mit einem wunderschönen Blick vom Balkon. Den Pool hatten wir meist für uns alleine. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Die Busanbindung zum Strip / zur Altstadt ist auch sehr gut. Wenn man mit großem Gepäck ankommt, empfiehlt sich jedoch ein Taxi, um die Treppen von der Bushaltestelle runter zum Hotel zu umgehen. -

- Alena (8/5): Klidná lokalita pro méně náročné - Klidná lokalita v přírodě u pláže a stezek v kopcích. Velmi milý personál a dobrá snídaně. Vynikající večeře v restauraci s terasou s krásným výhledem. Ubytování je pro méně náročné cestovatele, s dobrým autobusovým spojením, jen se musí jít na zastávku do prudkých schodů. Balkón u pokoje s výhledem na pláž. Pokoje jsou už trochu v rozkladu a zasloužily by renovaci. Žádný obchod v okolí (nutno dojet autobusem nebo delší pěší procházkou).
- Carole (7/5): Great location, a bit quirky but a nice visit. - This hotel is in a great location, right on the beach, quiet, except for the sound of waves, which we could hear from from the balcony. We visited in December, but it was warm enough for an early morning swim in the sea. It is walking distance (about 25 minutes) to the famous Fernandos restaurant and easy to catch buses elsewhere. The staff are nice, the balconies are a good size with a nice view, as is the terrace and the breakfast room is pleasant. The room has a kettle and a fridge. The hotel itself is a little tired, the door lock didn't work well, the wardrobe didn't open easily and the decoration is old and a bit shabby. The staff were nice, but when we got back at 5:00pm the room still hadn't been made up and it took asking a number of times to eventually get someone to make up the room. The breakfast was not great for me, a fair choice but not what I like - cheap white fluffy bread for toast, only cornflakes for cereal choice and no soy milk.

- KEISUKE (9/5): 美味しいもの食べて,美味しいお酒呑んで、のんびり過ごすために泊まるところ。 - 全室シービュー。ロケーションも最高。 車の騒音も無く、波音と鳥のさえずりだけ。そして何と言っても併設のカフェレストランが最高。何を食べても美味しいし、ワインも豊富。ハウスワインも美味しい。スタッフもフレンドリーで親切でキュート。 客室に降りる階段が少し急だったのと、途中にある自販機が、クレジットカードや現金が使えなそうだったこと。

- Sern Wei (9/5): - Incredible peaceful and unique location. Great staff. Environmentally friendly. Capacious outdoor swimming pool. So affordable for Macau standards. Close to wonderful small villages to explore as well as beach for swimming, hiking opportunities. Altogether very luxurious. Bathroom facilities a bit old- shower curtains and shower-in-bath. No toilet brush provided for cleaning the toilet. This is a very minor issue.

- Yana (7/5): Старый отель на горе без лифта - Завтраки после долгого путешествия по Китаю порадовали, почти европейские, есть апельсиновый сок, овощи, фрукты, яйца, лапша или рис, сосиски, нет никакой выпечки вообше, только хлеб. Море рядом, но из-за этого крутого подъёма вообше из отеля выходить не хочется Отель находится на горе и если вы приехали на автобусе, как нам посоветовали работники отеля в переписке, и у вас огромные чемоданы, то это ад!! Сначало катишься долго вниз вместе с чемоданом с горы, а потом нужно его ещё заташить в отель, а иам подъём градусов 50-60, мы позвали с ресепшн, пришёл один парень, конкчно он не смог затащить на такую гору 2 чемодана, пришлось тащить их самим с его помощью. В отеле нет лифта, по ступенькам тоже не просто побегать с чемоданами по 20 кг каждый. Номера старые, плесень в ванне, противно было к ней прикасаться. На завтраке нет никакой выпечки, хотя говорят, что завтрак европейский. Номера очень маленькие, чтобы выйти из номера, нужно зайти в ванную комнату, а иначе входная дверь не откроется и так же заходить в номер.
- Catherine (9/5): I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, quiet, and relaxing getaway. - The room is very clean, relaxing, and cosy, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff are very accommodating, friendly, and helpful, making our stay truly enjoyable. The restaurant offers a great selection of food and drinks, and I particularly appreciate the Portuguese style, which adds to the overall charm of the getaway. After 10 pm, the restaurant is closed, and there’s no room service. The vending machine also doesn’t have enough food choices.

- Claire (7/5): Old style Macau - The property is old style colonial Macau. It’s situated in a nice quiet spot. To get a taxi is almost impossible but we discovered how easy the bus from the top of the road is. This time we stayed in a slightly better renovated room compared with last December. The restaurant is the real gem of this hotel. The food is outstanding and it’s the #1 reason we returned. The staff are so lovely and attentive and remembered us from last December. Overall, I liked the stay. However, for me the bathroom is a bit of a safety issue. I hurt my knee getting in and out of the bath as it is quite high and my safety rail was loose. My biggest suggestion is the hotel adding some grip around that area for safer stepping in and out.
- Adam Norton (10/5): Great place, great food - Really lovely place, just above the bay and beach. Fal asleep to the sound of breaking waves. Staff were fantastic - very professional and efficient. The restaurant food was consistently excellent - really delicious Portuguese and Macanese dishes. Highly recommended.

- Dmi Traveller (9/5): - Уютное место вдали от города. До Котая можно добраться за 25 минут на городском автобусе. Ближайший супермаркет в 15 минутах на том же автобусе. Зато тишина, можно купаться в бассейне и в море. Нет очередей при заселении. Не берут никаких залогов и не пытаются списать деньги кроме тех что уже заплачены на сайте. Все честно. Завтраки без изысков но все есть, десертиков не хватало. Есть чайник и кулер с питьевой водой. Отель расположен внизу у пляжа, от автобуса довольно крутой спуск, ну а к автобусу соответственно подъем. К менеджменту отеля - постыдились бы - постельное белье изношено до дыр! Так как горничная, стеля простынь не могла не заметить что простынь с дырками - значит это такое указание менеджмента отеля. Стыдно вы позорите себя и свою прекрасную страну. Полотенца тоже некоторые изношены совершенно.
- Eric (9/5): Bon hôtel - Un hôtel de bonne qualité situé dans un secteur calme et dans un cadre reposant. Le personnel est fort sympathique. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec beaucoup de choix. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est bien pratique, vu le peu de commerces dans ce coin isolé. Depuis la terrasse de l'hôtel et le balcon de la chambre, on a une belle vue sur la mer. A noter également que l'établissement dispose d'une piscine. L'établissement est situé dans un secteur relativement isolé et pas pratique à atteindre par les transports en commun

- Michael (9/5): A relaxing hotel, away from the hustle and bustle, great for families. - The hotel is in a picturesque location near Cheoc Van Beach. The rooms are pretty, Portuguese themed and have a historic feel. The family room we had was great for four people. Breakfast was lovely in the restaurant and the staff very helpful. The view over the South China Sea and beach are wonderful. The only downside can be the location being a bit more remote and getting a taxi at peak times can be slower as there aren't necessarily many drivers in the local area at times. This is not a fault of the hotel, just part of the location.
