• Esther (8/5): - Schone, maar kleine kamers, badkamer kan een update gebruiken. Erg vriendelijk personeel, goed eten en een fantastische gemeenschapszin.
• Karel (10/5): N'hésitez pas! - Vraiment super, l'hôtel est vraiment confortable! Nous étions que 2 la première nuit et le petit déjeuner était quand même super! Hôtel calme et confortable et plein de randonnées à faire dans le coin. Souci technique au restaurant, on testera à notre prochaine visite!

• Herman (10/5): - Het is een erg leuk klein hotelletje in een prachtig dorpje heerlijk rustig echt een genot, personeel is vriendelijk het ontbijt is heerlijk en allemaal verse streekproducten super locatie leuk kamertje eigenlijk gewoon geweldig.

• Julien (10/5): Fabuleux - Sejour formidables, Accueille formidable, tous le personnels est tres gentille, petit déjeuner copieux, le restaurants et tres bon avec des assiette tres bien fournie. L'hôtel est jolie, les chambre sont chaleureuse. Nul doute que si je repasse dans le coins je m'y arrêterait a nouveau
• Eva (6/5): - De ligging is uitstekend, supermarktje op 500m, bakker om de hoek... Mogelijkheid dat ontbijt en avondeten in het hotel. De badkamer is aan renovatie toe, de schuifdeur tussen kamer en badkamer gaat met moeite open en dicht.
• JOSE (10/5): TRES SATISFAIT DU SEJOUR ET DE L'HOTEL - L'Hôtel est situé sur un site magnifique, calme et vivant. Avec des sentiers bien balisés et connus. On a pu choisir entre repas en restaurant et pique-nique selon l'activité du moment. On y retournera.
• Burkhard (8/5): - Empfang öffnet exakt 17 Uhr. Alles ging schnell und absolut unkompliziert, trotz unserer lediglich rudimentären Kenntnisse des Französischen. Gleich einen Tisch zum Abendessen bestellt und die Zeit bis dahin mit einem erfrischenden Bad in der Semoy, einem Maaszufluss ein paar hundert Meter entfernt genutzt. Durch die Lage im Thal ist eine Klimatisierung nachts nicht nötig, trotz sehr hoher Temperaturen am Tag, da es sehr schön kühl die Hänge herunter und durch das Zimmer zieht, vorausgesetzt, man fürchtet bewegte Luft im Raum nicht als Todesursache, wie viele Zeitgenossen...

• Thierry (2/5): Highly NOT recommended - Avoid this place - This is a very bad experience. We have been “welcomed” by the owner by him closing the door in front of us and yelling at us that check-in time is 5pm, that he does not care about us having 6 hours of driving and being tired. We were puzzled at this behavior and at this man almost scolding us. Unfortunately this hotel is not a hotel: opening hours are at 5pm, earlier than that no chance. When I complained at this behavior when then finally checking-in at 5pm, the second employee had almost the same attitude, defending the other employee and putting the blame on us, that we arrived too early. Yes, we were too early, but simply and politely wanted to ask if one could find a solution. We do not think that blaming, scolding and shutting the door in front of a paying customer is acceptable. We have been informed by the employees of another restaurant-hotel near-by that this location and this people are famous for such behaviors. Overall, the room was very small, not in accordance with the pictures shown.

• GUILLAUME (8/5): Super - Sejour tres simpat malgré les circonstance covid , pas d'accessibilité a tout les service de l'hôtel comme le restaurant mais dans l'ensemble tres bon sejour 👌 Un secteur magnifique pour les amoureux de la nature
• Alain (6/5): Séjour en Ardennes - Etablissement presque bon mais chauffage insuffisant et moisisure autour du plafond. Eclairage du coin bureau dans le dos. Comme d'habitude, les Logis de France sont en grande majorité bricolé au rabais. Dommage qu'en France le client soit si mal considéré et que les tenanciers commerciaux soient tellement avide d'argent.
• Richard (8/5): Bonne adresse dans l’ensemble. - La chambre est correcte, sans plus, ni moins. Pas de support de pommeau de douche, ampoules HS, TV de la taille d’une tablette. Literie très confortable, bouteille d’eau. Wifi fonctionne bien en chambre. Petit parking, mais très pratique. Restaurant très bon, les plats locaux sont copieux et excellent. Dommage que l’on ne puisse pas bénéficier de la soirée étape.

• Oliver (8/5): Degelijk zonder franje - Goede uitvalsbasis om de bossen in de streek te verkennen. Echt een "Ardense feeling" maar met minder Vlamingen en Nederlanders!
• HEDIN (6/5): hotel: bof. brasserie et personnel: bien - hôtel trop vétuste, à besoin de travaux urgent; électricité non conforme, prises fonctionnent pas, ampoules claquées, papier peint des années 70 décollé. douche et sdb état trés vétuste et étriqués, extrêmement bruyant sans aucune isolation acoustique. confort des années 80 non refait depuis !!! Les plus: petit garage à vélos (à coté des frigos, mais bon ...) coté brasserie c'est bon et le personnel est trés bien. les prix raisonnables.

• Carole (4/5): - Malheureusement l'hôtel a besoin d'un très bon coup de rénovation, chambre et salle de bain remplie de moisissure sur les murs extérieur. Pas de couette mais de simple couverture qui ne tiennent pas du tout chaud. Un chauffage que l'on ne peut pas régler... Un post it en guise de télé et une mini douche en près fabriquer... Sans oublier la moquette qui est tâcher absolument de partout !! Point positif l'on n'y mange très bien au dîner et au souper. Mais la encore le petit déjeuner est ridicule, malgré des efforts fait car le pain est frais ainsi que les croissants.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Nice hotel, poor reception. - Hotel was locked up on day of arrival, no restaurant or bar facility, no reception or staff available. Although room was ready, key on hall table, I only managed to gain entry as another guest was exiting.

• Jason (10/5): - Two day break from Paris in mid summer. Perfect location, wonderful country hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Menu selection in the restaurant was good, food well prepared, fresh and plentiful. Good selection of beers and wines. Highly recommend this hotel.

• Torbjörn (10/5): Hyggeligt og autentisk - Hyggeligt hotel med ideel beliggenhed for oplevelse af Ardennerne. Værelset var rent, rummeligt og hyggeligt. - Badet, der er på størrelse med et fly-toilet vil være en udfordring for store personer. God restaurant med lokalt køkken. OBS det er først muligt at tjekke ind efter klokken 17!

• Lynn (2/5): - Unfortunately we arrived after 11pm and the hotel was in darkness. We were not made aware of the latest check in time. We called the emergency number listed but this was just an answering machine. We left a message and to date we have had no response. We had to find alternative accommodation which was quite difficult at that time of night.
• David (8/5): Well situated hotel in very picturesque town. - The 2 of us spent a night here in September 2015 & were well pleased. It's easy to find & has limited parking [& there's adjacent public parking free] We found the staff welcoming with some English. The hotel seems to have been recently modernised & the fittings are good. Built into the slope, the inevitable stairs might be a problem [we're well past 70 & coped]. Our room was of a decent size, with a balcony & modern toilet fittings. A downside was the lack of sound proofing. The breakfast was adequate at a reasonable price, but the 24 euro menu in the restaurant was excellent & very good value. All in all, very good value.
• Johannes (8/5): Uitstekend - Het hotel is ons zeer goed bevallen. We hebben steeds in het restaurant gegeten en ook dat was prima. Alleen de kamer was wat aan de krappe kant, het bed besloeg de helft daarvan. Ideaal was de locatie in Monthermé in het spectaculairste deel van de Franse Ardennen. We hebben heerlijke wandelingen door het rotsachtige landschap gemaakt met fraaie uitzichten over de Maasvallei. Ook hebben we een rondtocht per auto gemaakt naar Charleville-Mezieres, een erg aangename stad met een prachtig centraal plein.

• Virginie (6/5): bel hôtel malgré certaine chose à revoir - nous avons notre chambre qui nous à été présenté, nous nous sommes aperçu après qu'une araignée nous accueillais, pas de double vitrage, sinon dans l'ensemble c'était correcte. La nuit nous avons entendue des personne du dessus qui parlait fort, et nous avons eu un soucis de chasse d'eau que nous avons dut éteindre sinon elle coulait sans cesse. Le prix devrais être soit baisser du fait d'une mauvaise isolation, soit justifiée par le ptit déjeuner compris, que nous avons payer à part. Sinon cela reste un bon hôtel tout de même et le Village est très jolie.
