kumar (5/5): Not worth for the money paid - The room was facing the valley, the room had a big glass window. They provided complimentary idli for kid. The room was small and congested, outdoor kids play area was small but lawn was big. The receptionist didn't give a tour of the property. The coffee and milk products in room were not up to the expectation, my kid had to wait until 7.30 am for milk. My driver was also complaining about driver accommodation, they mentioned that 500rs will be collected in advance and 400 will be returned in reception but they charged 300 and the place was fully packed with other drivers. he could've easily got his own room for 250 outside. Food was ok, but don't expect south Indian. Had lunch at the restaurant, overpriced and the desert was not good. Campfire was also canceled due to rain, so overall you can still choose this place for the valley view, but it was not worth it if you are playing more than 10k per night, we had better experience in another stay in city with complimentary breakfast as well and it was half the amount we paid at sterling.

Vinod (8/5): Overall, the stay was enjoyable. - The hotel stay was decent overall. The location, spacious rooms, and beautiful views were definitely highlights of the experience. I was disappointed that the activities were not complimentary. Additionally, the food felt a little overpriced for the quality and portion sizes offered.

Anoop (1/5): Will not recommend to anyone to stay here. - Stayed for one day in the most premier double room 122 they had to offer and cancelled for second day. Hotel property is spread on a stiff cliff. Moving from one place to other is very difficult. Not at all suitable for parents and elderly. View is available from limited rooms only. No valet available. Parking is at the top and you have to walk all the way up every time. Rooms are dark with limited sunlight getting in. Space management inside room is poor making the rooms feel even smaller. Bed headboards were stained and dirty. Dining table was having marks of dried up food remains. Don’t go by the pictures on website and app. Restaurant is filthy with stain ridden seats all over. Breakfast menu was very limited and not worth it. Menu prices is more than 5 start hotel for no reason. Restaurant staff were wearing unclean uniforms and we could smell foul odour whenever they approached. Rotten food spilling from torn black plastic bags stacked at rear side of kitchen spoke a lot about their hygiene standard. Overall a very bad experience and we packed up from there a day early. On top of everything being horrible, there was some music going on from morning 5:30 AM to midnight 11 PM. We could not sleep and after requests for change of hotel or any assistance, we received no response at all. I thought this would be a special place to celebrate first anniversary but it turned out to be so bad.

Bharat (4/5): Unpleasant experience at the bomb price that I paid - Nothing much, to be honest Room location (overlooking chimney and all day road noise), room size, amenities in the room against the bomb price that was charged. Worst part was the interaction with the sterling team after the booking. I was asked to make the payment before arrival (despite when it was mentioned on the booking.com that payment will be handled at check-in. I was literally threatened of booking cancellation, if the payment is not paid. I was also asked what’s the tariff I have been offered by booking.com. May be with the intention that if the hotel gets a higher paying customer (owing to holiday season), they might cancel my booking and earn opportunity benefit. This was insane and ridiculous, specially when I mentioned that I am travelling with parents (Sr. Citizens) Long story short is that I would hesitate to recommend this property to my family and friends.
