- Thomas (7/5): The stay was ruined due to the billing error. - Breakfast and location ok. I was ripped off and am still upset. I was charged for 2 rooms when my wife and I only had 1 room. We were also charged for 2 people in the second mystery room. I questioned the desk clerk upon check out and was told that the situation would be looked into and corrected. I am still waiting for this correction to take place. My wife and I have stayed in Holiday Inn Express locations many times over the years and have never experienced a situation like this one.

- Serena (3/5): Not the best value or stay - Location, staff. 1st room smelled, A/C didn't work. Staff very accommodating found us a different room. Overall A/C down in hotel during stay. Pool was supposed to be heated, heat didn't work in the pool, and there were mosquitos everywhere in pool room. Lastly, held $25 for incidentals, 2 rooms so still waiting on release of $50 4 weeks after stay.

- Clifford G (4/5): Poor Management, Poor Customer Service - Doors stuck. Property being renovated. They shut off the elevator with no notice. I am disabled and had to carry everything down the stairs. When I complained, was told to bad. I will NEVER stay at an IHG hotel ever again. Will be contacting IHG to find out if this is their policy.
- Charlene (8/5): Would stay there again! - It was very clean. I liked that there were two chairs in our room and s lot of counter space to put things. The breakfast was good and the comfort of the bed was amazing! The only thing I didnt like was that when you turned on the light in the bathroom an extremely loud fan came on. I dont know if it was suppose to be that way or it was faulty, but it was very annoying.

- Cody (10/5): Happy Mother’s Day. - I am simple so I don’t really care for much as long as the place is clean and the bed is comfortable. It rained and I like to workout so outside wasn’t much of an option. They have a pool which far outweighs the negative of the weight room not having a bench, but adding one small bench that could be folded for flat bench up to shoulder presses would make the fitness room so much better.

- Ryan (8/5): - Overall i am happy with my weekend stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was always hot and fresh. My only complaints would be that the exhaust fan in the bathroom didnt work and the tub didnt drain well.

Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, all you can ask for when you are on a road trip! But there’s more! Staff is friendly and welcoming!! And did I mention it was clean!?!

- bigthicket (8/5): Still some work to do with the remodeling but it’s getting there! - Even with the remodeling inconveniences this is still the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in while visiting family in the area. Our room was clean and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. When we first got to our room we noticed we had no bath towels. Thank goodness we noticed and were able to get some before shower time. Some things appeared to still be undone in the room we were in. The safe was not mounted and was lying on the floor in the closet. The bottles of amenities in the bathroom for shower were not mounted to the wall. They looked to have fallen off. The thermostat was not connected but you could still change temperature at the A/C. The fan for the bathroom came on every time you turned the light switch on. I think it was supposed to be hooked up to the other switch. Once this hotel is completely done I think it’s going to be very nice.
