Te dejan snacks y agua en la habitación, lo cual es muy de agradecer. Y la limpieza muy top. Se nota el desgaste, necesitaría una renovación, especialmente en los baños y zona de desayuno. La habitación triple que pedimos se queda algo escasa de tamaño. Estuvimos en la última planta (19) y se escuchaba bastante el ruido de las máquinas de aire. Si reserváis, indicad que no sea en la planta 19.

Gulvtæpper, vægge og lofter var slidte. Sengen var lidt hår.

El desayuno buffet está bien es variado y hay café gratis las 24 horas. Buena relación calidad precio. Recomendable Tanto las habitaciones como el hotel se ven un poco antiguos pero no es problema cumple las expectativas.

• krishhb2025 (4/5): Unauthorised entry into my room by strangers - During the 2nd night at the hotel, strangers entered my room while my minor kids were on the bed watching tv. Had we not been present in the room it could have turned out terribly for us as all my cash and other valuables were on the tv stand. The persons finally agreed to leave the room and this situation was brought to management's attention. Mgt indicated it was an error on their part. Highly dissatisfied as i felt as though my family's safety and privacy was compromised.

• W4500XHalexanderv (2/5): Terrible Experience - Double Charged and No Resolution - I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Manhattan Times Square South with my wife and had a very disappointing experience. I fully prepaid my reservation on April 7 through Booking.com for a stay from April 13 to 16. Due to a flight delay, which we reported to the hotel in advance, we finally arrived in the early morning of April 15. At check-in, I was asked to pay a deposit, so I used my debit card. Later, I realized that additional charges had been made to my card, resulting in a duplicate charge for my stay. Despite providing proof of payment and contacting the hotel multiple times, I have not received any solution. This appears to be an abusive and non-transparent practice. I recommend that future guests carefully verify all charges.

They helped print out maps for us and routes to get around the city. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning. The rooms felt breathable and comfortable; we expected tighter spaces as it was NYC. I will definitely come again! We want to thank the staff for having our rooms so clean. Absolutely filthy, shower floods the floor. Unacceptable and disgusting. Overbooked so we got the room over the outdoor smokers and the no smoking room might as well have had someone chain smoking until 4 am. They serve breakfast but it fills up and you can’t get food anyway. Certainly count on going out not eating here. You can’t even get coffee without standing in a line.

• ExceptionalEA (10/5): Great Location and Staff; Thank You to Ronald, Stefan and Jade from this Repeat Guest - The hotel itself is modest, and some hallway carpeting is in need of replacement. That said, I repeatedly return to this property on 36th, between Fifth and Sixth Avenues, for a number of reasons. My rooms have consistently been clean. The location is ideal for train travel to/from any of the three New York area airports, as you can readily walk to Penn Station. You're also within walking distance of Bryant Park and a multitude of shopping and dining options, as well as subway stations. It's the management and staff, though, who really make a difference. Ronald leads a great team, including Stefan, Jade and others. I've stayed at this property a number of times in no small part because of the people, who welcome me by name and are consistently gracious and helpful. I stayed at this property twice in the last five weeks, once while NYC was in a state of emergency as a result of February's major snowfall. I was among many NYC visitors who unexpectedly needed an additional night's stay as a result of flight cancellations, and the team at this Holiday Inn took great care of me.

The city view room is a view of hotels and other buildings with one of them being the empire state building so if you're looking for an actual street view of the city this hotel doesn't offer that.

Los resepcionistas ninguno habla español aunque son amables .pero un hotel internacional tendría que tenerlo..el aire hacia mucho ruido pero cumplía su función exelente.
• Natasja (6/5): Goede ligging, verder niet bijzonder - Perfecte ligging en de prijs was oke voor new yorkse begrippen. De ontbijtzaal is erg klein, daardoor vaak geen plek. Als je iets later bij ontbijt komt na 8.30 zijn veel dingen op en worden niet bijgevuld. De laatste dag kwamen we om 9u en was er helemaal geen brood meer, geen cereal, geen melk. Tevens eet je van kartonnen borden met plastic bestek, had het idee dat ik in een hostel was. Kamers zijn oud en tapijt is vies. Douchedeur deur was kapot. Lift erg traag, vaak erg lang wachten op een lift. Onze kamer was naast een dak met heel veel generatoren, waardoor veel herrie. We sliepen met zijn drieën op een kamer met 2 2 persoonsbedden. Deze bedden waren erg klein om in te liggen met zijn tweeën.
