- nancy (9/5): Everything was great except for the timing of the breakfast - Swimming pool was warm the beds were comfortable the shower was extremely clean and the staff was very very helpful we got to stay on the first floor so it was convenient We had to leave one morning without eating breakfast because it wasn't served yet and on the second day we missed breakfast because we didn't get up before they stop serving

- Orelus (3/5): Won’t stay again - Location/ cleanliness Had a neighbor who was deaf is what the hotel staff told me he would blast the tv all night. I told the front desk and they turned it down for him then he would just turn it back up. Had to wake up early they didn’t seem to care

Despite the area being under construction around the hotel, it felt safe. Some of the tile and the tub insert was in need of repair. The area outside and around the hotel is being cleaned up but it's not quite there yet.

- Susan (8/5): Overall, the facility was nice. I do not feel that the cost of the room and then they added expense per night of our pet - Close to our destination. Close to a variety of food. The staff was welcoming They charge $35 per night for our dogs. We have stayed in other holiday ends who have a one time fee. And all other hotels that we stay in have a one time fee as well. They had some renovations going on that the contracted company working for them did not take all necessary precautions to prevent accidents. There were electrical cords strung across doors with no rugs or covers to prevent falls. They gave us a handicap room which we did not request. When we arrive, the door was propped open to our room. Shortly, after entering our room and closing the door, a repair person who did not speak. English came in our room without knocking. He gestured he needed to finish his painting on the wall. We allowed him to finish since we were already unpacking our stuff. The front desk did not seem to have any idea that that room had been under repair. The fourth floor and our room had an unusual order similar to sewage.

Then they changed our room and must have been masking something as it smelled horrible of perfume sent and was not good for my asthma but didn’t complain because was our second room.

- Brittany (4/5): - This property was undergoing a remodel. The trim on the whole main floor was missing. The pool was questionable. The room had a weird smell when we first got there. We were not expecting much but it was disappointing it was one of the higher priced hotels in the area. The hotel was in a weird area I don’t even know I was going the right way because the road was in a kind of off area where it seemed like a popular spot for truckers to park and roam around. It was conveniently located near a Cracker Barrel, Sonic, Loves gas station as well as another few gas stations. That was the best part. Glad we didn’t have to spend much time at the hotel.

I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends. I didnt want to stay inside of city limits and this hotel was in the perfect location to get into and out of town.

- Rafael (4/5): - The staff was friendly and the hotel was ok. But unfortunately we found a bug (Cockroach) and the shower had dirty towels (2) hanging from the courtain rod full of hairs. The courtain of the shower was disgusting and full of the same hairs as well. The room had a certain odor when we came in. We had a long drive so we just went to bed. The breakfast was good, but it was empty and people had to request refill on the eggs and other items, staff was slow in getting things out. Overall I am surprised it had the rating it had here, and im disappointed and not satisfied. Then, since we prepaid through expedia, they could not do anything for us. Which i wasn't expecting anything to be done anyways since we were checking out, we were only there for one night.

The front desk staff was especially nice , friendly and helpful. Ummm...nothing! It was all a very pleasurable experience!! The 2 night stay was great! The only thing was, I was given a handicap room and that was ok, except I would have loved a tub with shower.

Loved that they had dove shampoo, condition, lotion, body wash and gel hand soap in large refillable containers. Water pressure was great and even being right by the elevator, It was still so quiet. Great location to get in and out of. Can’t wait to plan a trip back!
