It is conveniently located, being close to shops and restaurants. A minor detail: the motorcycles on the street in front of hotel can be heard at night, as the room was facing the street.

• SINMAN (10/5): - Easy to call Grab from this hotel. We booked a two bedroom suite, one room was en-suite and there is another bathroom with toilet in the living room therefore plenty of private space. The suite was in very good condition too. Very clean. Fabric sofas are a little stained but it doesn’t stink or anything so it’s fine to use. Reception was very friendly and helpful.

Would I stay again - I think there are cheaper and better options available which I would consider next time around. Having said that, no complaints with the property itself.

• Chi Ming (10/5): A very comfortable stay at Rongratana - Our stay at Rongratana was a family trip. All of us found our suites & studio room very nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. The staff is very polite and very helpful. We will surely recommend Rongratana to other friends, and I will surely stay here again in future.

• GK (10/5): - The location of Rongratana cannot be beat. The property is a reasonable walk to many of Bangkok's premier shopping centre's. The rooms are spacious and represent a good value for money. The Hen and Egg restaurant located on site is an excellent choice for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Hotel reception staff were polite, courteous and helpful. Housekeeping is excellent as my room was spotless.

Рядом много магазинов. а также в пешей доступности расположены парк Люмпини, торговый центр Siam Paragon и океанариум Ocean World. Комфортно добрались до аэропорта Суварнабхуми. В итоге - качество отеля соответствует цене.

The location is great, but as the hotel is a really small one, most taxi drivers do not know how to get there, thus it will be good to give him the address instead of the hotel name. Street was not traffic compared to other streets. Staff was super friendly. Tons of massage/spa around and a nice Starbucks as well. Overall good experience.

• Philip (10/5): Roomy, clean and fresh - Had a fantastic stay at Rongratana during two nights. The location is very close to the shopping area around Central World and it's not hard at all to get to the more cultural areas of the city. Closeby is also convenient stores such as 7Eleven as well as Starbucks. The room was very fresh and clean, although the AC weren't amazing but still did the job. Overall, the room was nothing short of fantastic and I'm very pleased with my stay.
• Lai Ha Carmen (2/5): Very Bad Experience! No electricity more than 3hrs - 非常差，不會再入住！房間及廚房常常見到有蟻及小昆蟲的蹤影。浴巾有毛…... 最重要的是在退房當天早上大約9時，突然整座酒店停電，房間非常熱及侷促，職員稱維修30分鐘便可以。但等到中午12時，還是沒有電力。由於本人訂了夜機返香港，原定早上先將行李寄存在泰國朋友家中，但因為酒店停電停Lift不能搬運行李，所以便向酒店經理要求將非常重的行李和容易破碎的物品保留存放在房間內到晚上回酒店提取，經理向我們道歉和多次保證行李可存放在房間內。當時本人亦有留下3個電話可隨時聯絡。非常憤怒、失望的事件發生了，當我們回到酒店時，發現行李被隨便擺放在地下大堂，經理完全沒有兌現承諾。回家後發現有物品損壞了 !!

• Alan (8/5): Pleasant stay at Rongratana - Pleasant stay at Rongratana. There's a couple of malls nearby before the BTS. If you are planning to walk it might take about 15-20 minutes. Only issue I faced was during check-in, the receptionist insisted that I have not paid for the room. In the end, I paid twice and now waiting for Rongratana to do the refund.

The location is convenient, just 5 minutes' walk from Central World. There are certain details that need to be improved, though. The WIFI is too slow. The drain of the bath tub is blocked. The TV is not properly tuned.

Was a little more than we needed for one night but was nice to treat ourself. Breakfast was served direct to your room though it did arrive after the time that we had requested. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. Swimming pool was quite small. We asked if there was anywhere we could shower after we checked out and before we headed to the airport and unfortunately there wasn't. Close to Siam shopping area and not too far from the BTR stations.

Wonderful rooms and staff that serve a full breadfast without the pretentious alure of larger brand name hotels. With a roof top pool and garden to view the Bangkok skyline at night and nearby restaurants and banks make this an exceptional value.
