It seemed to work fine in the lobby. So, it must be the location of my room, but this is something they could easily improve, if they wanted.

• X6261ZReddyb (4/5): No wifi in the room. - The wifi quality in the room was extremely bad. It was not possible to connect. We had tu use our personal (expensive) data. We mentioned this twice at the reception desk AND we sent a mail to the assistant manager. They all said: we will fix it, but …. nothing happened, the whole week long. Pity. Very bad for a 4* hotel.
• Karangupta12may (10/5): Great location near Taksim, decent stay overall with warm breakfast staff. - Great overall experience! We had a great stay overall. While nothing particularly stood out, the young staff at breakfast were a pleasant surprise—very polite and smiling while serving. The hotel itself is nice with decent rooms, good amenities, and a satisfactory breakfast. The best part is its proximity to Taksim Street. Only suggestion: the rest of the staff could be a bit more cheerful and welcoming.

• BrooklynMD (2/5): Failing on the basics - terrible stay - It's hard to care about anything else when a hotel fails on the most basic things, especially when you're just going to use your hotel for sleeping. First, the room was 82 degrees (28 degrees Celsius) and they eventually acknowledged there is nothing they can do about it because it is a central system. But only after telling me several times they would send a tech to fix it. The final person who came showed me how I could make it hotter, but said you cannot make it colder. I like to sleep at 68 degrees and so 82 degrees was terrible. Second, the room smelled of cigarette smoke. The response was it is a non-smoking room. I said yes, I see the non-smoking signs but someone smoked in the room. I have better context after being in restaurants here in Istanbul with no smoking signs and rules where people are lighting cigarettes at tables and staff bring them ashtrays. So maybe it is common, but not acceptable at a hotel at this price point. Not up to Ramada standards.

The staff of hotels are very friendly and helpful. Facilities are good. Breakfast is good. Closed to Takism sequare and Metero station.

My friend left her clear retainers in the cafateria and when we went there they already threw it out but after we told them, two waiters started searching for it in the bin until they found it! Thank you so much again, I reccomend this hotel!
• ashok270662 (10/5): Best hotel in Istanbul - The best place for your comfortable stay after hectic business working. Centrally located with 24 hrs airport transfer available at the doorstep. Very near to the best business locations of istanbul. Best of the best eating centers at walking distance from the hotel.
• jbabed (4/5): Think twice - The room is cramped. The cupboard panels were broken. The shower had no door/panel. As a result, each time the shower is used, the entire (tiny) room gets wet. When we asked about it, first they said that standard rooms don't have shower doors. The next person we spoke with, said that it is because guests break the panels! The water would not drain away from the shower tray and it flooded quickly. The maintenance guy said it was not blocked and was an issue for the shower fitters. Breakfast is reasonable, but served in a small space that began to smell of milk gone bad!
• Maria (4/5): - Having stayed at other Ramada hotels around the world I expected a certain level of service. Sadly, it was terrible from the moment we set foot on this hotel. The hotel Manager had a terrible disposition from the minute I spoke with him at check in. I had our reservation number, but I had noted the wrong address on my itinerary. That was my mistake, I know. However, he did not bother to look up the reservation number and simply called a taxi. I told him I did not want a taxi and he insisted the taxi was already on the way. The taxi driver quoted us double the price of the Uber. I believe the Hotel Manager was in on this. It turned out we did go to the right hotel and we had to return. The remainder of our stay was as bad as the initial check in. Th hotel Manager was dismissive and ignored our requests every time. We tried to avoid interacting with him, but he instructed other staff not to talk to us. So, we were forced to go through him. One day we asked for directions to the ferry and he literally let out a big sigh and slumped his shoulders as he gave us directions. It felt like we had just asked a teenager to clean their room. Basic necessities in the room had to be called and asked for daily and hours would pass until we got them delivered. Avoid this hotel!
• asmak902 (6/5): Service Challenges - The phone to contact reception was mostly out of service. I requested an iron and waited for about 30 minutes before asking again. When the iron was finally delivered to my room, it was broken and didn’t work. Since the phone was still not functional, I had to go to the reception to get a replacement iron, which caused a delay in my plans. Additionally, Internet in the room was terrible. We had to purchase sim for internet usage.

• Jet44610289364 (4/5): Rude front office ,limited housekeeping - I am right now staying in the hotel and would advice caution to all looking to book. Well few of the front office staff is rude and takes away whatever good is there at the hotel. In short the housekeeping goes off at 3 pm as per the reception so be prepared to just wait till next day. And if you ask something, the rude answer is you are not the only guest..this is absolutely not Ramada like having stayed at the same chain in different countries This is a warning to all trying to book this hotel due to its good location
• RachelSCTan (4/5): Ramada in Istanbul could do better - Cons: 1- WiFi problem. We went to the reception to report that the WiFi wasn’t working when my husband tried to log on. A young boy who was manning the cafe, came over to help us. A few minutes later, another guest came to complain that he couldn’t log on to the hotel’s WiFi. I had WiFi because I logged on earlier. My suspicion is that the WiFi is limited to a number of guests. Also, on certain days, the WiFi was so weak, I couldn’t get online. 2- the kettle was rusty. I sent it down to reception. He said he’ll get another one sent to my room. An hour later, I called reception. 15 minutes after that, someone came with the SAME rusty kettle 3- Aircond worked sometimes. There was once when it didn’t work for more than an hour and the room got so stuffy 4- on our check-out day, at 9.30am, someone used the master key to come in. Didn’t even bother knocking or asking if anyone was in. Later I discovered that even with the double locking system, the door can be opened easily. Pros: 1- A short walk to Taksim Square 2- Many eateries around the hotel 3- the room itself was big enough for us. Clean sheets, comfortable bed and a nice bathroom
• Li Feng (6/5): - Pros: Good location! Near to shopping, site-seeing and metro. Surrounded by food. Starbucks at the lobby, pharmacy nearby. Easy to locate the hotel. Friendly receptionist and staff at breakfast area put in effort to ensure that the food is palatable. Everything is well kept and clean. Cons WiFi and data connection are poor in the room. Quite often we are unable to tap online.

Good food at breakfast, but they would highly more rated if they have egg cooked fresh per order. Tea pot chipped that need replacement. But over all a good place , great location, great service by the staff.

• Vital (4/5): Dirty and stealing - It was the 3th time for me staying at the Ramada in Taksim. This time they didn't cleaned my room not even once (3night sta). And I got my Covid-test done in my room, all organized by the hotel and the person who did my test stole from me. He stole my earrings and the hotel just said that such an experience never happened to them.
• Stephen (8/5): Nice place to stay - Location was great, hotel area was nice and clear staff was very helpful and kind. Hotel rooms were nice but not updated and washroom needs further upgrading.

• Scott (8/5): Excellent location for accessibility - This hotel is conveniently located to the airport shuttle service (Havaist) and within walking distance of Taksim Square. I regularly stay here when I'm in Istanbul for business, as its location is excellent.

• Vidhushree (2/5): - I booked a suite for 2 nights but was checked into a basic room instead coz suite was not available without informing. When asked they promised to give me the biggest room the next day and again no one contacted me for the same. Paid for a suite for 2 nights and spent the nights in a basic room instead. Although they are refunding the fare difference but my entire experience was very disappointing.
• Raffat (6/5): Good stay overall - The staff was very helpful and friendly as well the location was excellent with many activities and attractions around it. Cleaning needs much focus and improvements in general, mainly inside the rooms and restaurants as well. My expectations of such a reputed chain of hotels were shaken as I was expecting to see a lot more than that, especially when comparing it to other hotels of the same level and reputation.
• Mojteba (10/5): - Perfect position. It was near to taksim, near to metro and airport buses. Everything which we needed was in the nearby. Perfect.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Very low standards/ no suitable to Ramada name - PILLOWS very hard / indoors swimming managed by third company/ frozen water
• Jean (10/5): Excellent service and location - Excellent service - welcome drinks provided and easy check in. The staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is well located - only 20 metres from the coach station
• Alex (8/5): Ok stay - Stay was good, breakfast was ok, needs to be westernised a little, and need better coffee and juice. Had good concierge service. Only really disappointment was at check out was promised breakfast, got a sandwich, and concierge tried recharging half the cost, was only until i bought it up on my hotels app that he backed off, im not quiet sure of i was being scammed.
• Fehmida (4/5): - The bathroom were in a bad state and to top it the WiFi was as good as not working We had requested a nonsmoking room but the whole room was smelling of smoke

• Sarah (10/5): Great position - This hotel is perfectly situated near to the Havaist airport buses. It's friendly, clean, comfy, has a cute little spa, and a good breakfast. Just great. We had 24 hours between flights and airports. Plenty to do in the area and easy to get to. Not cheap but extremely convenient.

• Hussein (2/5): Rip-off - The staff at the front desk are rip-offs they don’t deserve to be working in a 4star hotel, they are spoiling the Ramada name
