Guest Reviews
- harmonie (2/5): One of the worst hotel experiences in my life - The hotel is located in a nice and well maintained garden and has frontal ocean views.
Staff is friendly, breakfast buffet is very nice for such a remote place on earth and meals are correct.
BUT... the rooms!
We got an overheated bungalow (no ocean view) with temperatures approaching those of a sauna. There is no airconditioning (which I can accept), but only fans. But if you pretend to be an eco-friendly and sustainable resort, why don't you build with the necessary insulation? Why do you keep the curtains of the floor to ceiling windows facing the sun wide open during the whole day? No AC but also no way to open the windows during the night, because they don't have fly screens. There is a mosquito-net over the bed, but is so short that my shanks and feet stretched out of the net. Although the nights were fresh outside, we perspired the whole night.
Upon entering the room we first had to chase wasps and other bugs. So definitely bring insect repellent spray with you.
The bed itself is so low and close to the floor, that I had to crawl on hands and feet to get into it. Quite comfortable...
The flooring of the shower is so slippery and life endangering that you have to hold the handrail.
Pretending to be aco-friendly, they ask not to let water run from the tap while teeth brushing, but if you want hot (or let's say tepid) water, it's necessary to let water flow for at least 15 minutes. Where is the logic?
WiFi only available at the reception. Most indecent is the price they dare to charge for this room: 429 USD!
Friends were staying at Hare Uta (close to the airport) and didn't encounter any of these problems.
- C4LWX (10/5): Simply Lovely People - What are you looking for? If it is peace and quiet with a fabulous view and lovely staff members then this is the place to stay on Rapa Nui.
Okay it is not perfect, the bathrooms could do with a bit of sprucing up and if you are desperate to keep in touch with the world then that really only works from reception, but why would you come to Rapa Nui then?
This has to be one of, if not the best, hotels we have ever stayed in, in terms of customer service. The ladyies who look after reception were unbelievably helpful and simply lovely people. Senora Pochado in the restaurant was good fun pochado is poached as in eggs) and the food for lunch and dinner was great - beware the Rapa Nui appear to eat enormous amounts, even the "non-sharing" plate were large enough to share.
It is incredibly quiet - it is about 1.5 miles away from Hanga Roa (you can walk there in about 40 minutes via the Tahai, lovely walk, and not be worried about being murdered or mugged, there is little crime on Rapa Nui).
The hotel has its own taxi service which is much cheaper than the "locals".
The Rapa Nui people are lovely, and this hotel is a great example of that.
Come here and chill, in Chile.
Fabulous place!
- scottbZ3293ST (2/5): Too many problems - BEWARE! Wind knocks out their power and the island is windy. No power at the hotel equals cold showers, no restaurant because they can’t unfreeze their food. The hotel is one of the farthest away from the downtown area and all of the restaurants. So you pay for taxis. You are in a neighborhood where everyone owns roosters. They all start at 2am and crow every hour. No Wifi or TV’s in your room. We asked people, on our tours staying at downtown hotels, if they had TV’s and WiFi in their rooms. Yep. We asked if they had any power outages. Nope. Pick a downtown hotel. You will thank me.
- Sherry Naeem Ishac (10/5): - The hotel as described was clean and comfortable we had a great time, only thing to add is no Wi-Fi the room
- Kiwimac53 (10/5): Great place to stay on Rapanui - This place was perfect for us - out of town, quiet, great view, hotel restaurant with great food and excellent service. If you want to spend your time shopping then dont stay here but you'll miss a great experience. 10min walk to the coast and you can walk into town if you feel like it or get a taxi. Really good menu and great service so we at the hotel each night- really good cerviche. Our tours picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great hotel with excellent restaurant and staff. It’s about a 25 min walk to town along the coast, passing by Moai. Only addition would be screens in doors so you can leave them open at night for cooler air.
- Rashers55 (8/5): Recommended Stay - The hotel is about a 25 minute walk to town, but you can walk along the coast past a few different Moai so it's a very enjoyable walk. The property is really nice and the food at the restaurant was really good - we ate there two nights. Rooms were clean and my favorite was the outdoor shower. My only addition would be screens on the doors and windows so you could open them up at night. It gets very warm during the day and the rooms don't cool down, but its very cool at night and would have helped to have some fresh air in for sleeping
- 81zsuzsa (8/5): Good hotel - This is a friendly and nice hotel with separate bungalows. So each room is separated from the others, flowers between them. Clean, nice rooms with ocean view (though the ocean is not close). The restaurant serves tasty food and very good chilean wine. And two good things: no wifi in the room, just in the lobby + no tv. Just enjoy the island!
- MPMiller79 (10/5): Beautiful Hotel in Rapa Nui - Just returned from an amazing stay in Rapa Nui. Altiplanico is a gorgeous property. Watched the sunset from our room overlooking the ocean. Roosters great the morning, though the hum of the fan in the room can drown them out if you need to sleep longer. Shower had good water pressure, and there's even an outdoor shower (though it was a little too chilly for us since we were there in winter). The restaurant has wonderful dinner options and the staff are incredibly helpful and kind. Hotel also has a breakfast buffet in the morning and has tea and water available throughout the day. Short walk to Ahu Tahai along with a couple other restaurants. Hanga Roa is a bit further of a walk but still doable. Highly recommend staying here.
- mary (8/5): - Interesting. Eco freindly. Great staff
- dane947 (8/5): Casita-style hotel w restaurant - This remote, casita-style hotel with ocean view is pleasant. The spacious rooms w double sliding glass doors and grass terrace are comfortable enough. There isn’t air conditioning or heat, but Easter Island is fairly temperate. The restaurant offers a nice included breakfast and lunch and dinner are also available. We ate two of three dinners there. The food is really good and the server/bartender George was outstanding in his customer service.
- martinsB3397PG (8/5): Excellent location and beautiful hotel - A beautiful hotel on the outskirts of Hanga Roa with superb sunset views across the Pacific from our room and the restaurant bar area.
Our only issues with the hotel was the absence of internet/Wi-Fi in the bedrooms and the service from the staff. Fortunately we were ready to be very relaxed - patience was needed to get any service which was a bit of a shame as it was delightful to sit on the terrace with a glass of wine or a beer.
The Wi-Fi only covered the reception/dining room and was very poor. I can understand that the internet connection may be challenging given the location but the Wi-Fi is easy to sort out and would make life a lot easier for everyone.
- Pedramhariri (10/5): Exceptional customer service - Amazing hotel, with best customer service. The owner - Ema - and her family live on the premises, which ensures incredible service. One of my best experiences in South America. I would come back, just to stay here.
- tovebergho (10/5): Great staff! - Had a great stay at Hotel Antiplanco Rapanui! I was truly impressed by the staff in reception that helped me so much and with things they did not have to do.
Thank you so much!
Really nice hotel a bit from city center.
- 954Jointdoc (4/5): Could Be Better - Stayed recently with my family, Hotel itself was very nice and the staff were very accommodating. Was given a paper on checkin explaining the remoteness of the island and frequent power shortage and possible insect problems. That being said I would expect that more would be done to prevent these problems. First thing they must do is put air conditioners in all the rooms. It was so hot in the cabins that even opening the windows, at the risk of letting the bugs in, didn't cool the room. Nor did the small extra fans they provided. Now the bugs, walking at night on the property outside I saw so many roaches I was disgusted. The rooms were clean, we did find one dead roach in the bathroom in the morning but I would have hoped to see more efforts at prevention. I saw none. We also lost the water pressure one afternoon during our stay. After speaking with other tourists on the island, they had none of these problems. It's a beautiful property, I just feel that more can be done to make it better
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Altiplanco is a few kilometres from town, but walkable, taxis or hire cars are an easy option. We spent 4 days on the island and had no issues with the accommodation.
The hotel is clean, with well cared for grounds and has an attentive staff. There are many poor reviews for this hotel online - which I believe to be unfair and incorrect.
Expect internet access to be limited due to the isolation of the island.
- mpet521 (2/5): Worst hotel I have ever stayed at - I will start off by saying that the views were amazing and the facility was beautiful but unclean. I have stayed many places but have never written a review about anything before. I had to write one about this place. Now that that has been said, I wish I can give this place negative stars. The food is overpriced and not that good. The first night we started off our trip by going for a hike and thinking, "it would be great to take a nice shower when we get back before going for dinner." Much to our surprise, there was no functioning water in the entire hotel. We went to complain and were told that "the water must have been cut" and would be repaired by the next morning. In a dismissive fashion, we were given a "jug" of water to shower with.
Aside from the water issue and not getting a partial refund for that (we asked and they did not oblige), the room was filled with bugs and lizards. There was some kind of bee that was in the window. The sheets had blood spots indicating the presence of bugs. We asked that the room be re-cleaned. The maid came and cleaned it but we had to wait in the lobby until almost midnight for it to be finished. We went back to our room and still spotted some bugs but it they were less prevalent and the sheets at least looked clean. I woke up with a bright red bite on my stomach (went through a slew of medical testing when I arrived back home) from only God knows what. The room was also hot and stuffy as there was no air conditioning.
Finally, the water was restored and we were able to shower. We were hesitant to eat anything on the resort after that (how would our food be prepared if the people preparing it could not wash their hands and follow proper sanitary practices).
Day 2, we were awakened to the sound of roosters which was kind of cool. Also, after the water came back, we dropped off laundry and asked for it to be done. Not only did we pay about $60USD, but we were promised that it would be done by the next morning. The next morning came and then it was the afternoon. The afternoon came and then it was the evening. The evening came and then it was the following morning. We did not get our laundry back until 20 minutes before we checked out because we had to ask them again and they spent another 20 minutes looking for it. The clothes had not been dry and many items were still soaked.
Back to night 2, on our way back to the room, the sidewalk was crawling with what looked like cockroaches or something similar? The room was once again covered in bugs and the blood spots and burn marks on the sheets resurfaced. We had had enough and asked to change rooms. They obliged. The new room seemed much cleaner but there were still some bugs crawling around. At this point, it was whatever as we just wanted the stay to end. We spent as much time as we could in the lobby (which was also covered in ants) and outside of the room to avoid it.
In summary, between the bugs, being bitten and getting sick from it, the no hot water and refusing a partial refund, the overpriced and subpar food, the dismissive staff (it really was only one or two people at the front desk, most of the other staff seemed to be attentive and care) and charging us for laundry and giving it back to us 2 days later still wet, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and will never ever go back here.
If you are looking for a positive, the food/bar workers were cool to talk with.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Don’t, just don’t
Sadly a complete fail!
This claims to be a luxury eco lodge but sadly is more of a broken cheapo hostel.
After a few weeks touring Chile and expending a lot of energy visiting various great places in Chile, we decided to splash out on a nice place to stay in Easter Island, tacking on a few extra days to recharge our batteries.
Sadly this place is completely the wrong place to do this.
The hotel is very tired and worn. Our room had missing paint, large gouges out of the walls and what looked like patches of damp. The toilet seat was broken and didn’t fit the bowl. The typical hotel washing line was present but broken, with someone splicing in an extra piece of red cord, although that too was broken. The French windows rattled in the frame when the wind blew (which it often does on an Island a couple of thousand from anywhere), so don’t count on any sleep. The windows have no screens and indeed part of the shower is open to the elements so any hope of staying mosquito free is but a faint hope. A bit of a disappointment in an expensive hotel in an area known for Denge Fever. The gardens are left largely wild, which I rather liked, it is a rather casual style.
The hotel is perhaps a kilometre from the ocean, so you will not hear any lapping waves.
Food at the Altiplanico is supposed to be good although we had a very mixed experience. One good meal, one complete fail (asked for an ingredient to be left out and they totally ignored this). A repla
- Verified traveler (8/5): One of the better options on Easter Island - Maybe it's unfair to give it a 4 star review, but I can't really give it 5. The property is fine, a little in need of paint and an update, but that may just be symptomatic of the island in general since everything needs to be imported. When our guide picked us up, he told me it was one of the nicer properties on the island.
There is no air conditioning, but I think that is common. Some have said that the property is a little out of the center of town, which it is, but I liked that. It was a lovely walk down the coast passing Moais along the way, about 15 minutes. Some at the front desk speak better English than others, but my husband speaks Spanish so it was not a problem.
The hotel tries to please. My room was missing a blowdryer, and when we told them, they immediately went and bought one for the room.
- JoseOswaldo (10/5): - The property is beautiful and well maintained. But the real value is the staff. Wonderful people. All of them. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable.
- WandererWinchester (4/5): Very average - Hotel situated quite a way from the town. Room very clean although we were disturbed by the next door villa's plumbing. Bed is on pretty much on the floor so rather hard to get out of! Villas all a bit tired and could do with a lick of paint. Food very average and restaurant out of use due flooding after a night's rain. Difficult to find anyone to get a cup of coffee/tea during the day. I appreciate that the Island is a bit cut off but surely there must be better hotels?
- kdonnelly13 (8/5): Nice hotel but far from town - We just checked out this morning after three nights. The hotel itself was fine, and the staff is friendly. Great view of the ocean. We had a few minor maintenance issues during our stay. If I were to go to Rapa Nui again, though, I’d look for somewhere closer to town. In addition to being closer to everything, there are restaurants in town that have better and less expensive food. Also, if you’re drawn to the “free WiFi”, don’t be. The WiFi only works in the main building and not in the rooms.
- 814derynh (2/5): Poor facilities, overpriced food, bug ridden bed - We stayed in this hotel for three nights as part of a package, otherwise we would have moved. We were originally put into cabin 7. We half unpacked and decided to shower then found there was no hot water. A maintenance man came and twiddled with things but we couldn't communicate with him and were eventually moved to room 15 which was a family room and not a great deal better than our double ... and we still had no hot water. It was eventually sorted out on day 2. There was no Wi-fi in the room, hardly any in reception. No tea/ coffee making facilities and no bottled water in the room. The restaurant prices were very expensive and we ate out instead especially as we discovered bugs all over the restaurant floor and I awoke to find ants all over our bed. When I mentioned to reception that we had bugs in our bed - and showed her a picture of them she just smiled. Just as if she knew. The gardens were unkempt. The decor in the rooms in need of serious overhaul. The pool was not swimming pool more a plunge pool. There was also no question of accommodating us for a late checkout. We took taxis into town to eat and they weren't allowed to drive up the drive to Reception which was a walk of about 150 yards - uneven and tricky with luggage. I certainly wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
- gitam_11 (6/5): Easter Island - The hotel had a great view and the rooms were nice too. Only problem was that they did not have windows with mesh to open in the night to let in some fresh air. It was too hot in the room with only the fan working. Maye they should start installing air conditioning in the rooms for hot weather. Also the restaurant was very pricey. Obviously they know that there are no other restaurants near the hotel and so could charge $30 for a small pizza or a salad!!! Breakfast was ok. Nothing great.
The staff was nice and very helpful.
- SNG56 (8/5): Nice views - Booked as part of a package. It was a bit out of town but we love to walk and the views from our room was great. It took us maybe 20 minutes walking along the coast to get to the town (we are fast). Room was large and spartan but it was clean and the shower was great. The reception are was very comfortable, all the staff were very pleasant. We ate dinner here and the food was actually very good. Breakfast was included and it was plenty for us.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - This property is on Rapa Nui. By default it's unique. Beautiful property, beautiful accents in the public and private spaces. Fabulous staff
- lightfader (8/5): Quirky Surprise - Room with a view - Our Hotel was booked as part of a Viator package. So we didn't know where we were staying until the minibus delivered us to Hotel Altiplanico. It was several miles out of town so taxis ( inexpensive) to and from town for the rest of our stay was the norm. The view from the hotel patio and the rooms is spectacular. As for the rooms ( we had two cabins for 3 nights) they were spartan but clean and comfortable. Had a bit of problem with the local wildlife ( ants and wasps) but the staff were quick to resolve even though it meant we had to change one cabin. Wifi only worked in the Hotel Admin area . Breakfast was good but on the night we chose to have dinner in the hotel the delay was very long as the chef chose not to turn up promptly ! But heck we were on Easter Island in the middle of nowhere so Its difficult to complain. Quiet very dark nights were also very peaceful.
- MadameLPS (4/5): Overpriced, Stuffy Cabins - The main lodge is very nice you are located outside of town up on a bluff with a lovely breeze from the sea. However this lovely breeze does not make it to the stuffy dirty cabins. There are no windows or screens, just glass french doors and a very small fan that doesnt do much. Its a pretty design, but not functional, the bathroom was filthy, hairs everywhere, mold covering the shower, and a thick layer of dust on all the shelves. The grounds are run down terraces had grasses 1 foot tall. The pool was coated in a thick layer of green algae so it was too gross to relax in, jump in and run to the shower to rinse off. The price is not worth it at all.
- EIP (8/5): - Close to some Moai sights and walking distance to several restaurants, beach view room/cabana, Car rental available in hotel, close to airport, free breakfast
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great view, nice location, sunsets awesome. Cheap taxi to town or walk along shore for 20 minutes or so to restaurants. Very expensive for eating at the property. Limited wifi.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It exceeded my expectations.
The restaurant was especially goid
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Good hotel with great facilities, unfortunately the power went off due to an accident in the morning
- jerald (8/5): Satisfactory but maybe other hotels are better - Room had no cross ventilation so hot. Food okay but better in town.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Hotel is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood--not too far from town, but can be a challenging walk. Rooms are very nice, including the common areas. However, the restaurant menu options can be improved, especially the pricing of food.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Very nice hotel in Rapa Nui - Great hotel apart from Internet not working well and shower temperature cold but both not their fault but due to being in middle of Pacific Ocean
- Anne (6/5): Definitely not worth $300/night! - I rarely leave reviews but I feel it is important for guests to know what to expect at this hotel. Upon arrival we received a notice regarding possible interruptions in electricity, water pressure, WiFi signal and the occasional appearance of insects since this is a tropical island after all. With this in mind, I did not mind when a beetle the size of an almond crawled up my leg and a flying roach the size of my thumb was trapped in the bathroom. What bothered me was the mound of ants outside my shower door which wasn’t cleared away after fumigation when we checked in. It suggests no one bothered to check the room before we entered. We also did not have hot water for 2 days and on the third day, I informed the receptionist. I was rudely informed our room probably ran out of gas. Apparently it is also the responsibility of the guests to notify and monitor the gas tanks of their rooms. Lastly, we asked the receptionist if a hike to a specific mountain was possible and was told yes. We not only learned that it was near impossible and DANGEROUS as you would likely end up stranded. Sub-par service and uninformed staff downgrades this otherwise decent hotel.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Tranquil private units with a great view! - This resort is about 25 minutes walking distance to the main area of the town...but it is a great walk- taking you along the shoreline! The individual 'huts' are free from phone and tv. Like most of the island internet service is slow- and can only be connected in the lobby area- which has plenty of comfy seating and great view! The pool is small- but I was the only one in it- it too has a great view of the ocean. Great for having a drink and relaxing after the hiking you will want to do to see the island! The breakfast options were varied and very good. The staff is very helpful and friendly! Especially Barbara at the front desk!!!
The restaurant has great food and a bar if you just want to relax on the grounds! Get ready to sleep on a lower platform bed- comfy but lower than traditional bed heights. The place was very clean although they do need to have some touch up painting done in room 4. Island weather has to be a difficulty in keeping things painted and keeping insects out! My room was insect free.
- Verified traveler (2/5): péssimo - Quarto com paredes sujas , formigas, lençois sujos, atendimento mal educado
- Ev (8/5): - The hotel is located away from town so it is like being in a country setting. It is quiet and horses roam freely. Excellent view of sunsets. The photo of the hotel shows nice concrete (paved) patios. Maybe the ones on the top of the hill are paved, but the lower eleven patio chairs sit on unmowed grass. The food is incredibly delicious with huge portions. I ate the starter portion as lunch and the main course was enough for dinner without the starter and dessert.
- George (6/5): 38% Sales Tax, don´t go!!!!! - The rooms don´t have air conditioning nor TVs. I was charged an additional 38% for sales tax, although Easter Island does not pay taxes to Chile.
- Eugene (10/5): Beautiful hotel, magnificent ocean view - Comfortable separate lodges in beautiful surroundings. The staff is very friendly, efficient and helpful. The conditions are as good as they can possibly be on Easter Island. The relative remoteness (about 2.5 km from the centre of Hanga Roa) for some may be a minus, but for some it may be a plus. For me the ideal means of transportation around the island proved out to be the bicycle, but one can also rent a scooter or a car (the latter is not cheap). The buffet breakfast is very good. There is also a restaurant and a bar at the hotel - I would rather call it a resort. Recommended!
- Harold (8/5): Nice but not spectacular - We arrived at the hotel, expecting a room with a “panoramic ocean view” only to find our cabin had a view of a tree. We did some judicious pruning of the tree ourselves, and lo and behold, created a lovely sea view. Staff had a bit of attitude - from check in to food service. WiFi is basically non existent, and hotel should just say it doesn’t exist, rather than getting expectations up. Breakfast is fine, but dinner is very expensive and not worth the money.
- James (10/5): A lovely place in a beautiful setting - Fantastic four night stay at this charming place with stunning views over the Pacific.
Staff were helpful & very welcoming.
My only comment would be the slow speed of dinner service although this appears to be cultural for the island!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice place to stay - About a mile walk from town. However the walk is beach front and through Moais. A very fun walk. The hotel rooms are individual bungalows with views of the ocean. Some rooms have a little patio with chairs and a great view. The gardens are beautifully kept.
- Josh (6/5): Hotel good = Dinning to expensive - Hotel was great and the staff was excellent
The dinning room was great for breakfast. Many items on the menu were not available. It appears the chef cooks when she wants.
Prices were too high for the food. Desert was $15.00 US for a small cake and icecream. Never got to try pizza = Cher did want to make it when we asked.
Soup - 20 - 30 US dollar per bowl = Salads are also $ 20 - $30 each
Eat in town = Good prices and ore to est,
- Verified traveler (6/5): It could be really good with a bit of work. - Great location away from town - just 20 minutes walking along the coast dotted with moai but this is a minimalist hotel. The bathrooms have sort of an outdoor shower which is nice but there's issues with toilet paper and we found cockroaches every morning. The beds are low, very low and there's no flyscreens or air conditioning, just fans. Fortunately there didn't seem to be any mosquitos but they do have mosquito nets over the bed. No TVs and the internet is free but you have to go to reception and it doesn't work so not sure it's really free if it doesn't work. The restaurant has great food but limited range and very pricey. The view is great and the staff are friendly.
- VancouverVal (8/5): The best hotel on Easter Island - Easter Island is a wonderfully rustic magically place that remains so because big corporations and hotel/restaurant chains have not ruined. The people make the experience, with their desire to ensure you enjoy your stay. The Altiplanico is set on a beautiful slope of land facing west giving the visitor a full glorious view of the sunset each night with a Moai statue standing at the water's edge.
The rooms are basic but private and comfortable. A large shower with plenty of hot water and a skylight to let the sun or stars in. The restaurant provides a delicious buffet breakfast in the morning. The restaurant also is open for lunch and dinner. The food is tasty, fresh and well portioned.
This hotel is well run by a group of women, that are organized and willing to assist guests in any way they can.
- Irene (10/5): Gorgeous hotel with lovely staff - Beautiful hotel & location with lovely helpful staff. Wonderful restaurant for both breakfast & dinner (I didn't have lunch).
- globtrottole (8/5): Nice hotel out of town quiet and very nice locatio - Sorry to stay only two days in this beautiful island and very nice hotel. Beautiful rooms and patio, garden, and friendly staff
- Nigel (8/5): Good base for exploring Easter Island - Very happy with the hotel - staff could not be more helpful. Very nice breakfast buffet with several unusual enjoyable additions - coffee not the greatest. I had been worried it would be too far out of Hanga Roa but it was fine. We hired bikes one day (and they picked us up to go to choose our bikes) and hired a car the next day (and they delivered the car to, and picked it up from, the hotel.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Nice view - Kind staff
- Verified traveler (8/5): Vacation and breathtaking photography. - Excellent out of town location. Great staff and breakfast menu. Easy parking.
- Glen (8/5): Altiplanico Isla de Pascua - I was looking for a very quiet location away from city lights and this location met my expectations. The night sky was very dark and I can't recall ever hearing the sound of cars passing by.
- Verified traveler (10/5): ottimo hotel - ottimo hotel , bellisima vista , da coinsigliare , camere pulite
- JAROSLAW (6/5): W pokojach gorąco jak w saunie, bez klimatyzacji ! - Podstawowy problem hotelu to brak klimatyzacji.
- Verified traveler (4/5): far away, all cement, rooms disappointing, no wifi - bad experience all in all....for 300 usd a night in low season, this hotel is DUMP
