Mario (10/5): Zimmer 103 bedankt sich herzlich beim Hotel für den Aufenthalt - Super Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal. Wir wurden von Silvia bedient, sehr Kunden orientiert und immer lächelnd. Schlafqualität wird gross geschrieben, sehr bequeme Betten mit verschieden hohen Kissen zur Auswahl. Reichhaltiges Frühstück was bei mir aber nicht im Zimmerpreis inklusive war. Das Restaurant im Hotel, was aber nicht zum Hotel gehört. Preis/ Leistung stimmen für mich persönlich nicht.

MAI mi era capitato di prenotare un hotel 2 giorni (preautorizzazione con carta di credito, quindi prenotazione confermata e assicurata), presentarmi il giorno dopo causa imprevisto e scoprire che non solo mi era stata cancellata la prenotazione SENZA alcun preavviso ma al mio contatto in maniera un'po esuberante ed arrogante mi viene comunicato che avrei potuto lo stesso soggiornare pagando nuovamente e che ormai loro non potevano recuperare la vecchia prenotazione dove vi era penale in quanto andava gestita con booking. Sono 3 giorni che chiamo ma ancora non si è risolto nulla e mi trovo ad aver pagato 2 volte per il soggiorno. Inoltre inizialmente la struttura comunicava di non poter gestire penale prenotazione in quanto restava a carico di booking per poi scoprire ieri che la struttura si vedrà accreditato l'importo della penale e che nonostante i miei solleciti di rimborso parziale di 1 dei 2 pagamenti la struttura stessa non risponde o se risponde non ne vuole sapere. Peccato perchè non mi era mai capitato una cosa del genere, ma veramente pessima esperienza.

Alessandro (9/5): - Hotel molto pulito con una vista bellissima, staff cordiale e sorridente soprattutto la mattina a fare colazione, ottima e abbondante. Essendo un viaggiatore della settimana sarebbe bello trovare i canali SKY nella programmazione, per gustarsi un film o un evento sportivo.

La camera enorme e dotata di ogni comfort. Colazione abbondante e con ampia scelta sia dolce che salata. Era da tanto che non ci capitava di trovare un posto così… perfetto!

Helm2803 (10/5): - Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus. Obwohl wir erst um 21 Uhr ankamen, wurde die Küche verständigt, das wir noch gerne essen würden. Das war mit der kompletten Karte auch dann möglich. Das Frühstück ist äußerst umfangreich und gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
