• Annalisa (3/5): Sono stata male per il freddo - La colazione è veramente buona e il personale gentile e disponibile. La struttura è vecchia. Ho dovuto cambiare stanza 3 volte perché nelle prime due stanze la finestra non si chiudeva e, considerato il freddo, si congelava! Alla fine mi hanno trovato una stanza più grande dove si chiudeva la finestra ma me l’hanno fatta pagare di più! Cosa assurda poiché non era mica colpa mia se le finestre delle prime due stanze erano rotte!!! E comunque, anche nella terza stanza, si congelava! Ho passato una notte terribile. Inoltre le camere erano vetuste!
• Isabella (1/5): TERRIFICANTE - La colazione e la gentilezza della receptionist. La stanza era fredda entrava vento e il condizionatore non funzionava. Termosifoni spenti, non c'era acqua in un frigo spento, non c'era coperta che ho dovuto chiedere al signore in servizio, i muri erano talmente sottili che si sentiva un via vai di gente fino alle 3 di notte(che albergo a 3 stelle sarà?) ma la cosa più allucinante è stato il materasso a molle (sfondato) che poggiava su una struttura di legno (la base dei divani), vecchio e sporco. I servizi necessari ad un costo di 70 euro non c'erano. Mi è stato detto "signora lei ha prenotato una singola" ma anche nelle stanze cambiate dalla mia collega c'era lo stesso problema e non erano singole e le foto non rispecchiano ASSOLUTAMENTE ciò che si vede. Sono un'operatore turistico e questa struttura non può avere 3 stelle. Deve essere declassaata a 2 se non 1. Per non parlare del tipo di clientela. Mi dispiace MAI PIÙ

• gabriele (10/5): - Tolle Lage um Neapel zu erkunden. Kein Stress wg parken. Sehr ruhig und schnell erreichbar von der Autobahn. Wir sind sehr zufrieden, danke. Der Bus Nr 116 kommt od auch nicht, also immer andere Möglichkeiten in Betracht ziehen. Taxi ist auch eine gute Alternative.
• José Angel (4/5): - The building doesn't have an elevator, so if you're carrying large, heavy suitcases and you're given a room on the top floor, it's very, very difficult. The area where it's located is ugly and feels unsafe. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they'll help you find a taxi.

• Fiona (9/5): Weekend stay for a dance competition - The staff were so lovely and couldn't do enough for us.Met all our needs and more.Super helpful and made a big effort to communicate with us even though there was a slight language barrier! just the key to the door of our room was a bit annoying.On a very heavy keyring and if you had cases or bags or coats in your hand it was hand to stick it in the correct amt and balance it with one hand in use before it fell out.This happened us when we arrived and fell out and the heavy keyring snapped the key in half🤦🏻‍♀️Not what you need when you tired from traveling and just want to collapse on your bed.Staff were great in dealing with it though .

• Eduardo (6/5): - The staff was great. The hotel is located in a high rise residential area, away from hustle of Naples, but relatively close to airport. The walls were thin and I could hear the other guests. The restroom was moldy and the toilet had a slow leak that we could hear at night. We were too tired to make it an issue as we slept through it. The bed and pillows were awesome. The garage was gated and looked secured. Cameras were all over the outside of property.

Ottimo soggiorno per visitare alcune delle più importanti attrattive Campane.

• Hailstones (7/5): Wouldn’t recommend due to location, however nice property. - Decent sized room for one person, mini fridge and tv too. Bathroom was big and shower had good pressure. Bath mat hand towel and bath towel all provided and changed each day. Location is not ideal at all, public transport so unreliable. Not easy to get home to late at night.

• Lise Oline (10/5): Great stay in Cercola - Great stay in Albergo del Pino. The location is nice, if you don't need to go into busy Napoli. The albergo has all you need and even better the Restaurant del Pino nearby! It is absolutely worth a visit.

Unico problema i rumori notturni provenienti dall'esterno per i quali, ovviamente, l'albergo non ha alcuna responsabilità. Ottimo per famiglie.

• Charlotte (8/5): Nice hotel but hard to get to from Naples - There really isn't anything to see in Cercola and it costs 40 euros to take a taxi from the airport (although we got a non-official taxi to take us there for 25 euros). Also, you won't necessarily find anyone who can speak English at this hotel. That being said, we were treated like royalty. The hotel clerk (he could have been the owner) had someone pick us up and take us to a wonderful restaurant, and then drive us back. The rooms are reasonably priced, very nice, and clean. (Very hard pilllows, though.) There was a good variety of choices for breakfast. The hotel is actually only a five minute walk from a bus (#116) that will take you into town for 2 euros.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Very disappointing. The worst we had in Italy. - No sound proofing. You can hear neighbours and other guests like they are in the same room. The neighbourhood doesn't look very safe. The breakfast was very limited. The woman who worked during the day time has a sullen look and attitude. Wouldn't recommend. Better available for the similar price. Small room.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - The room we got was very nice and clean. The bed wasnt very comfortable thougb. Everyone who works there is very nice too, especially since our Italian wasn't perfect. The neighborhood is a little rundown and there isn't much to do around there but there's a bus very close by that takes you right into central naples. A great value for money if you're looking to stay away from the center.
