• Muna (10/5): A long weekend in Doha - The staff is attentive and really helpful. The location is perfect close to musherib downtown and the metro is just in front of the hotel gate. The room is spacious and bed is comfy. الستاف ممتازين ومب مزعجين او اغبياء. الموقع ممتاز عدال مشيرب والمترو قدام باب الفندق. وتقدر تروح لمشيرب مشي عن طريق انك تمشي داخل محطة المترو ويطلعلك للجهة الثانية. وخلاص انت في مشيرب ومن مشيرب تقدر تروح لسوق واقف مشي، خصوصا يوم الجو يكون جميل وبارد. The only thing the hotel needs to check the ventilation of the lobby. Because the smell of the food comes from the upstair (buffet area) is all over the lobby. Try to find a solution for it. ريحة اللوبي ريحة اكل جاي من البوفيه. طول الوقت ريحة اكل بس زين زين انه ما يلزق في الثياب. لازم الفندق يشوف حل لموضوع التهوية وتعير المكان.

• Gabriele (9/5): Perfekt - Ich habe nur eine Nacht da verbracht, das Hotel genau dafür sehr geschätzt. Vom Flughafen führt eine U-Bahn quasi direkt vors Haus, das fand ich ziemlich praktisch. Die U-Bahn ist extra sauber und die Stationen architektonisch interessant. Mein Hotelzimmer war geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man als Reisende brauchen könnte. Der Personal war zuvorkommend, sehr professionell und freundlich. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, kann ich wirklich empfehlen

• Olga (10/5): - The staff were extremely friendly. Since there was availability, I was checked in earlier than the official check-in time, and I’m very grateful for that! Even if early check-in hadn’t been possible, you can go up to the top floor, relax in the sun, and swim in the pool. Complimentary water, coffee, and tea were always provided, and the staff regularly checked whether I had enough bottled water in the room. Such thoughtful care was truly appreciated! The location is perfect, just 20 meters from the hotel entrance is the main metro station, where three lines connect. Across the road is Downtown Doha, an area full of restaurants and cafes. There’s also a free mini tram that circles around the district, and you can ride it at no cost. Only about 10 minutes from the hotel is Souq Waqif, a lively square and traditional market with shops, restaurants, and the famous Golden Thumb. After 4 PM, it becomes especially lively, with many people gathering to spend their evening there. At the top of the hotel you’ll find a swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi, and a beautiful view of the city and the bay. For tennis fans, I highly recommend attending WTA 1000 and ATP 500 tournaments. They are among the most accessible tournaments in terms of close-up viewing and even the chance to interact with players. Ticket prices are also very reasonable compared to many other tennis events. The venue is just two metro stations away about 10 minutes from the hotel.

Breakfast was excellent. The location is very convenient and just above a metro station. Staff is incredibly kind. The rooms are equipped with everything you need. The hotel is located on a road with a lot of traffic and can be noisy at night (OK if you have your earplugs). It is also difficult to cross to road to the Souk. It is better to go through the tube station, which is very safe and clean.

I felt so welcomed by everyone, especial by Plum and a lady from India at a reception ( forgot the name), and Francis, if i remember correctly who was always welcomign with a smile whenever i entered or left the hotel. The room was spacious and loved the roof top with the pool that i used every monring ( with fantastic views). Also , metro is nearby which is amazing Breakfast was the only letdown for this hotel. I expected more choices and better quality. Felt limited. Gym coudl be better too.

• Footprints651159 (10/5): Nice Hotel with friendly staff - I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good with a nice variety to choose from. The staff were kind and friendly. What truly stood out was the warm and attentive service from the housekeeper, Kazi. Although I didn’t meet Kazi in person, he/she regularly left thoughtful notes asking if there was anything else I needed to make my stay more comfortable, which made me feel genuinely well cared for. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable, and every detail reflected genuine care and professionalism. I would especially like to mention "Plum", the guest relation officer, who made a remarkable difference during our stay. She was exceptionally friendly, always helpful, and carried a warm smile that instantly made us feel welcome. Her dedication and positive attitude created such a comfortable and pleasant experience for us. It’s rare to meet someone who combines professionalism with such genuine kindness. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for both comfort and outstanding service.
