- Christian (10/5): Modern Hotel with Great facilities - Very modern Hotel and with the executive room comes a drink and snacks buffet included I have no complain, but when choosing this hotel If you're not on a business trip with meetings in the new lake area where this hotel is located you're a bit remote from the tourist areas of Wuxi.

The staff is very attentive, and Michael, in particular, was exceptionally polite and helpful. He even went out of his way to assist me with mailing a postcard, which was beyond his duties. The level of service of the hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service

Poor acoustics - Although this Pullman is positioned as a business hotel, it turned out to be a great holiday destination, located not too far from the Tai lake. The service was very friendly, prompt and efficient. They took care of special requests we made. Our room on the 19th floor was clean, spacious and well equipped; but had really poor sound proofing with a lot of noise disturbance from the adjacent rooms. Surprisingly the TV was still old style with just regular subscription channels and not connected to the internet. A very basic feature in any standard hotel in China. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a huge spread of different cuisines. But sadly the room service dinner we ordered was very disappointing.
- tobinol (10/5): Best Driver to Rent - I was staying at Pullman Wuxi and has been used Mr Jacob as a driver. He has done a very good job and I highly recommend him. The hotel is very clean and staffs are very helpful. One thing that is lack from there is the English speaking reps. Other than that, everything was great and keep up the good work!!!

- madmangolf (10/5): Refreshing Stay - This modern and stylish hotel is a top and quiet place to stay. Rooms are clean with big bathroom equip with separate shower and tub. Gym and pool facilities are also fantastic. Breakfast choice are unbelievable......my choice of hotel to stay.

When I slept in the midnight, I found that I was bitten by an unknown insect. When I turned on the light, I found at least 5 bedbugs on my bed! It was too scary, even the hotel immediately changed a room to me, but I don't recommend Pullman hotels for you. They have very well kept rooms I lunch with good beds and pillows, rooms are always clean as are the bathrooms. They have A great breakfast with a good selection of items. - LEI (10/5): 100% recommend for group and family-friendly - We went to Wuxi for travel on holiday and we booked 3 rooms for 9 person. Chek-in process was great and fast, that gave us a very good impression. The room was full equipped and was very capacious and brightness with a seperate tub. I think the area of the room was almost 50 square meter. Very very perfect for those families who have babies. Location was not as good as those in cities, however we were a self-driving trip so it didn't matter too much. It took only 15-min to the city.

- 661wenchej (8/5): Great hotel in quiet area - This is a stylish, modern and great hotel in a quiet area. The hotel has great rooms with large modern bathrooms - with both shower and bathtube. Lovely bed. Good gym and pool. The hotel has several restaurants, many nice meeting rooms. The downside is that the hotel is very large and a bit impersonal, it's very nice surroundings but few people in the area so you do not feel for walking around. Furthermore, the Hotel is located 30 min with taxi to Wuxi city center.

Incredible room, great service, the Chinese Restaurant was incredible, breakfast was amazing, as well as the service. Checking in and Checkout were a bit slow, as not enough staff on reception. Overall it was a great experience and a good nights sleep.

A booked the Pullman because I wanted a brand I could trust. Sleepless in the Sauna. They control the temperature centrally at 79 degrees.
- dfrq (10/5): Working in WuXi - Well back at the Pullman again. It is everything you need. From the breakfast staff, room and room cleaning. The food. It is all fantastic. But the one thing that makes it special is the staff, attention to detail even when the hotel is full they make you feel that you are the only one in the hotel. 5 minutes’ walk there are 4 or 5 local Chinese restaurants you should try if you are with 2 or more. The locals use them (grammars is one. Little bit further is a dumpling restaurant. The cost is low so try different dishes. You may not eat them all but you will have fun when they are delivered. A special thanks must go to Winni in the lounge who always make you feel the day was not as bad as it seemed when you walked in. how she does it is not clear. I think it is just her smile that makes you feel you are home

Although the room for me was booked "non smoker" was initially given a room at 16 floor that smelled awfully of smoke. Went immediately down and the competent personnel arranged for me a smoke free room. May be the management should understand that 7 out of 10 European travellers do not smoke and get smoke free floors... Just one night, enjoyed flawless express laundry service Very good wi-fi connectivity Good early breakfast, personnel at the entrance seemed more interested to browse they cellphone than say hallo.... that should not happen in such hotel category. Good business hotel

I like that there were many lifts and they were fast and efficient. But pity the location was a big minus. It was far away from everywhere else. Not even a convenience store nearby.

We didn’t see the taxi queue at the arrival hall. Transfer to hotel was quick. 3 persons came to pick us. They carried a card that bore my initials as instructed. Driver 1 took 2 luggage & both of us. Another concierge staff, Spark, with whom I was writing back & forth with, drove a Pullman van that carried our equipment bag. 2 bottles of mineral water were kept for us in our car. Arrived at hotel check-in desk, the female & male staff did a quick checkin for us. Gave us enough access cards to use, quickly assigned our unit. They did not introduce the hotel to us. But Jin, the guest relations, handed me her card, told me if I needed help just call her. She informed me about the breakfast floor, gym etc. She & Spark & another concierge staff helped us with our luggage. They spoke English! Room was spacious with lots of space for 3 pieces of luggage, lots of drawers & cabinets to store our clothes & shoes! Bathroom amenities were sufficient. Iron board, umbrella & an electric kettle plus all the cups & glasses & mineral water were all there. A few problems surfaced: 1. Bathroom - ‘fishtank’ type, we put the blind down. 2. See-through bathroom door, couldn’t close due to uneven floor. 2307. 3. Room faced a piece of land which was under construction. The noise didn’t affect us as we left early for our events. 4. Window ledge dusty.

- Johannes (10/5): Well recomended home from home - A very nice large and comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The place can get very crowded over weekends as it runs successful family promotions. There is not much to do in the surrounding area. However Wuxi is a RMB 50 taxi ride away.
- Dan (10/5): Nice hotel near airport and nice staffs - I asked for a morning call, early taxi to be ready at 6:30am. Everything was in place and the staff even prepared me a cup of coffee and some breads since it was too early for the resturant buffet.

I was not able to have breakfast due to my flight, but appreciate that the staff took the effort to offer a simple takeaway option instead.
- Johannes (4/5): Great promise but long on fulfillment - Grand hotel. Great room. However this hotel is not particularly suited for international travelers. Staff are not able to communicate well in English if at all. Internet connection instructions are in Chinese. No breakfast menu. Super slow internet connection which immediately disconnects you the moment your mobile phone goes into sleep mode: very frustrating.
- Steve (8/5): Giant ghost hotel - This is a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, but nearly deserted. The staff appear to be trainees, and there was no A/C, in Wuxi, in April?!. I wonder if Pullman know their name is on the building? Price is great, but it is mystery as to how the doors stay open given the overhead and the lack of guests.

- Vulcan (6/5): An okay hotel in a new developed area. - The hotel was new but empty. There were not enough customers to bring up other services in the hotel to full speed. The spa service was kinda bad. The A/C in my room was broken after 3rd day stay and the room temperature was controlled by the hotel. The hotel room looks old for 1 year old hotel.
