- Andreas (9/5): Wunderschön. - Zimmerausstattung, Sauberkeit, Ausblick, sehr gutes Service, Frühstücksangebot (ausg Kaffee), großer Parkplatz, Parkgarage, Hotelbar und Lobby, Frühstücksraum sehr hell mit vielen Fenstern, Kaffee beim Frühstücksbuffet und kalter Frühstücksraum mit schlechter Akustik; das wird uns aber nicht davon abhalten, wieder in diesem Hotel zu buchen; das Niveau ist in diesem Hotel wirklich sehr hoch.

- Mary (8/5): - The hotel was nearly perfect in every way- staff, cleanliness, location, etc. It’s beautiful. My big disappointment was that I was not allowed to eat dinner there. My first night I went to dinner about 7:50 pm and it was too late. I accepted that even though I think I had been told dinner was until 8. But that’s ok. The next night I went into the empty dining room about 7pm and was told they were full! Then it was explained there was a group of pilgrims coming and only enough food for them. Just for the record. I was there on pilgrimage but traveling alone. I went to the chapel later and saw some people in the dining hall but it was maybe 1/4 full. Ne er was I told that you had to be with a group in order to be served there. Both nights I walked back near the church for dinner in spite of the fact that I had just walked back to the hotel from the church area to get dinner at the hotel!!! Very disappointing and regretful, but this is unfortunately what my feeling is toward what could have been a perfect experience. I’m only one person so maybe you do t care. But what happened to the ministry of hospitality?

- maria (7/5): Location to Apparition hill was 15 minutes which was perfect. - The receptionist was kind enough to upgrade me to a suite whish was amazing. The reason was because the room I was in had no a/c and it was hot during the days I was there. The staff were all very helpful. Also, the breakfast was very good. The spa was fantastic, had a volcanic massage and it was out of this world, the masseur was more than 10/10. I also have left a few things and they have kept it for me. The hotel tend to turn off their a/c depending on the weather. The halls and the lobby were quite warm. Some people are ok with 24 degrees, which is really warm.

Kupaona jako ugodna, cista i opremljena svim potrebnim za ugodan boravak. Bilo bi lijepo u SPA dijelu imati bazen, gdje bi se moglo malo otplivati, ali svejedno je bilo lijepo, saune su jako ugodne.

- Tara (9/5): This hotel provided the perfect spot for our Medjugorje pilgrimage. - We loved the ease of grabbing a breakfast before our days adventures. As well as the walking sticks and umbrellas free to use in the lobby. The only thing that was a little tough was breakfast hours and wanting more water without needing to pay for it. I also don’t believe American dollars were accepted there.

- Kathryn W (8/5): Pleasant modern hotel. - The over all hotel is modern, clean and staff was very helpful. Breakfast buffet was good. The shower drained slowly & overflowed once. We asked to have the AC increased to lower temperature but temperature in room never went down in room. The outside temperature was in the 90’s F.

- Alekszandra (8/5): Kellemes szálláshely, közel a làtnivalókhoz. - Szép szálloda, kényelmes és tiszta szobával, szolíd de finom reggeli, jó parkoló garázs (fizetős, de a hotel előtt vannak ingyenes helyek is), minden jól megközelíthető távolságra van, bolt is van a közelben. Az ott dolgozók kedvesek voltak. Ár érték arányban teljesen megfelelő.

В номері не було чути жодного звуку з вулиці 👌🥰 обовʼязково повернемось ще сюди 🙏🏻 - Дуже зручне розташування, близько до гори Подбордо а також до церкви св.Якова Немає ніяких зауважень, все на вищому рівні 👌 в готелі дуже чисто ( покоївки прибирали кожного дня) є спа салон , сніданки дуже ситі і різнобарвні. Дуже дуже все сподобалось!!! Персонал дуже ввічливий 🥰❤️

- Antonio (9/5): Overall great stay - Osoblje je jako uslužno, počevši od recepcije, preko restorana i sobarica. Sobe su jako čiste i prostrane. Hrana u restoranu je jako ukusna ali smo očekivali da će biti malo raznovrsnija, nakon par dana zasitiš se jednolične hrane.
