The room was spacious, spotless, and well equipped, with very comfortable bedding. I especially appreciated the hotel’s eco-friendly touches, such as refillable water stations and paper-based amenities. Luni Yegana (6/5): - We are regular guests of the Accor hotel network and have always experienced excellent hospitality and professional service. Unfortunately, our experience at Novotel Sofia was very different, mainly due to the attitude of the bar manager. We politely asked if the hotel could store a small bag containing two boxes of cheese for us, since the minibar in the room was extremely small and there was simply no space to place the bag inside. Instead of trying to assist or offering any alternative solution, the bar manager reacted in a very unpleasant and dismissive manner. His response was unnecessarily harsh and left no room for discussion. The way we were spoken to felt disrespectful and humiliating as guests. This was especially disappointing because it does not reflect the level of service and guest care we are used to receiving from Accor hotels around the world. We hope the hotel management will address this issue seriously, as no guest should feel degraded for making such a simple and reasonable request.

Safe in the room; freshwater machine in the corridor, hairdryer available. Towels were large, which is a great plus! Breakfast was good, staff very nice Needed a late check-out due to late flight home. Stayed until 4pm with no extra charge. Free parking but garage space very tight for large cars. Close to the shopping Mall too. The TV was old and no app's available. Some wall hooks to hang a coat would have been handy. Shower wasn't very powerful, although it was a good temperature.

Emin (8/5): Nice hotel with great views, but breakfast could improve - The location was very convenient for me, as the hotel is within walking distance of Arena Armeec, where we attended the Cirque du Soleil show. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the reception staff were very professional, and the overall interior of the hotel is modern and beautiful. The view from the room overlooking the mountains and Sofia was also amazing. The rooms were missing some basic amenities such as a toothbrush and slippers, and the bathroom floor was quite cold. The breakfast was below expectations compared to other hotels in the same category – considering the price, the quality and variety could be improved.

Excellent parking is probably the main advantage, convenient for those arriving in Sofia by car. The breakfasts are quite filling, you won't leave hungry. The staff is responsive and will accommodate all requests. A good gym for those who want to keep their body in good shape while traveling. The rooms are small; two people are quite cramped in a double room. I didn't like the shower stall, which is located behind a glass partition. While it's perfectly adequate for one person, it's not very comfortable when two people share a room. Lunch and dinner in the restaurant are fresh and delicious, but very expensive for a hotel of this standard. Cheaper options can be found outside the hotel.

Anna (9/5): - המלון חדיש, נקי, צוות מאוד נדיב. נמצא צמוד לקניון, מי שלא הספיק לעשות קניות. קרוב לשדה תעופה. במהלך כל הלילה לפני טיסה מציעים קפה, םירות, חטיפים לדרך בלי קשר האם הזמנת ארוחת בוקר.

Inspire49089868212 (2/5): Worst experience - This is my first ever review, the first day after I woke up was me dealing with horrible neck pain from the rock hard pillows. The bathroom is okay overrall but the showerhead is partially broken. After I washed my hair with the so called 'shampoo' I have never seen my hair so dry and tangled. This hotel also does not have a conditioner, my neck pain was so bad after I slept the second day I had to go to a chiro. I. Do. Not. Recommend.
