Claudia (8/5): - Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt einen Shuttle Service zur BTS Station, welchen wir jedoch nur in Anspruch genommen haben für die An- und Abreise mit Gepäck. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Durch die Vorhänge ist es ebenfalls sehr dunkel im Zimmer zum Schlafen. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine. Wäscheständer erhält man auf Anfrage. Frühstück war für uns gut, ausreichend und abwechslungsreich. Das Thaiessen hat uns immer gut geschmeckt. Zimmerreinigung erfolgte diesmal leider erst gegen 16:00 / 17:00 Uhr. Diesmal wurde scheinbar die Einbahnstraße als Abkürzung genutzt, da man nachts leider eine Vielzahl an Rollern und Tuktuks hörte. Dies hatten wir beim ersten Aufenthalt nicht so wahrgenommen. Der Holzdielen am Pool stehen leider was ab und der Boden im Pool könnte häufiger gereinigt werden. Viele Blüten lagen auf dem Boden des Pools. Aber es ist meckern auf Hohen Niveau, aber kein Grund das Hotel nicht zu buchen.

The staff were exceptionally accommodating from start to finish and everyone from reception to the ground team consistently greeted us with warmth and kindness. They were always happy to assist with arranging transportation and answering our questions. What really stood out was how far they went above and beyond to help us retrieve some personal belongings we accidentally left behind. Unfortunately, my partner and I were also unwell for a few days during our stay, but the accommodation with its comfortable bed and great-sized shower and bath, made for a perfect place to rest and recover. We’re so grateful for the level of service we received and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We would love to return one day to see Raptor (the hotel kitten) again! Highly recommend!

Ingo (5/5): It has seen better days. - Spacious room with washing machine and kitchen area. Overpriced. Not up to date. Creates impression of old location. Breakfast quite simple. Swimming pool was not really inviting for a swim. And location is not easy to reach BTS, even though there is a nice and free of charge Tuk Tuk service. Again, the staff gives its best, the property has seen better days and is overpriced.

Das Personal ist immer sehr nett. Das Frühstück ist nichts Besonderes aber genügend. Ferien würde ich in diesem Hotel nicht verbringen.

Alle 30' fährt ein Shuttle-Tuk-Tuk zur Central Embassy Mall oder zur BTS Haltestelle Chit Lom. (Auch zu Fuss gut erreichbar). Achtung: Trotz Balkon gilt ein strenges Rauchverbot (auch auf dem Balkon). Das Frühstück ist eher basic – ich habe deshalb auswärts gefrühstückt. Der Pool liegt im Schatten, und es sind oft Kinder am Springen und Planschen; für mich war das nichts, daher habe ich ihn nicht genutzt.

The location is prime, its steps away from Central Embassy mall, and is surrounded by multiple embassies so safety, security and comfort are all met. The staff is phenomenal and they make the stay very accommodating. Perfect for short and longs stays. Whenever we return to Bangkok this property is on speed dial. There’s not much to dislike! Met all of my travel needs. Home away from home!

Rovshan (9/5): A comfortable and quiet stay with spacious rooms, excellent housekeeping, friendly staff - Our suite was spacious and comfortable, with a very good bed and a washing machine, which was a big advantage for us. Daily housekeeping was excellent; towels were changed every day and bathroom amenities were replenished regularly. The bathroom was great, especially the bathtub. The location is convenient yet quiet; Phloen Chit BTS is about a 7-minute walk (or a 1-minute tuk-tuk shuttle ride), making it easy to get around the city. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good, but the selection was almost the same every day, so a bit more variety would be appreciated. The breakfast area was also very cold due to strong air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable to sit and enjoy the meal. While the complimentary tuk-tuk service to the BTS station and Embassy Centre is useful, both destinations are only about a 7-minute walk, so it would be even better if the service covered a slightly wider area. Additionally, the overall price felt quite high and the internet connection was not reliable enough for working.

Clendon (8/5): We enjoyed. - Friendly, helpful staff. Clean well maintained. Tuk Tuk shuttle to BTS station during off-peak hours. Relative convenience to Bumrungrad Hospital. Distance from BTS creates difficulty during rush hours or heavy rain.

Seok (7/5): No convenience stall except through their hotel tuk tuk to the BTS for you to get some snacks and drinks. Breakfast spre - Good for small family. Staffs paid attention to your request and very friendly. Equipped kitchen facilities.

Jan (8/5): Very good - I like the hotel is like I am staying at home , have kitchen , living room and I can reheat my food anytime have microwave and fridge. Only one thing not good is the room temperature can fix , when I switch to 16 degree temperatures after and hour auto up temperature to 26 degree , can fix to stay at same temperature I want .

Darin (8/5): - The concierge (JJ?) went above and beyond to be accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Walking distance to Nana Plaza which I discovered quite by mistake. Whatever people tell you about it doesn’t describe it. That being said, it must be seen at least once in your life. Street food, music, women and booze abound. Get a 3 AM foot massage and people watch. Finish the night off with some 5 AM pho from a street cart and watch the sun rise.

Miao Xin (10/5): Comfortable and clean hotel. P - Clean and comfy hotel. Love the quietness around the neighbourhood. Located near Phloen chit BTS via 5-7min walk. Also walkable to central world 20mins walk. Hotel also offer complimentary tuktuk shuttle to the bts as well. Rooms and clean which I love the separate sitting area and big fridge! Would highly recommend this hotel.
