• Sébastien Julien (10/5): Escapade à Okinawa - J'ai adoré cet hôtel. Le personnel était très gentil et plein de bons conseils. Le petit déjeuner et les employés du petit déjeuner étaient extraordinaires. De ne pas rester plus de temps.
• Tomoko (6/5): ロケーションは良し！ - バス停、国際通りから近くてロケーションは良い！ 全体的に古いのはいたしかたないが、清掃が行き届いていない気がします。部屋に置いてあった空気清浄機も掃除ランプがついていました。

• Yukiyo (8/5): お値段相応の施設ですが、ロケーションがとても気に入ったので、また利用したいです。 - ホテルの周りにはコンビニや食堂、barや居酒屋が充実していました。 浴室の壁はカビが目立っていました。建物が古いのかもしれませんが、洗面台も古びていて、手入れをしていない感じがしました。

• Julien (4/5): Avoid - Good location to visit Naha. Breakfast low quality for the quite high price, no fresh fruits, powder juice. Bathroom doesn't have active ventilation, so towels were not drying and traces of mold everywhere. Pillows felt like hospital quality, not comfortable. Easy to find cheaper hotel with better experience.

• Bahman (2/5): Stay away - The only thing I liked about the property is where it was centrally located I didn’t request a smoking room, but I was giving one and it smelled like an ashtray. It was absolutely terrible.

• Soheiソウヘイ (10/5): 次回あえて、またこのホテル宿泊します、早々に改善したか否か確認のため。 - 東南アジア人が多く、歯磨きを、根こそぎ持って行く醜い姿を目の当たりにした。しかし、館内では意外と静かであった。 外国人にタクシーを、自分で電話して呼べとは、東南アジアでワーストな対応、情けなくて涙が出た。 おもてなし、の日本、ホテルスタッフが雑談してながらヘルプしない姿、また、涙した。 沖縄、海ブドウ、何故出さない？ 他にコスト削っても、もずく、海ブドウ、沖縄でしょうが。

• かなこ (8/5): - ･バイク駐車場があったので、レンタルバイクをしても置き場があるのは助かりました。 ･洗濯機と乾燥機が置いてある部屋は、何かにおっていて、今後泊まるとしたら使うのは遠慮しようかなと思ってしまいました。 ･初日の受付の時、こちらの不手際でもたついてしまったのですが、しっかりと対応して下さいました。
• NNOBUKO (8/5): - ホテル自体は古く、昭和感溢れるレトロな感じですが、清掃は隅々まで行き届いており、とても綺麗です。 ツインルームでしたが、ベッドがなんとダブルサイズ×2台だったので、とてもゆったりと眠る事ができて最高でした。 朝食はバイキング形式です。 品数も多く、沖縄の食材を使った料理が多数ありとても美味しかったです。 唯一のマイナス点は、水回りです。 古い。あまりにも古すぎかと。 浴槽が染みと傷だらけ。 とても綺麗に清掃されているので清潔ではあるのですが、とても湯はりをする気にはなれませんでした。 それ以外は、とてもいいホテルだと思います。
• Mitsuhiro (2/5): - スタッフの対応が悪いエアコンが弱すぎて暑くて寝れない　バスルームの浴槽に毛が落ちてたり張り付いていた　冷蔵庫のスイッチが壊れて使えない　去年も泊まったけど夜中の3時頃火災報知器が鳴り避難のアナウンスが鳴ったので外に避難して15分経って誤作動とわかり部屋に入ったがホテルのスタッフは知らん顔　何の謝罪も説明も無くこんなホテル最低だと思う　便利で安いから使ってたけど二度と泊まらない最悪のホテルです

• Florin (6/5): - Rum med tre sängar och två badrum, annars lite plats i rummet i övrigt, ligger i lugnt område, frukosten var Ok. Denna Smile Hotel är sliten, behöver verkligen en renovering. Personalen kunde väldigt lite engelska.
• Hiroaki (4/5): - 古いのは仕方ないですが、トイレの設備の対応をゲストに依存するのは疑問と今後の対応を懸念しました。トイレの水が貯まらないのは設備不良です、それを上下に動かしてそれでも動かなければスタッフをと書かれた書類を常備する事に疑問を感じます。 滞在中、貯水はレバー上下だけでは出来なかった。

• ゆみ (2/5): - 一歳の子がいたのでベッドガードを予約時にお願いしていたのにも関わらず設置されていなかった。フロントに行き伝えたが、他の客が使っていてないとの事。謝罪もなしに次の日に設置するので鍵をフロントに預けてくださいと言われた。予約時に言っていても設置されないし謝罪もない対応に不満を感じた。
• KAI (6/5): - 総合的に見たらまあまあという印象 コップにホコリがついていたり、風呂場が少し汚れている等、もう少し掃除を心がけていただくとより気持ちよく利用できる。
• Anastasia (6/5): The experience in this hotel was altogether good, but rooms need renovating. - There were no problems during the stay. The area around the hotel is not lively, but hotel is within walking distance of the port, monorail, bus stops and the main shopping street. The rooms were clean, but they really need renovating, and they were not very comfortable in basic things (there was only one very small table with very limited space to put a laptop, no storage rack for luggage, no safe box)
