- Brianna (9/5): Will definitely be back! Very clean and nice! - Our room was excellent, super clean and comfortable! Staff were friendly, super easy check in process & an amazing breakfast! They had dove body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion and hand wash in the bathrooms. Also supplied toothbrushes or makeup removers if needed, I found that awesome! Only complaint was we stayed when several baseball teams were there and they took the pool over and the parents did not watch the kids. There was a patio full of adults drinking and a bunch of feral kids in the pool. Not the hotels fault at all, but it was chaos..

- Roberta J (8/5): - It was very quiet and peaceful. The bed was super comfortable. Managing the room temperature is so easy with the updated thermostat. The one negative is the "no pet" policy. In the future I will be looking for pet friendly accommodations. In January 2026 I need to secure 3 nights at hotels. Your "no pet" policy is forcing me to look for hotels that accept pets. No pet policy. An upholstered chair would have been nice.

- Debbra (3/5): Do better Holiday Inn Express - The bed was ok not great .. not horrible. The breakfast was what you expect. It was in need of deep cleaning. Chair in room badly stained, something in bathtub was stained and icky looking, shower curtain was dirty, smudges and smears everywhere in room light sconces in bathroom were gone and only lightbulbs.keurig had dust on outside and on inside. We went for indoor pool but the pool floor was brown and dirty looking and the pool water was cloudy so we didn't get to use that. I did tell the hotel.

From the time we checked in, the room was very clean and then when we ate breakfast, EVERYONE we encountered was very friendly. We will most definitely stay again. Highly recommend this place. The GM, Liz knows her staff and was present all hours of the day.

Not only is it in a very convenient location (right off I-40) but it has some of the FRIENDLIEST and attentive staff who always drop what they are doing to help my family when we come. The housekeeping staff is amazing and the kitchen ladies both Sandy and Maura are a delight and make that breakfast a feast. We’ve even had the pleasure of meeting the GM Liz who is a delight and you can tell takes joy in her job and the people she works with.

The staff member attending to the breakfast area was friendly and maintained the breakfast area very well. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. We stayed at this same motel a week prior. The office workers seemed untrained and uncooperative. The lobby area smells awful. They have a room sanitizer set up and it reeks. It takes your breath away when you enter the area. I complained about this after our last visit. There were others affected by the strong smell. The desk check-in personnel were not very welcoming and seemed to be bothered by handling our check-in. I grabbed some items from the pantry - the purchase came to $4.16. I handed the gentlemen a $5.00 bill and he said they were short on change, so I offered to give him the 16 cents and he could give me a dollar in return. He just stared at me. I don't think he had a clue what I was saying. Don't they have a bank in this town? I ended up having to put this small charge on my card. I had been traveling all day and was tired and had to deal with that nonsense. It was almost laughable.

The clerk that greeted me said I didn’t have a reservation despite the printout I handed him from Expedia as he doesn’t deal with 3rd parties. I was exhausted and in tears as my husband had just died and I was traveling to relocate as a result. The creepy desk guy kept asking if I “want a hug” no thank you. I will NEVER book another reservation at Holiday Inn or use Expedia which is always sounding like I am talking to someone in India who really doesn’t comprehend

The staff was attentive, and went above and beyond giving the team a place to eat together. Would like to recognize Katie at the front desk, and Quay with housekeeping. They are doing a wonderful job!

The breakfast was delicious - lovely fresh orange juice; tasty, cooked oatmeal; omelet, sausage, potatoes and delicious scone (biscuit!); and fully, flavored yogurt! There was no shower mat in the shower to reduce the risk of slippage.

- Pierce (9/5): I was pleasantly surprised at the Holiday Inn Express. Modern, clean and the staff were exceptional. - The breakfast had a great variety of foods to chose from. Everything I chose tasted great and the breakfast area was kept clean, and well stocked.

- Quy (6/5): Quick stay is good - The location is great. Everything else in the hotel is on the older side. The bathroom and room is older and fairly dirty.

- Star (6/5): Overpriced - This is a standard hotel but extremely expensive. I paid ov$150 so my grandson could enjoy the pool on his last night visiting me. We arrived to find the elevator was not functional. We had to lug our bags up the stairs. It was later fixed but sounded sketchy. The pool waa great but cold. The room was okay but the refrigerator did not get very cold. Water pressure was lacking. Breakfast was fine except the pancake machine was empty. I let them know, but it wasn't refilled until we were done eating. For as much as we paid for this stay you would thing the place would be nicer.

- Sara (10/5): Great hotel with comfortable queen beds - We had 4 adults & 2 grandchildren in our room. We had a room with 2 queen beds and sleeper sofa. Beds were very comfortable. Room was spacious enough for all of us. Elevator worked great and speedy. Swimming pool and child play area in pool was nice (everyone enjoyed the pool) and my family was the only ones in pool. Very friendly staff and clean motel/rooms. Breakfast was delicious and they had TURKEY sausage patties, along with regular sausage and normal breakfast offerings. Great location and easy to find/get parked. Nothing to say. Everything was good.
