- Aaron (1/5): - The staff called the cops on me and had me arrested for falling asleep at the doorway of my room , I thought these places were a safe place for weary travelers and I didn’t know it was illegal to fall to sleep at your room , it’s has cost me my whole career and my whole life and family has been turned upside down , ruined my life and will most likely sue the chain for 15 to 20 million dollars and this doesn’t come close to covering all the problems the staff has created for me

Then we had to go back to the lobby get another room. No sheets for pull out couch. Didn’t want to deal with unfriendly staff so we just made it work.

The pool was continuously filled to capacity and the noise level on the fourth floor was insane! We got very little sleep!

The breakfast was delicious and the tub of bacon never went empty! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the area with snacks for purchase was well stocked with a great variety of goodies.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - The room we had was hot when we came in, 80 degrees, we put the ac on and it took till the next morning at 9am before it even reached 73. A lot of the breakfast items advertised they were “out of” no cinnamon rolls, no omelets, just disappointed. But the beds were comfortable and bathrooms were nice. The temperature of the room is what made it difficult to fully rest!

Keurig machine no longer in room…you have to ask at front desk for one. The beds are set up super high in this particular hotel…again all the other Holiday Inn Express properties have never had this.

- Robert (10/5): When I pass through this location again I will stay here again. Very nice! - The location was perfect for quick access from freeway especially if tired because of driving. The room was extremely clean and comfortable with great space. Bathroom was extremely roomy as well. I didn't get to enjoy the room very long since I was trying to avoid a severe storm the was approaching.

The other famiky we are traveling with has 3 kids making the couch a necessity to keep the family together versus most hotels automatically splitting them to two rooms.

Finally I asked for if the email used had to match that of my ING account - she said yes so I asked for my email to be changed and it was not done. This inquiry came to my other email.

The waffles were ok. The oatmeal was pasty. The eggs were rubbery and so was the sausage and it was cold.

Especially the window shades that look like a painting on wall when pulled down. Everything was very clean with no bad smells. The breakfast crew was very friendly. The desk clerks could have been more friendly. Great location off the highway. We were able to walk to the Popeyes Chicken right in front of the hotel

- Walter (1/5): Noisy! Noisy! Noisy! - Location is good. Room size is good. There was a terrible wining noise all night long from "plumbing" according to front desk. Also, the room (100) is not quiet. You can hear people speaking in the main lobby!. Very little sleep. The front desk was willing to give us a different room but we were already in bed after driving for 11 hours. For $200/night I would have expected to at least get a decent nights sleep.
- William (10/5): Great Stay in a Busy Hotel - Spacious room and very busy hotel. Lots of people, including a bus load that arrived right AFTER me! Our room had plenty of space, was up to date with furnishings and equipment to include having USB-C outlets. Coffee is available 24-7 with machines that grind bean when with the push of a button. So, all good here and I recommend it.
