Breakfast area was clean and well prepared...the smiles from breakfast staff made our day! Our requests were heard and addessed satisfactorily. Room was very clean, as was the pool and hot tub area. We have stayed here before and returned because we trusted the property. We were not disappointed. Would absolutely stay here again!

Breakfast was so delicious and had a wide variety to choose from, even my 6 yr old picky eater didnt have to have his usual McDonald's. Will definitely be staying here on my next Visit to Hobbs, NM and recommending to All my friends and family. I cant say enough about the staff! They all deserve 11 out of 10 stars 🌟 and i never give anyone 10 out of 10...because there is always something that can be improved on.

• wesley (8/5): Overall good - The service was good, room was fine. Only two minor issues. First, the pancake machine was off or out of order, which was disappointing. Second, unlike some other hotels there was no bottled water in the room. Instead you could buy a bottle of Dasani at the front desk. Water isn't that expensive, having it at the ready for your guests would have been nice.

The breakfast was good I do wish they had the option of a plain bagel too but something for most people for sure and it's included so why not. We have our son in college here so will will be staying here again

• Anna (6/5): - We reported the floor being wet by the air conditioner that my husbands socks got wet to the front desk they said we would get a discount and I looked at my statement and no discount was made we were charged full price including the unexpected fee of 25$. We love staying at these facilities but do right by what we report cause it’s a lot of money to pay for one night.

Our room was not as clean as we would have liked just as the first time the walls were noticeably dirty/dingy. The pull out had old dirty socks left in it. The coffee table had stains from drinks on it. The air hadn’t been on when we arrived so it had a muggy/humid feeling.

Parking with a trailer can be tight but there is a dirt lot next to hotel that people seem to use. Location is good with Walmart and Texas Roadhouse within walking distance.

The elevator had a significant amount of cigarette smoke odor, likely caused by smokers smoking outside and riding up in the elevator. I am allergic to cigarette smoke and riding the elevator impacted me. Routinely, one elevator car should be parked with the door open to let it air out.

The woman running the breakfast buffet was so accommodating and friendly. Food was delicious, too! You could tell she really took a great pride in her job!

• Franklin's General Store (8/5): In and out. - My stay was fine, I arrived at approximately 5:30 pm. I had a good shower,ate a Subway sandwich. I was asleep at 8:30 and up and gone by 2:00 am. I only wish that the desk help was more helpful with rewards info.

• davidnS6130EN (10/5): 500 miles from home. (No this is not a country song...but it could be) - I wanted to share my experience here. The people here were the best. Check-in was smooth and the staff seems like they care. I was on a business trip and 500 miles from home. The pool and hot tub were clean and working, I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean, and bed was great. The breakfast is wonderful, and the coffee was hot and not weak. I had an issue arise with the A/C in my room. It seemed that it was not working correctly. I went to the front desk that morning and talked with Regina (she is so sweet) and told her about the issue, she informed maintenance, and Randy took care of it. It was 107 outside, but when I returned to the room that evening, it was a comfortable 70 degrees. I appreciate the professionalism, compassion and dedication that they showed. I hope my company sends me back again soon. Thanks, for making this trip for me enjoyable.
