• Serena (4/5): Won't go back - The location The shower handle broke off in my hand, couldnt adjust temp. 4 people trying to shower for a wedding was almost impossible. Holes in walls, mini fridge didn't sit evenly and kept popping open. The breakfast was mid if anything. Asked for waffle mix to be replaced and got a liquid mixture and then it was my fault when it made a mess.
• Michael (1/5): - Location. Electric lock failed. Was told to just stay in room for the remaining of my trip do to no maintenance or manager or any other available rooms. Left early tiered and unsatisfied.
• John (5/5): The room 215 smells of a dog had just visited - The room smelled dog house. The blinds don't close all the way giving no privacy. Don't allow dogs in the suite Smells like dog when you walk in. Had to leave windows open all day & night.

The tables were sticky from people leaving and no one was paying attention to this need. The desk person who could see into the area though their cell phone was more important the taking care of the breakfast area.

• K5264QDpatriciam (6/5): Okay for the price - PROS: Great location and check in/checkout was easy. Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Karen at the front desk. They offer continental breakfast and there is a coffee machine and small fridge in the room. Plenty of parking available. CONS: Bed linens were soiled (stained) and the room had an odor (maybe pet urine) but otherwise it was clean. Wi-Fi is VERY slow.

Quiet location and felt safe walking around property at night

• Baber (2/5): Nice breakfast host, but thats about it - Not much, got 2 rooms and they were joining rooms and I didn't have to ask for it, so that was a plus. Pillows were nice and soft and not deflated like most hotels. Person checking us in, didn't have any smile or feel welcoming. Rooms were not dirty, but not cleaned well. Beds extremely firm. Bathroom door didn't shut properly. NO PRIVACY CURTAINS!!! I mean really, anyone could walk by and see in your room through the thin curtain they had up. Doors creaked, AC didn't blow that great. Breakfast was okay, but nothing amazing. The host was extremely pleasant to talk to. Overall, I felt like I was staying in a hotel that hasnt been renovated in over 20 years. Will never go back, unless they offered me a room at half the price.

• rudysH5606NU (10/5): My quick fishing getaway to Pinetop Az. - I had the pleasure and privilege to have Karen assist me make my reservation for a recent fishing trip to Pinetop. She was extremely knowledgeable and courteous on top of being a true professional. I worked as a field service engineer during my career and was a gold or platinum flyer most of that time. Anyone that has travelled as much as I have will tell you the value of being assisted by some one of Karen’s character, professionalism and knowledge. Now retired, I travel to the Pinetop area regularly and will always make it a point to stay at the Quality Inn, not because it’s a good hotel but because Karen works there!

• Ronald (2/5): - The room was small and you could hardly get around. The bathroom literally you had to walk in and almost back out. Coffee pot leaked water all over. I opened up the microwave to use it and there was about a quarter of an inch water in there
• Edith (4/5): Dirty rooms - Location Room was dirty when we checked in. Sheets felt dirty as I itched all night. We have stayed at this hotel before and had no issues but this time seems like whoever cleaned the room did a lazy job.
• David (10/5): Quiet, clean, modern, comfortable - all this and great support from the folks at the front desk. - The folks at the front desk welcomed me at the start of my visit, addressed my questions and needs during my visit, and signed me out at the end, with exceptional efficiency, professionalism, and personal attention. I think their names were Sarah on the first day and Karen the next morning. I have travelled a lot for business and now pleasure. I have stayed at many hotels around the world. For me, the personal interactions with staff make or break the experience at a new hotel - and these two staff really were top-shelf. I had a wonderful, relaxing stay. I can't think of anything.

Rooms were dirty , I had my little ones with me and in one of our rooms the floor was dirty didn't seem the swept or mop , found an empty miniature whiskey bottle behind the little night stand and a half way smoke substance that was in a plastic container laying beside the bed in the floor , hair on the bed , blankets had stains , bathtub didn't look like it was clean .... Both rooms were dirty , furniture were not dust , hand prints on the mirror . We have stayed here before and I never experienced this before the time we stayed here but this time around it was a disappointment. I do have pictures of what was dirty . Room 211 the AC wouldn't go below 66 and was so humid 🥵

• Brenda (2/5): Worst experience ever - Arrived after 1030pm. The guy who checked us in didn't speak more than 5 words to me. The first room was dirty, musky smelling. Had unknown stains on furniture, floor, shower curtain and bedding. Karen was an angel and got us a different room the second night, but it made us cut or trip shot. I got bitten all night by bed bugs. I took pictures to show issues and had 2 nights of the worst sleep ever. We didn't stay all the nights we booked.

Ice machine did not work and there was only one located on the bottom floor northeast corner. If your room is upstairs in the opposite corner, it is a bit of a walk. The coke vending machine was empty. If you are looking for breakfast included, go somewhere else
• donniem328 (10/5): My go to place! - Solo camping is doable not my go to. Several times a year I need to leave Tucson and get away to the pines. I have been staying here 2 or 3 times a year the past 3 years. Is it the Hilton? No. Is it affordable, quiet, and comfortable? Absolutely. I will continue to return. Hopefully you have the pleasure of meeting Karen at the front desk! She is truly a gem and a pleasure to speak with!
• E4552AKamandab (10/5): Wonderful stay - This hotel was very clean & perfect for our stay. We stayed 1 night. There is a mini fridge & microwave. The bathroom was clean. The young girl at check-in was super nice (sorry I forgot her name). Then when we were checking out, Karen at the front desk was also great! Both gals have great personalities & made us feel very welcomed. In this day & age, I feel customer service has gone out the window, but not here. The breakfast was also good. We just had the oatmeal & yogurt but it was perfect.

There were stains including blood on the couch. I tripped and almost fell on a seam that is coming apart on the walkway outside the room. It says breakfast is provided but I didn’t see any indication of that and the office door was still locked at when we left. I ended up calling the office from the road to let them know we had left.

The front office felt more like staff living quarters. Hair dryer not in its rack. Hand bar in tub not attached. Lots if little things, but the little things matter. Will not go back.

• Katherine (6/5): Got the job done - Stayed one night while in the white mountains on a fishing trip, nursing a knee injury and just didn’t want to sleep on the ground lol. Clean and put together, but you get what you pay for. Had a warm bed to sleep in which is all my brothers and I really needed, but breakfast was limited to waffle batter, juice, sugary cereals, and yoplait, the TV didn’t work and front office didn’t seem too enthused to assist, so we just let it go. Not a big deal and not what we were there for anyway. Sink was very clogged up. All in all, if you just need a bed that’s not the ground, this is your spot. If you want over the top service and amenities, don’t expect it, and that’s alright. Got the job done.
