• Paula (9/5): Tot volgend jaar!! :) - We hadden last van keuzestress: wat gaan we eten uit het uitgebreide en heerlijke buffet wat elke dag weer nieuwe keuzes geeft? Waar gaan we liggen; aan het strand (overkant) of bij een van de vele zwembaden waar de ligbedjes heerlijk liggen? Bij welke bar halen wij ons drankjes?? Onze eerste reactie toen we ons appartement inliepen was: wauw!! Het is prachtig en we knepen elkaar in de arm: is dit echt? En de behulpzaamheid en vriendelijkheid van de mensen van het hotel die ons hielpen; ze gaven ons een welkom gevoel. We kijken terug op een mooie tijd. Tjsa, de regendouche was heerlijk? De bedden sliepen goed. Het eten was lekker en in overvloed. Als we dan toch iets moeten vinden: er stonden maar twee stoeltjes op ons balkon terwijl we met ons vieren waren…
• Thi hoai thu (7/5): Gut so - Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage – direkt vor dem Strand. In der Umgebung findet man viele Geschäfte und Supermärkte, und die Preise sind insgesamt moderat. Einige Punkte könnten jedoch verbessert werden: Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Badezimmer ist klein und wird beim Duschen leicht nass, da keine Abtrennung vorhanden ist. Der Strand schließt bereits um 19 Uhr, was abendliche Spaziergänge am Meer einschränkt. Für Liegen und Sonnenschirme am Strand wird eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 25 € pro Liege erhoben, auch wenn es sich um den hoteleigenen Strand handelt.

• Madalina (9/5): Ok - It was located very close to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the sea whenever we wanted. The street food was delicious and added a local flavor to the experience. From the terrace, the view was truly beautiful, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the stay even more comfortable The sofa is of very poor quality and you cannot sleep on it — it was a nightmare. We arrived in the morning, and even though we sent a message through Booking and asked to check in earlier because we were traveling with a child, we had to wait around 5 hours before we were given a room. The locker where you can leave your belongings must be paid for, but the money doesn’t actually go into the box — it falls into another part of the locker, so you can neither use it nor get your money back. On top of that, every time you open the locker you have to pay €2. At the restaurant there were never enough spoons, and we had to wait too long. The hotel beach is very small, you must pay for a sunbed, and it closes in the evening. Much better beaches are available for free at the nearby hotels, open 24/7.”

Loved the all inclusive bar that is free to drink from until 9pm has a lovely private beach attached the bar, plenty of music and entertainment in the evenings. Also there is about 3 bars to chose from king scorpion is definitely the best. I thought the fact you have to pay at king scorpion bar after 9 pm is a little bit cheeky as that’s where the most entertainment is and it’s also very expensive when you have to start paying!

• Evgenia (6/5): The hotel fits for young people that come party, less for families with small children - Location, next to the beach. The food was testy with a good variation, all included option was nice addition. The staff was nice. Several swimming pools. No activities for children, the room was not always cleaned properly. Although there were several sweampools, overall they are all relativly small with no major difference between them.

• Michael (1/5): Katastrophal und betrügerisch. - Nichts. Rein garnichts! Alles! Wo sollen wir anfangen... Der Pool ist ein Witz! In einem Innenhof mit viel zu wenig Liegen. Wir hatten AI gebucht und die Liegen am kaum vorhandenen Strand hätten 25 € pro Person kosten sollen. Schirm nochmal extra. Einfach frech. Auf unser Geld warten wir heute noch. Da macht man auf blöd und geht nicht auf die Vorschläge einer Rückzahlung ein.

• Sanzharivska (7/5): В загальному все сподобалось але є речі про які треба знати на перед - Дуже близько до моря, гарні краєвиди в номері чисто прибирають щодня. Маєте 1 похід до ресторану (black pepper) раджу замовити рибу. Дуже приємний та доброзичливий персонал. В all inclusive маєте до вибору багато різноманітних страв ( наприклад: восьминіг, лама , кріль , ягня та ще багато інших яскравих смаків). До вибору є багато алкогольних та не тільки напоїв. На території буде 7 басейнів та 6 барів в яких можна брати напитки. А ще в street food (який працює з 14-18) маєте можливість замовляти їжу безкоштовно. Не сподобалось що напої всі були дуже розбавлені та хімозні , тільки в барі Scorpion після 18 ви можете отримати хороші коктейлі і то тільки до 21. Після 21 все платно і великим мінусом було те що в цьому барі до постояльців готелю таке собі відношення. Деякі басейни потребують ремонту а також номери вже не свіжі (але завдяки прибиранню це є не так помітно). Багато лежаків було зламаних а біля моря лежаки платні .

Cosa più importante che tutte le spiagge sono a pagamento (25€ a testa )ovvero 50€ per due lettini e un ombrellone!

• zvi (7/5): - We loved the proximity to the beach, the clerks were also really nice and helped with everything and were patient. There were too many pools for my taste, but it was nice. There was a sea view from the room (not every room has one). It turned out well for us. There are restaurants nearby, one of which is a la carte, which you need to book in advance, perhaps before your flight. There is also a beach bar with shows - very nice with a pool in the middle! And a street food stall across the street. We didn't like that we were on the second floor and the way there is only by stairs, which is not easy. Parking is also not always easy to find there. On the last day I made several rounds to find it, and the maintenance of the room, at least for us, was not perfect. A broken door handle (was replaced) and electricity in one of the outlets - was not taken care of at all. Beyond that, the food, as others have claimed, is mediocre.

• Bora Eszter (7/5): Rövidebb kikapcsolódáshoz ajánlom - A szállás 7 medencével rendelkezik, mindegyik más design-t mutat be, ez kifejezetten tetszett. Általában az vendégek leragadtak 1 medencénél, így a többi szinte üres volt! Az ételek finomak voltak, illetve a hotelen kívül volt lehetőség még fogyasztani ételt (gyros pita stb.) Az all inclusive ital szempontjából bőven elég volt, sok koktél és egyéb ital közül lehetett választani. A tengerparttól 10 méterre volt a szállás, illetve kisebb boltok is voltak a közelben. A személyzet nagyon kedves, fakultatív program szervezésében is volt külon ember, ez nagy pozitívum volt. A szoba ugyan olyan, mint a képeken, minden nap takarítottak, tisztaság volt. Összességében elégedettek voltunk. A sok jó ellenére sajnos tapasztaltunk pár kevés, de elég kellemetlen dolgot. - A snack bar, ami a reggeli és az ebéd között lenne, egyenlő a nullával. Pár reggeliről maradt sütemény volt kihelyezve, illetve csomagolt szendvicsek, amik gyorsan el is fogytak. Emiatt nekünk így mindig várnunk kellett az ebédre. - Borzalmasan kicsi az étkező rész. Állandó zsúfoltság, az ételekre legtöbbször várni kellett (mind3 étkezésnél). Egyszerűen élvezhetetlen volt. Nekünk az vált be, hogy korán mentünk étkezni, de azért így is sokan voltak - A medencék körül nem volt a legjobb a takarítás. 3 napig hozzá sem nyúltak a kukákhoz, holott már mellé kellett pakolni a szemetet, annyira megtelt. - Black Pepper étterem: a tartózkodásunk ideje alatt 1 alkalommal volt lehetőségünk étkezni ott, mert elvileg teltházas volt az étterem végig. (Ehhez képest állandóan csak 2 asztal volt foglalt). Foglalni kellett a recepción, és előre leadni a kívánt ételt (kb. 6 étel közül lehetett választani) - Volt pár problémás vendég, akik hangoskodtak este, és ugráltak a medencébe, kiborították az italokat stb. Jó lett volna, ha a személyzet erre figyel, és szól nekik, hogy tartsák be a szabályokat - Ez nem a hotel negatívuma, csak talán fontos lehet!! A közeli part hullámokkal teli, így érdemes nagyon vigyázni, ha valaki fürdeni szeretne!!

• Mark (7/5): Definitely feels like a low end 3* for the cost of a 4* - Location was nice, staff is generally friendly and helpful (as long as you are/speak Greek). Decent variety of food at the buffet and various other restaurants included in the “all inclusive” package. Snack bar was honestly the best place to eat, shame it’s only open a few hours in the afternoon. The only good bar was the one by the reception. The room was constantly ridden with mosquitoes. The staff was very obviously overworked and exhausted. A lot of the bars had one person working there, if any, during its “open” hours. The drinks were definitely watered down, but just order a double and it’s all good. Food seemed mass produced, but that makes sense for buffet style. It’s very clear the staff at Scorpion and the other restaurants nearby that are “included” in the all inclusive deal treated us like we had a disease. Would never acknowledge us, have to order two or three times to get a simple drink. 25€ per bed on the beach is insane, just bring a towel and sit on the sand. Don’t even bother making a reservation at the black pepper restaurant, the fish is good, the rest was less than mediocre. I recommend booking somewhere else and eating at any of the many amazing restaurants by the beaches. Tons of great options, decently priced, would have been cheaper and definitely better.

• Giovanni (7/5): - La posizione sicuramente strategica, il cibo ricco e vario, il personale di sala gentilissimo ed attento. La responsabile alla programmazione delle escursioni ha fornito informazioni frammentarie e vaghe, per noi fondamentali data la presenza di un figlio piccolo ed un altro con una frattura al braccio (la barca ci avrebbe lasciato a circa 50 metri dall'isola di Chrissi che avremmo dovuto raggiungere a nuoto) che soltanto da un approfondimento successivo con il tuor operator sono state finalmente chiarite. La pulizia delle camere, pur avendo lasciato l'indicazione sulla maniglia (come da loro richiesto), si limitava alla sola sistemazione dei letti. Una delle due docce presentava perdite abbondanti d'acqua. Pur avendo fatto presente la situazione di disagio alla reception non abbiamo avuto riscontro. I bagni mancavano di accessori necessari: spesso l'acqua si riversava fuori dalla doccia, perché sprovvista di chiusure.

Un problema ha riguardato l'acquisto di una escursione nella quale non ci sono state date informazioni precise e quindi la sera prima ci siamo trovati a dovere contattare direttamente l'agenzia turistica. La struttura è molto bella ma grande e dispersiva. Forse una piantina avrebbe aiutato. 7 piscine da cercare, tutte un poco piccole.
• Vanessa (8/5): Bellissimo - Bella struttura, peccato la piscina un po’ piccola e quindi alle 9 non trovavo più posto. Noi avevamo all inclusive quindi potevamo bere e mangiare a qualsiasi ora e questa soluzione è molto comoda specialmente se hai bambini piccoli. Camera spaziosissima 2 camere, vista mare e pulizia ogni giorno. Siamo stati davvero molto bene La spiaggia di fronte convenzionata( per modo di dire) troppo piccola e troppo costosa, 50 euro al giorno per davvero un fazzoletto. Infatti abbiamo preferito noleggiare un auto per girare. Sciacquone molto rumoroso e fastidioso.

• Anikó (6/5): Nem családosoknak való, zajos!! - Családi szoba - 2 db fürdővel. Közel a tenger - de mindenhol fizetni kell a napágyért. Tele volt a szálloda egyetemista fiatalokkal, akik hajnalig zajongtak. Nem voltak másra tekintettel. Hajnalban az ajtón dörömböltek, a medencénél hangosan zenét hallgattak és részegen balhéztak. Nagyon kellemetlen volt s viselkedésük. Az italok nagyon rossz minőségűek Családosoknak és pihenni vágyóknak nem ajánlom. Nincs nyitva az Orion étterem.
• Cedric (4/5): - Attention photos trompeuses. "All inclusive" pas bienvenu et très restrictif. Certains restaurants ne sont accessibles qu'à certains horaires et uniquement pour consommer les rares boissons autorisées (sodas chimiques, alcool douteux, ouzo, raki et bière) et l'on vous parque dans un coin pas face à la mer. Pour manger il faut payer, pour s'installer à la plage aussi. Transat 25€/jour/personne. Le groupement d'hôtel compte 7 piscines (chacun la sienne) mais toutes de trop petite taille (10m X 5m au max) et très sales avec la crème solaire qui flotte car nettoyées une fois par semaine seulement. Gobelets, cendriers, serviettes trainent aussi près des transats des jours durant. Chambre et literie correcte mais ménage non fait pendant 3 jours malgré nos plaintes. Wifi de faible débit. Personnel de service désagréable et qui soupire quand on leur demande de nettoyer une table au contraire des personnes de la réception très souriantes et serviables. Buffet correct mais sans saveur ni produit locaux.
• Maria (5/5): - - Сподобався номер та розташування готелю - майже щоденне прибирання та заміна рушників - привітній персонал, нам завжди допомагали із нашими питаннями -Майже весь пляж зайнятий платними пустими лежаками, просто із рушником нема куди сісти. Біля басейну також всі лежаки завжди заброньовані кимось , хоч людей взагалі нема. - їжа !! Ми були майже місяць, іжа майже не мінялася , дуже одноманітна і не дуже смачна, можливо через те, що у все додані досить дивні соуси, за весь час морепродукти типу мідій чи кальмарів( без рису) давали лише раз і то повністю залиті шпинатом чи якимось овочами. Практично все мʼясо це 70 відсотків жиру чи кісток, тож ми просто його не брали. проте мільярд видів макарон і соусов до них :(( Пошкодували шо взяли ол інклюзив, бо на набережній багато місць із гарним вибором їжі та нормальними цінами.

• Adrian (9/5): Jeden z najlepszych hoteli jakie widziałem w Grecji. - Hotel jest zdecydowanie lepszy niż przedstawiają zdjęcia i opisy na stronie Booking.com. Mieliśmy dostęp do 7 basenów, bar Scorpio na plaży i między 14-18 street food. W opcji All Inclusive ciężko znaleźć coś negatywnego. Hotel jest po prostu super! -

Stay away. - I am completely disappointed from the complete stay and will file a formal complaint through booking For two days we had no water and for the general manager that was OK l. He says it is like that during summer. Nothing out of the ordinary. Outrageous.

• Phil (10/5): - Very welcoming on arrival. ‘Charris’ was very helpful with his tour of the hotel and facilities and throughout our stay. Air con was much needed as the weather was so good. Food was great. Lots of choice and nearby restaurants and bars linked to the hotel were very good also.

Море близько, готель недалеко від центру Херсонісосу Було помітно що був ремонт у кімнаті, але ванну кімнату не переробили, вона залишилась дуже старою і трохи брудною Вода і піна піднімались через люк на підлозі Море дуже близько, але туди не можна піти і нормально відпочити, бо лежаки коштують 25 євро, це занадто, і вони заставлені по всьому пляжу, немає місця де покласти рушник Напої для all inclusive як і зазвичай, не високої якості Не було жодних розваг у готелі Також окрім рушників і мила, не було ніяких одноразових речей для гігієни Також була кавоварка, але без кави і навіть чашок Їжа дуже одноманітна, за 10 днів снідаю взагалі не змінювався
• Тali (7/5): - Место расположение отеля . На ресепшен была приятная работница Елена. Было заметно что она пытается помочь . За это ей отдельное спасибо. Еда отнотипная. Не в одном из басеинов нету тенька и постоянно гости захватывают лежаки ложа на них свои полотенца с 5-6 утра а сами не находятся на месте и никто за этим не следить. Дверь номера плохо открывалась ключём и периодически не было горячей воды . На балконе не работал свет .

• carolynmH8539TZ (2/5): Avoid this hotel - Very disappointed with everything at the hotel. In our first room the shower didn’t connect to the wall, the sink was blocked and there was a rotting window frame. We were given an adequate room change which had its own issues including a dripping shower head sited behind the toilet which flooded the floor unless we left it in the toilet bowl. Our room was not made up once, despite leaving the ‘please make up my room’ sign daily. We were able to get clean towels ourselves as the linen chest was on the way up the stairs! Nobody followed up to see if second room was ok. We gave up asking for anything at the desk as we’d be greeted with ‘now what’ faces. Staff always appeared miserable unless talking to each other, they rarely smiled at guests let alone greeted them. On occasion they were downright rude. My daughter was told to ‘wait’ when trying to find a fork to eat dinner. The food was mediocre at best. The only consistently hospitable people were the bar staff at the White Rabbit. Have been visiting Greek islands including Crete for 15 years now and have never had this experience. This place has such potential but instead of building new bits the original parts need some desperate tlc. No way 3* Sadly I would not recommend this hotel.

• Łukasz (7/5): Dobry hotel w rozsądnej cenie. - Kilka nie dużych budynków hotelowych. Duże i wygodne pokoje. Dobrze działająca klimatyzacja. Dobre i urozmaicone jedzenie w restauracji głównej. Drink Bar przy plaży, przekąski przy plaży w osobnym budynku ( pizza, gyros, hot dog, frytki i kanapki). Kilka małych basenów w różnych częściach hotelu. Dobry dojazd z lotniska lokalnym autobusem 3,5 eur/os. Przy hotelu dużo sklepików i wypożyczalni aut. W hotelu również możliwość wykupienia wycieczek lub wypożyczenie auta. Drink Bar przy głównym basenie. Darmowa kolacja ( w opcji All Inclusive) w pobliskiej restauracji black pepper. Bardzo dużo (75% gości Ukraińców). Mało leżaków przy basenie. Trzeba było wstawać wcześnie aby je zarezerwować. Płatne leżaki na plaży (25 eur./per). Plaża zajęta przez puste i drogie leżaki. Plaża dostępna bez leżaków na obok ale bardzo malutka i przepełniona (max. 30 osób ).
• Anca Maria (9/5): Raportul calitate preț al hotelului este bun și cu siguranță merită - Hotelul face parte dintr-un grup de mai multe hoteluri, mâncare este diversificată, unele feluri bune, unele mai puțin bune, însă cu siguranță ai ce să mănânci la orice masă. Separat oferă într-un anumit interval orar fast-food la o locație foarte aproape și sandwich-uri la lobby bar. Repet, imposibil să nu ai ce mânca. Piscină frumoasă și numai bună de o baie sau să stai să citești o carte relaxat. Camerele sunt foarte mari și curate, în cele 5 nopți au schimbat de 3 ori și tot personalul este foarte ok. Raportul calitate preț al hotelului este bun și cu siguranță merită. Băuturile sunt cam slabe, dar soțul zicea ca berea de la barul de jos este mult mai bună ca cea din lobby. Cafeaua este extrem de slabă, de tip instant. Am încercat să ne înțelegem să cumpărăm separat expresso însă nu a ieșit ce trebuia și am avut noroc cu un expressor bosh tassimo în cameră pt care am cumpărat capsule. Plaja din față este mică și șezlongurile au taxă de 50 euro. Până să închiriem mașina am ales să mergem 10 min în dreapta unde sunt plaje mult mai mari și cu costuri de la 10-20 euro. Ulterior, am mers la distanțe de 20-30 min maxim și am găsit plaje superbe. La piscină șezlongurile se ocupau cu prosoapele de seară și în majoritatea timpului nu stătea nimeni. Un sfat văzut la alt hotel: personalul strângea prosoapele unde nu era nimeni timp de 10 min și astfel fiecare avea loc când venea. Evident nu este vina hotelului, însă se poate remedia.
• Ilaria (7/5): Ci tornerei - Il complesso è molto bello ci sono 5 piscine..le camere sono molto belle e molto pulite. Nel complesso però la struttura è bella ci sono i comfort come aria condizionata e TV in camera....il menù dei buffet è abbastanza vario quindi trovi sempre qualcosa da mangiare....le pietanze locali (cretesi) sono molto molto buone. Le piscine però purtroppo sono sempre iper affollate perché la gente lascia lasciugamano dalle 7 del mattino fino alla sera e nessuno fa rispettare il regolamento che non si può...I servizi che la struttura offre sono mediocri....cocktail sempre gli stessi e mezzi annacquati....un caffè imbevibile e se lo vuoi fatto con la macchina quella da bar va pagato...a cena non fai in tempo a mettere in bocca l'ultimo boccone che gia ti sparecchiano....lo scorpio non ne parliamo sembra quasi che ti vogliano cacciare con lo sguardo....il black pepper fa pasta PRECOTTA....e lo chef la prende da una maxi ciotola con le mani e sbuffando e sbraitando. La pasta nei vari buffet non si fa così...precotta e stracotta....e dulcis infondo carbonara fatta con penne panna cotto e champignon I letti sono scomodissimi super durissimi

It was clean, food was amazing, staff was also friendly and polite, pools were clean, location also great Beach. Beach is small with not enought place for everyone from the hotel. Sunbeds costs 25€ and there is no place for free stay
