• Kaori (8/5): Mostly Satisfied. But could have been a bit better. - It was spacious with a large pool. The breakfast service was good, as were the staff. Too far from the main villa section, which we were unaware of, being in the 3rd area. It would have been good to know before booking, as we may have decided on another villa we had in mind. A few more mosquitoes in temhe bathroom than other villas we stayed at. There was also a bit of loud talking and music past the 10pm cut off.

• Linh (9/5): Beautiful villa, worth it if you esp have a large group - Gorgeous villas, we were lucky enough to get upgraded to a two bedroom villa and the pool and surrounding grounds were absolutely beautiful. Villa was huge, super spacious and lovely. Complimentary mineral water dispenser which was a life saver. Close to the main road full of shopping and nice cafes. All the staff were so amazing from the moment you come, you feel valued and it was just top notch service. All the staff always went above and beyond for us even the security guard would help us cross the road. The beds are not the comfiest and the shower area is not mobility friendly as you need to take a big step up and down to access the shower.

• Sudha (8/5): Overall a comfortable stay and loved the private pool. Staff was polite. - The property was clean and the pool was awesome. Comfortable accommodation. Staff were courteous and the buggy was always there to rake us to the main area. Beach was close by. Breakfast was average. Booked the property through booking.com but unfortunately the property was not ready to honour everything booked through booking.com. Not sure whose fault it was but initially the booking experience was not smooth. They should state clearly what is available in their villas during the booking process to avoid confusion. Our booking clearly mentioned 3 people which was confirmed by booking.com but not honoured by the property who wanted to charge extra for the breakfast for the third person. My advise would be to kindly check with the property before booking

• Gemala (9/5): Overall, a very enjoyable stay. The villa was perfect for relaxing by the pool, getting some rest, and still being close - Excellent location, close to shops and restaurants, yet still in a quieter part of Seminyak. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and provided great customer service throughout my stay. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure was good, and the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. It was also very easy to get a taxi right to the front door, which made getting around really convenient. Room service could take a bit of time, perhaps because the villas are located separately from the restaurant/kitchen, but it wasn’t a major issue. I occasionally saw squirrels or insects in the villa’s open areas, which is quite common in Bali. The property does a good job maintaining the area and regularly fogs for mosquitoes.
• Akshat (10/5): Brilliant stay at the most hospitable property - Brilliant location, well appointed villa with a private pool and extremely courteous and attentive staff. The villa was also cleaned twice a day which was superb. It was an amazing experience overall. The best Indian (Frangapaani) and Italian (Wild Habitat) restaurants in Bali were both very close to the property which was an added incentive. There was nothing not to like. Everything was top notch.
• TANIA (10/5): Our own little piece of paradise - Beautiful layout, very peaceful, self contained villa with great size pool. Have thought of everything you may need and provided for you. Hot/cold water dispenser, plug in mossie repellent, speaker, good size fridge/ freezer, IceCube trays, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee plunger, chopping board, knives, utensils, openers, cutlery, cups, plates, glasses etc. Bathroom has own aircon and fully stocked. Staff come in each night to turn bed down and spray room with pleasant smelling bug spray. Safe in room and plenty of wardrobe and draw space. Bathrobes and slippers provided.

• Nadine Patricia (10/5): Ein wahrgeqordener Traum - Wir haben 8 wundervolle Tage im Impiana verbracht und waren rundum begeistert. Die Villa war ein absoluter Traum – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Wasser wurde regelmäßig aufgefüllt, zur Begrüßung gab es sogar einen Obstkorb, und überall wurden wir stets herzlich empfangen. Ein besonderes Highlight war der Service: Die Zimmer wurden zweimal täglich gereinigt, was für eine außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit und Wohlfühlatmosphäre gesorgt hat. Zwar liegt die Rezeption etwa 15 Gehminuten von der Villa entfernt, doch steht jederzeit ein Shuttle zur Verfügung, sodass dies überhaupt kein Problem war. Der Strand ist traumhaft schön, und auf dem Weg dorthin gibt es viele tolle Geschäfte zum Bummeln. Auch das hauseigene Restaurant Oswego hat uns begeistert: hervorragende Küche zu wirklich fairen Preisen. Wir haben dort mehrfach gegessen und uns sogar zweimal direkt in die Villa beliefern lassen – alles perfekt! Unbedingt empfehlenswert ist auch das Prana Spa. Wir hatten dort zwei Behandlungen, die einfach fantastisch waren. Gerade, weil ich einen sehr stressigen Beruf habe, konnte ich hier vollkommen entspannen und neue Energie tanken. Das Essen im Oswego Restaurant war sehr gut. Wie haben uns dreimal Abendessen in die Villa kommen lassen. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt einfach großartig. Wir sind total begeistert und würden uns jederzeit wieder für das Impiana entscheiden. Absolute Empfehlung!

We had few issues at the first day however the management warmly cooperated to resolve it in a timely manner. Novia (manager) and Wiran (from restaurant) were extremely kind and helpful. Villa design was super luxurious. Bathrooms/Toilets are very hot with no air conditioner. Some of the villas are located at far rear of the property which are a bit far from main street however there is buggy provided by Villa management and accessible within few minutes anytime. The villas are over-priced and may not fit in every family budget.

My daughter celebrated her birthday while we were staying and they came to our Villa with a cake and sang Happy Birthday. She loved it and really appreciated it. We stayed in the 2-bedroom Villa and it was spacious. Loved the pool. Loved the dining area where we ate and played board games at night. Husband loved the large fridge as well. Highly recommended staying here. We were in the sunset area, so we caught the buggy back to the main area for breakfast. It was so quiet and we never had to wait too long. We plan to come back again and will bring more family members. Thanks to all of the staff - breakfast staff, house cleaners, reception, everyone. So warm.

We were located at the sunset section , there are 3 sections. At the time of our stay the road going in and out of the villas was under reconstruction the whole time 7 nights . We couldn’t walk in and out ourselves had to rely on buggy. Was not easy for grab to come in too.

I even saw famous small furry creature known the civet, feeds on coffee beans (Luwak coffee) walking on the fance and claimbing shrubbs. Good location not far from Seminyak and Kuta beach suitable for surfing or relaxing time.

• Katey (7/5): Location not what you think but still good. - This villa is a good size. Nice pool but a bit colder than other pools. Decent kitchen, spacious walk in robe. Close to Bintang supermarket (is not where it says it is on the map) room service food was good. Location was good even though it’s not where I thought it was. They said we can get a buggy every time but that was annoying so we just walked. First thing I didn’t like was that the location was incorrect to what was advertised. second I didn’t like that we had to call up to have a person pick us up each time (which we realised fast we didn’t need to do that) so both those things weren’t a worry anyways but that was first impression. To get into the bath/shower was a little difficult for a short person. Breakfast was average (but other food was good). nothing else I didn’t like.

Even after several attempts of asking for privacy to the staff member (Mr. Burata), he continued to ignore my pleas and checked to make sure all items such as towels, hair dryer, plates, utensils, etc were all inside the villa. However this experience was very traumatizing as who wants a man to go through your bed, sheets, and towels which you just used? Invasion of privacy is top of mind. There was no explanation of what this staff member was doing inside my villa until I complained to the manager (Mr. Mustika) who was waiting for us outside in the shuttle. His response was not customer centric. Again this checkout experience ruined our Bali vacation. Shame on you Impiana.

Each item we tried was excellent, especially the Indian menu. The staff serving the breakfast were very polite and took care of each and every thing, all the items were served hot from the kitchen.

They have a fully functional Kitchen too which was great. The location. From the reception you have to always take a buggy to reach your villas which takes very busy and narrow streets. Was quite worried where we will End up. But once you reach the villas they are beautiful. The breakfast could have been better. They don’t provide water bottles but the water dispenser. Had to argue a lot to get water bottles as I wasn’t sure what water was in dispenser.

• Roanna (9/5): Our Balinese paradise - perfect location, accommodation and service. - We love Impiana! This was our second stay, this time with a group of 15. We love that you can have the privacy of your own villa to retreat to while also staying altogether as a group in one location. The villas are really beautiful with very generous sized pools - perfect for tropical outdoor living. The absolute highlight though is the staff. They will do anything for you to ensure your stay is perfect. This includes security, reception, housekeeping and restaurant. Thanks again Impiana! The beds are very firm. Softer mattresses would be nice but we love the place enough to put up with it!
