The fresh tropical aroma threw out the entire hotel was absolutely divine! The Room as so spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was delicious!

- Lorna (10/5): Clean and comfy at a great price. - We loved the omelettes for breakfast. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. There could be more places to hang towels in the suite.
- Judy (7/5): It was adequate - Breakfast was great Coffee in the room, 1/2 and 1/2 was not always available. Lights in room were confusing as to how then worked. There was no night light.

We arrived 15 mins early and instead of asking us nicely to wait in the lobby, she said it's going to cost you $75 to check in right now. When we declined she left. So we sat in the lobby. About 10 minutes later another woman came and checked us in. The room we were given was an odd shaped room. When we stayed there before the bedroom was long, not square, and everyone was friendly and helpful. I don't know what changed in the last year but I may choose to stay in another place.

After order was put through the delivery charge was $20 and $20 tip also charged automatically. My husband was going to pay cash and was not too happy he could of walked form for$40 bucks and grabbed it lol

Pool Bathrooms had pee on the seats. Breakfast area has stained carpet and cushions are black from not being deep Cleaned. Room is cleaned but the sofa is dirty and arm on sofa is dented in. Piece of tile in room bathroom is broken off. My husband didn’t like the comfort fo the bed. But I like the room setup up with the bedroom separate from the living and kitchen area. Staff will as very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick

- Verified traveler (8/5): Detail and consistency - The only complaint we had was the state of the couch in the room. It was uneven and the cushions were totally worn out and lumpy. It did not match the other amenities or the overall condition of the property.

- Jim (8/5): - I bought the suite so my wife and I were in one portion of the room and my son would have his own portion of the room. His bed was not comfortable. The pull out couch needs to be replaced by another bed or a murphy bed. All in all, I wish I would have just got a normal room with 2 queen beds. Staff did give us a topper which didn’t really help. Breakfast in morning was pretty good.
