- Sukit (7/5): สะดวก ใกล้รถไฟฟ้า สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกพอเพียง - สะอาด ใกล้ JR รถไฟฟ้า ใกล้ 7 & Lawson มีร้านเหล้ารอบๆนิดหน่อย มี microwave ตู้กดน้ำ และตู้กดน้ำแข็งที่ส่วนกลาง มีเครื่องซักผ้า อบผ้า หยอดเหรียญให้ใช้ วันที่ไปฝนตก ที่พักไม่มีร่มให้ยืมใช้ เลยออกไปหาอะไรกินลำบาก พนักงานดูไม่ค่อยใส่ใจเท่าไหร่ ไม่มีที่ให้ตากผ้า

- SATOE (4/5): - 新大阪駅から歩いて行けるとあったが方向音痴で自信がなかったので地下鉄で行きました。駅近で周辺にはコンビニや飲食店もたくさんあり便利だった。 フロントの接客が悪かった。ヘアードライヤーの場所がテレビの上はいかがなものでしょうか？ せめて、お風呂場の中にコンセントがあるべきです。掃除がゆきとどいてなかったのかスリッパで一度歩いただけでスリッパの裏に髪の毛が数本ついていた。

The room is super clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful. The cafe right at the property is a bonus. Breakfast was excellent! No complaints, everything went well for my 2 night stay.

- Armando (10/5): Nice hotel in a great location, if traveling around Osaka this is the place to stay. - Location, location, location... I chose this room only for the location, two train stations within a block from the hotel, if traveling to kyoto the station is next door, and the metro station a block away connects you to all the highlights of Osaka. Breakfast was decent, hotel was comfortable. Even thou the hotel is nice, the hallway ceilings are low, makes the place feel very small, but once you get into the room, the ceiling is much higher, just felt strange.

Had to open the window just to be able to sleep, however, then early morning train racket was awful. Night staff (Japanese) were very nice, morning staff (foreigner) was completely unapologetic & uncaring. That experience puts me off.

- さとこ (7/5): お手頃！ - 駅に近いです。漫画も読める、近くにドラッグストアがあってよかった。一階にはベローチェもありました。 風呂の端っこにほんの少し黒ずみがあって，ちょっと古さは否めない感じでした。加湿器はないです。全館空調が熱いと他の口コミで見ましたが，冬場なのでちょうど良かった。
