Ngawai (9/5): One of the best stays in Seminyak, great location close to everything and still gives you the privacy of a villa stay wi - Private yet still very accessible for shopping and only a stone throw away from a small main shops too. The villas are separate to the hotel but still only a minute walk further down towards the tennis courts with your own security minding the main entrance area Maybe just the outdoor fans could be a little bigger so you could feel the air circulation a bit when it was hot or muggy. But the pool is right there too if you need a quick cool down.

The location is excellent — close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. The hotel was spotless, with beautifully maintained gardens and an amazing pool area that felt like a tropical oasis. The staff were incredibly friendly and super helpful throughout the stay, always happy to assist with anything. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a great selection and fresh, tasty options each morning. A fantastic place to stay in Seminyak if you want comfort, convenience, and a relaxing Bali vibe. Highly recommend!

Great value for money - Convenience , central to all ammenities , easy access to pool , restaurant , day spa and shops. Food was lovely , staff were exceptional and professional. Cleaning services were to a high standard daily. Only thing I would mention is they could do with upgrading the Tv to smart TVs

Unfortunately just part of the drainage system as it’s as noticeable around the outside district in areas. Glade hangers would ne beneficial. It’s bearable considering all the plus benefits.

Ray (10/5): Definitely worth it - central location and an easy vibe - Honestly, I was expecting it to be fairly loud and the air a bit polluted, because it was in the heart of seminyak. But with the doors and windows closed I literally couldn't hear anything outside and this was SO GOOD!! The curtains were also really good at blocking out light, and the bathroom had a nice shower. I was only staying 1 night as transit and honestly so glad I made the decision to stay here. The staff were also lovely and the restaurant was extremely well priced and the food super tasty. I didn't like that I had to leave!

The Dragonfly room backs up onto the tennis facility, when the facility is open it is noisy, tennis balls being hit constantly. If repetitive noise annoys you or you are a light sleeper this is not the room for you.

Staff had great communication. Requested room service - it was at my door within 20 minutes and the food was amazing. Unable to look at all facilities in the building as I only stayed over night. Was on the pricer side of accommodation in Bali for 1 night.

The villa was amazing but the first few nights I stayed in a room in the hotel, this was awful. It was noisy and smelly. We couldn’t sleep the first or second night. The smell of putrid bathrooms smell was terrible, they had to move me a night earlier to a villa and they charged me the difference. I thought that was disgustingly cheeky, but I was not going to argue on a holiday so I paid for it without complaining. However that was not ok. The villa I stayed on the other hand was perfect.

Michelle (7/5): Basic, but great value for money, attentive staff, quiet location & safe. - The staff were perfectly attentive, the location was brilliant being in the heart of everything but quiet, I was travelling alone and felt very safe here, and the value for money fantastic. The room was huge and the bed very comfy. The gaps under front and balcony door could have been an issue with mozzies, but with incense from the local mart I had no issues. The buffet breakfast was very basic, but suited me fine as I only wanted eggs.
