• Brossart (3/5): Lesson learned. Will not stay here again. - Breakfast was good. Night clerk was not at the front desk when we arrived for check in and no one would answer the phone. We waited for 45 minutes for her to show up and then got in an argument with her. She escalated the argument instead of de-escalating it. This was unacceptable, especially because we waited for her to show up to do her job for the better part of an hour. We were then double charged for the room out of retaliation. The room was the most expensive in town and not that well cared for especially considering that the building is not very old.

• Ronda (9/5): Visit my Aunt in Vernal - They gave me room by a door on ground level so it was easier for me to take my dog out to go potty. They were very good on my request & my needs. They were cleaning out the hot tub while my stay, had to go to the other hotel which was an inconvenience & very small & was really kind of dirty.

Being pet friendly there are not many potty spots either. I understand it is folks that are not good pet owners that ruin it for others. Wish it was indicated how much the pet fee would have been to make a better financial decision.

The television was the only negative; truly pathetic and way under-par compared to the rest of the furnishings. Small, very dated, and honestly the hotel should be embarrassed.

• Ilona (4/5): No water in shower/bathtub - Convenient, clean No water is coming out of the bathtub/shower!! I reported this, and the front desk came to see. She was baffled as well. They stated the manager would call me. I had respectfully asked for a partial refund, as we would like to start our day with a hot shower and wanted to bathe our granddaughter. The manager has yet to call or reach out, and that's wrong, I was told that she would, on two separate occasions, once when we checked out and once when I called back to see about a partial refund. She was too busy managing another hotel across the lot. When hideabed is pulled out, you can not walk around the bed, they touch, and that's not good for someone who gets up to go to the bathroom at night.

• Hrhellcat (8/5): Great Option for this Area - My husband and I spent 4 night at TownPlace Suites in Vernal. We found the staff to be exceedingly nice and the entire facility very comfortable. Breakfast was very good for this type of offering and the attendant ensured that there was ample supply of everything. The location is as convenient as can be. I do have to criticize the cleanliness. While superficially clean, I moved the ottoman and found a pile of toenail clippings. We shifted the TV stand away from the sun glare and uncovered a pile of debris. While housekeeping services are supposed to be every other day, we had to ask someone to come by on day 3 as the garbage was overflowing and we needed fresh towels. The person who came emptied one bin and pulled the duvet up to the top of the bed. Oh and he/she left fresh towels. That was it. On the whole I would stay here again. But I would review the nooks and crannies before unpacking.

There was a power cut on July 5th evening for 4 -5 hrs and the back up generator was only for the front office area. I had booked expensive Mariott to use Kitchen for my son who has special needs and dietary restrictions . Unfortunately that night I had to go out and plan for Dinner and spend money since we didn't have power in the hotel. Apart from this experience rooms were OK and breakfast was just standard.

I wish it was mentioned when we checked in. it would have been better for us to rent a lower price hotel then our expectation would have been lower. this room was expensive for what we got. also what's with 3 towels when you have 2 people checking in and a two day stay without housekeeping? not cool. see above.
