• Christopher (10/5): Modernes, kleines Hotel mit guter Lage - Zentrale Lage - 20 min in die Altstadt zu Fuß, sehr großes und sauberes Zimmer, moderne Einrichtung, nettes Personal und super günstig Parkplatzsituation - unbedingt vorher reservieren. Zwielichtiger Parkplatz unter einer Brücke (laut Google werden hier Autos aufgebrochen) kam für uns nicht in Frage. Man kann aber sehr gut im Parkhaus (Grandior Hotel) parken für 35€ die Nacht. Lieber ohne Frühstück (war nicht so gut + unfreundliches Personal) buchen und in ein umliegendes Café gehen. :)

• Erika (10/5): Perfekt in Prag - Alles ist sehr unkompliziert! Gute Lage. Bewachter Parkplatz in der Nähe, falls ma direkt beim Hotel keinen bekommt. Frühstück im genannten Restaurant wunderbar! Etwas hellhörig, aber wir sind da sehr empfindlich!

• Pauline Anna Henrike (5/5): Ich möchte nochmal das überaus freundliche Personal loben, würde diese Unterkunft jedoch aufgrund der Sauberkeit und Hel - Die Mitarbeiter:innen waren wirklich sehr freundlich und haben einem immer sofort geholfen. Wir durften außerdem früher in das Zimmer. Die Lage war vollkommen in Ordnung, auch das Frühstück im nahe gelegenen Restaurant war sehr lecker. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß und man konnte die Fenster ganz öffnen. Highlight war der Paternosteraufzug im Gebäude. Bedauerlicherweise habe ich die Unterkunft als nicht besonders sauber wahrgenommen. Im Bett habe ich unzählige kleine Haare gefunden, an den Wänden gab es Flecken und Gebrauchsspuren, im Bad war alles in Ordnung. Bei meinen Eltern im Zimmer gab es eine Couch, die ebenfalls bereits befleckt war. Ich möchte dazu sagen, dass ich einen hohen Anspruch an Sauberkeit habe und besonders die Haare für mich ein Problem dargestellt haben. Mit Gebrauchsspuren kann ich leben, selbstverständlich kann bei regelmäßiger Benutzung nicht alles unversehrt wirken. Schon bei der Ankunft lag im Zimmer ein komischer Geruch in der Luft, der auch während des Aufenthaltes und trotz regelmäßigem Lüften und der Wirkung des Duftspenders nicht verflog. Besonders schlimm empfand ich die Hellhörigkeit im Zimmer. Zuerst hatte ich neben mir ein junges Paar was sehr laut gesprochen hat, dann war jemand im Nebenzimmer der anscheinend krank war und oft Husten musste und zum Schluss gab es wieder ein Paar, was die Steckdoseneingänge nie gefunden hat. Bei meiner Nachttischlampe habe ich die Birne selbstständig eingedreht, da sie immer mal wieder locker war. Ich wäre vermutlich weniger enttäuscht gewesen, wenn ich nicht gedacht hätte, dass es sich um ein 4 Sterne Hotel handelt, so wie es auf Booking.com aufgezeigt wird. Aber dann hätte ich das Hotel vermutlich auch nie gebucht, da ich bei 3 Sternen davon ausgehe, dass mein Sauberkeitsstandard nicht eingehalten wird. Für 3 Sterne ein passable Unterkunft, für 4 Sterne leider absolut nichts.

• Sandra (10/5): Todo genial, repetiría. - La habitación muy cómoda, las instalaciones muy nuevas, muy bien comunicado y sin ruidos.. Aunque en la habitación hacia calor, el aire acondicionado podías regularlo a tu gusto sin restricciones. Lo que se indica en la propia descripción: para llegar al hotel el último tramo no tiene ascensor, la recepción no es 24 horas, y el desayuno no es en el propio hotel. Sin embargo son cosas que no tienen importancia ya que las soluciones que han tomado son adecuadas.

• Monika (8/5): Nie polecamy, niemiłe zaskoczenie - Dobra lokalizacja blisko metra i w odległości spaceru od centrum. Duży pokój i wygodne łóżko. Miły personel. Nazwa hotel jest myląca w przypadku tego obiektu, ponieważ jest to kilka pokoi na ostatnim piętrze budynku, który jest siedzibą biur i urzędów. Na pewno nie zasługuje na 4 gwiazdki. Recepcja działa tylko do 18.00. Śniadanie dobre, ale trzeba się na nie wybrać do restauracji obok "hotelu". Zdjęcia na booking nie całkiem odpowiadają rzeczywistości, szczególnie te z tarasów. Byliśmy zaskoczeni i rozczarowani. Nie wrócilibyśmy w to miejsce. Gratisowe wino na powitanie było miłym gestem, ale nie załatwia sprawy :( Wg nas ocena obiektu jest zawyżona i nieadekwatna do tego co zastaliśmy na miejscu. My poczuliśmy się oszukani

What stood out most was the friendly staff (especially the housekeeper), the warm welcome at reception, and the dedicated owners, who ensure their guests feel comfortable and well cared for. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very well equipped. They feature air conditioning, a minibar, and plenty of storage space, making them ideal even for a longer stay. The beds are huge and very comfortable. With only 12 rooms of varying sizes, the hotel offers a pleasantly personal and comfortable atmosphere. Despite its incredibly central location, it is remarkably quiet. Thanks to the double-glazed windows, you hardly notice that you are staying right in the heart of Prague. The hotel is located on the 6th floor of a commercial building. An elevator takes you comfortably up to the 5th floor, and the final floor is reached by a short flight of stairs. A special highlight is the historic paternoster elevator in the building—a charming and unique experience. Another wonderful feature is the small rooftop terrace, which offers views over the rooftops of Prague. The location is perfect: the Old Town and many of Prague’s main attractions are just a few minutes away on foot. Breakfast is served at the nearby Urban Creme Hotel, only about a one-minute walk away, and truly leaves nothing to be desired. The selection and quality are excellent. For those arriving by car, parking is available for an additional fee in the small, secure inner courtyard. Overall, Hotel Planet Prague is a wonderful choice for a city trip to Prague—centrally located, peaceful, exceptionally clean. We would gladly stay here again.

• Mike (6/5): Comfortabel big room, not perfect. - Big room comfortabel bed. Coffee machine. The oldschool elevator in the building. The shower was bad. I like a hot shower because i think is better for the muscles and for my health.. When you do the shower on maximal hot is just warm shower. The water pressure is very weak. I think the settings from the boiler are on to economic or something. And there was a 'dirty' spots on the floor. One looks very dirty, like shit. See the picture. Both issues are a big dont for a hotel.

• Thomas (3/5): Das Hotel enttäuscht durch laute Lage, unbequeme Betten und ein schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, einzig die Mitarb - Ich konnte diesem Aufenthalt leider kaum etwas Positives abgewinnen. Immerhin gab es warmes Wasser und einen sicheren Parkplatz, das war’s aber auch schon. Die vielen guten Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen – besonders das angebliche Rooftop wirkt überbewertet, und auch das Frühstück war enttäuschend. Insgesamt würde ich im Schulnotensystem eine 4 vergeben und kann das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Das Zimmer ist zwar grundsätzlich ausgestattet, lässt jedoch in mehreren Bereichen zu wünschen übrig. Die Lage direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße bzw. Autobahn führt zu erheblichem Lärm, was den Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt. Auch das Bett ist sehr unbequem und trägt nicht zu einem erholsamen Schlaf bei. Das Frühstück konnte nicht überzeugen und steht in keinem guten Verhältnis zum Gesamtpreis. Besonders negativ fällt zudem die überteuerte Parksituation auf. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die Mitarbeiter vor Ort, die einen guten Eindruck hinterlassen haben. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hier jedoch überhaupt nicht. Bewertung: 20%

U-Bahn Knotenpunkt und mehrere Straßenbahnlinien in 1-2 Gehminuten erreichbar. + Es war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! + Die Zimmer sind schön, modern und groß. + trotz Straßenlage, hört man im Zimmer nicht die Straße und es ist ruhig. + Die Parkplätze unter dem Hotel sind super. + Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und reichhaltig. Ich würde wieder kommen und das Hotel meinen Freunden empfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

• Dae-Hyun (8/5): Sin pretensiones pero recomendable - Si no sabes cómo llegar desde el aeropuerto, el propio hotel se ofreció a gestionar un transfer que te deja en la propia puerta del hotel (790 coronas que son unos 30€). El personal del hotel muy amable. Una botella de vino de regalo para ir tomando por las noches fue un detalle de 10. La habitación es muy espaciosa, bastante acogedora y buen aislamiento tanto del exterior como de las otras habitaciones. Buen wifi. Está muy bien localizado, a algo menos de 10 minutos del reloj. astronómico. Una opción bastante asequible y buen relación calidad-precio. Se trata de un edificio de oficinas con su recepcionista, y en el último piso está el hotel con sus habitaciones. Se sube en ascensor o montacargas hasta el 5º y hay que subir unas escaleras hasta la 6ª planta donde está la recepción propia del hotel. No es que sea malo pero sí algo desconcertante. Para nada es un rooftop con vistas, simplemente es una terraza en el último piso. Siendo una 6ª planta, rodeado de otros edificios, no se ve mucho de Praga, la verdad. Pero para tomar una copa de vino y el vicio de fumar es suficiente. La ducha no tiene cristalera ni cortina con lo que el agua se sale.

• RGantzel (10/5): - Lille hyggeligt hotel på 6. sal i gammel charmerende bygning. Personalet tog godt imod os og værelset var pænt og rent. Fra værelset var der god udsigt. Der var stille om aftenen og natten. Morgenmad i nærliggende hotelrestaurant fungerede fint og af udmærket standard. Jeg kunne godt finde på at vælge dette hotel igen næste gang, jeg besøger Prag.

• Martin (10/5): Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage - Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Kreuzung mehrerer Tram- und U-Bahnlinien und ist somit perfekt für einen Pragbesuch. Pkw-Parkplätze sind vor dem Hotel verfügbar. Die Zimmer im obersten Geschoss sind interessant und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr nett und ich würde wieder hier übernachten. Tipp: Neben dem Aufzug ist noch ein alter Paternoster in Betrieb. Eine Fahrt ist zu empfehlen :-) ---

The staff were so kind and accommodating, especially since I only spoke english. The location was brilliant, with access to trams, buses and taxi, with a few close restaurants and shops. I had a wonderful evening sitting in the sun watching the world go by.

• Chantal (9/5): - De groote van de kamer, de locatie is perfect kleine 20 minuten en je bent in het oude centrum. Verschillende tramlijnen voor de deur en de metro op 5min lopen. Veel restaurantjes en barretjes in de buurt. Schone grote kamer, vriendelijk personeel de gratis fles wijn op de kamer was een bonus. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd. Kamer was warm maar met het raam open goed te doen. Airco kon niet gebruikt worden ivm tijd vh jaar. Denk ik
