• Andrew (2/5): - A Hotel staff without knocking opened my hotel door at 10:30 am while I was naked in the bathroom and didn’t even apologize but kept asking me when I’m checking out. Instead of closing the door immediately and apologizing the man asked if I was checking out today or staying another night. What type of training do these people get???? Definitely the worst I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. I complained to the front desk when I did check out an hour later with my tour group and I got free coffee out of it. Yay. Sooo stupid!

They even did something courtesy us when we checked out. Ultimately it was an excellent hotel with good staff and care services. Highly recommend it to any one visiting Van.

• Merve Dilsad (6/5): - Daha önce elite world Sapanca ve istanbul otellerinde kaldım. Açık ara en kötüsü Van oteliydi. Odalarda duvara monte sabun, şampuan, duş jelinden başka temizlik kiti yoktu. Ne bir diş macunu ne bir dil fırçası hiçbir şey yoktu, ayakkabı çekeceği bile yoktu. Hatta iki kişi kaldığımız odaya tek bir terlik bırakılmıştı. Pencereler açılmıyordu, balkon yoktu. Tuvaletin kapısı yoktu. Oda konforu olarak çok çok çok kötüydü. Kesinlikle aldığı parayı hak etmiyor. Bir daha geldiğimde kesinlikle kalmam.

Van’da bir otelde konaklamanız gerekiyorsa, -kendinizi “Elite World Van” ile ödüllendirin.. şunu unutmayın!, inandığım bir şey var ki sizi rahat ettiren yatakların kalitesi temizliği internet olması vs. değil çalışanların içten gülümsemeleriyle ilgilenerek o anda sadece sizin için ordaymış hissi vermesindedir. Son olarak sevgili Elit Dünya yı bir binaya sığdırmayı başaran Elit çalışanlarına kucak dolusu selamlar ve teşekkürlerimi gönderiyorum.👏

Extremely comfortable spacious room w/very big comfty bed. Good air con, great bathroom & shower facilities. Hotel had a pool. Central location. Staff very cordial, kind & accommodating (& speak English).

• Havva (6/5): İdare eder - Otel merkezi konumda, otopark ile ilgili daha önce bilgilendirme yapılmadı ve otelin önünde vale de yoktu ,aracımı caddeye bırakıp içeri girip sormak zorunda kaldım, yan tarafta tabelası vs bulunmayan küçük çakıllı bir açık alana araç parkediyorsunuz. Check inde resepsiyonda bulunan görevli rezervasyonun kahvaltı hariç olduğunu söyledi fakat kahvaltı dahildi yanlış bilgilendirildim. Kahvaltı vasatti. Sıcak çeşitleri yok denecek kadar azdi. Omlet dahi yoktu. Sigara içilmeyen oda isteğimi özellikle belirtmiştim fakat bulunduğum katta gece sigara kokusu odama doldu. Duman sensörleri çalışıyor mu emin değilim. Odam temiz ve bakımlıydi. Sigara içilmeyen odaydi. Spa masaj hizmeti de veriyor , aromaterapi güzeldi fakat müşterilerin karma olmasi hoşuma gitmedi. Yağmurlu bir gündü şemsiye talebim oldu 7-8 tan olduğu ve ellerinde şemsiye kalmadığı söylendi. Yatak kapasitesi bu kadar fazla ve geceliği yüksek ücretli bir otele bu yaklaşım yakışmadı. Eksileri sigara dumanı , resepsiyonda çalışanların yanlış bilgilendirmesi , otopark hizmetinin yetersizliği, belli saatten sonra sauna hamam kısmının karma olmasi, kahvaltının çeşit anlaminda yetersiz olmasi. Artıları otelin temiz olması, merkezde olması, gürültü problemi olmaması, çalışanlarin kibar olması.

Changed the first room because it lacked sufficient closet room, this request was honored promptly and enthusiastically. The facility is located on the main street with occasionally congested vehicle traffic. Dining and breakfast well above expectations.

Kahvaltı pandemi önlemleri gereği açık büfe şeklinde olmasına rağmen, personel tarafından sizin seçtiğiniz ürünlerle tabağınızın hazırlanması şeklinde düzenlenmişti. Kahvaltıyı Van yöresel ürünlerinin yeterince mevcut olmaması ve sıcak seçeneklerinin az olması sebebi ile eleştirebilirim. Genel olarak konaklamamızdan memnun kaldık, bir daha Van'a yolumuz düşerse gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebiliriz.

The location was great and even has a grocery store across the street. Close to lots of shopping and food places. I could even find food at 2 am within 2-3 blocks. The staff was impressive. I was especially taken by Omer who provided me with great details when I asked for help at the first desk. His answers were honest and informative. Staff like that are a great attraction and I would stay there just for him.

L’albergo è molto bello e curato, in posizione assolutamente centrale, dotato di tutti i comfort che aiutano a rendere estremamente piacevole il soggiorno, compresi palestra, piscina, sauna, bagno turco, bagno di vapore e possibilità di fare dei massaggi, cosa che non guasta dopo una giornata faticosa: e infatti dopo una giornata intera di escursioni e di trekking mi sono fatta fare un bel massaggio aromaterapico dall’ottima professionista balinese che lavora nel centro benessere dell’albergo. Le stanze sono ampie e confortevoli, oltre che molto luminose; il buffet della colazione è molto ricco e variegato, adatto a tutti i gusti; il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. Ci tornerei senz’altro e lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque intenda recarsi a Van (a proposito, ero l’unica europea, non solo nell’albergo, ma probabilmente in tutta la città...).

There were no welcoming information or any maps of the city provided. If you asked any question about local attractions they get upset. Also, no one even spoke English. The staff needs to be trained in customer service.

Eksi yönleri otelin verdiği odagiriş kartı çok çabuk bozuldu asansör için bu kartı kullanıyorsunuz asansörde kalma ihtimaliniz bir hayli yüksek Oda fiyatları Türkiye ve Van şartları için yüksek kalıyor daha makul tutulmalı Üzerine bu yüksek fiyatlı odalarda kahvaltı dahil değil

• ibrahim (2/5): Bir daha gitsem tercih etmeyecegim otel - Otel merkezde konum olarak cok guzel bir otel ulasim dolmuslarla saglaniyor heryer yakin..taksi fiyatlari da gayet makul sauna,havuz fitness center turk hamami gibi aktiviteleri cok iyi ayrica temiz bir otel..fakat olumsuz bircok yani var; calisanlar guleryuzlu degil, sauna havuz 10a kadar denmesine ragmen 9.30da kapaniyor. Kahvaltisi cesit yonunden zengin fakat lezzet olarak sınıfta kaldi. Ayrica peynirlerden kıl cikti bir kere oldu onemli degil dedim fakat ikincisi olunca artik temiz calisilmadigindan suphelendim. Son olarakta havaalanina ucretsiz servis deniliyor ama ozellikle pazar gunu gidis donus yapacaklar icin pazar gunu servis hizmeti yok bu da hicbir sekilde belirtilmiyor halbuki pazar gidis donus acisindan en yogun olan gun..umarim yorumlarim gidecekler icin faydali olur

• Onur (10/5): Elit - Marmaris ve Van’daki Elit World otellerinde konaklıyorum 2 yoldur.Çizgisini asla bozmayan oteller zinciri,ilgi içinde ayrıca teşekkür ederim.
• emre (6/5): Lüks konforlu otel, korkunç asansör sesi! - Otelde herşey güzeldi birşey hariç. Asansör sesi. Asansör her kata geldiğinde dıtdıt ses çok rahatsız edici. Gece uyumayı zorlaştırıyor. Onun dışında lokasyon çok iyi, hotel temiz, personel güler yüzlü herşey iyi ama bu sesli asansör büyük bir handikap. Ses o kadar rahatsız edici ki yan odadan bile duyuluyor. Bu otelde kalacaklara tavsiyem asansörden en uzak odayı tutsunlar yoksa gece uyuyamayabilirler. Otel yönetiminin bu asansör problemini acil çözmesi lazım yoksa tekrar konalamamda sırf bu yüzden bu oteli tercih etmeyeceğim
• Osman (6/5): hotels.com dan kaynaklanan sıkıntı. - ödememi size kahvaltı dahil yapmama rağmen, otelin sisteminde kahvaltı görünmüyordu. sizin mailinizi gösterdikten sonra otel çalışanları ve müdürü kahvaltıyı ikram ettiler. sabah chek out yaparken faturayı istediğimde sizin göndereceğinizi söylediler. ama henüz fatura elime ulaşmadı. .
• baris (6/5): güzel hayallerle geldiğimiz otel hüsranla ayrıldık - Bu otel, van ilinde büyük bir boşluğu doldurmuş. Otel dışarı çıkmadan hoşça vakit geçirilecek aktivitelere sahip, fakat işletme amatör ellere bırakılmış. iyi yönetilmiyor. Sauna sabah 07.00 saatinde açılıyor demelerine rağmen, 29 ekim sabahı 08.00de sauna hala ısıtılmamıştı. pastanede adımıza ayırtmış olduğumuz pasta bize sorulmadan vakit geç oldu düşüncesi ile başkasına satıldı. Prensipleri olduğunu söyleyen otel, pazargünü shuttle servisi olmadığını söyleyerek, 7 kişilik grubu hava alanına göndermemiştir. Müşteri memnuniyeti adına nekadar ilgililerle konuştuksa nafile hepsi boş. Bu zihniyet bu otele yakışmadı. 2.kez kaldığım bu otel beni ve arkadaşlarımı kaybetti.Birdaha bu otele gitmeme kararı aldık.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Elite - Herşey güzeldi ama yastıkların içindeki poşetler hariç uykumuz bezli çocukların altına serilen muşambaların sesi ile kaçtı yani
• Jose (4/5): Nice Hotel in downtown with terrible servic - Reception personnel seems to be always overloaded and they pay little or not attention to guests. They do not know how to treat guests they are mostly rude and unpolite, they do not give information they give instructions and orders. I tried to buy something in their gift shop nobody was there available for 2 days. For checking in, after a long waiting without paying attention to me they told me to come back later because there were no clean rooms available, when I returned they had a room but it was not the type of room I had booked so they wanted me to go away again and return later. 2 days in a row I asked for pillows and never got them. They reserved a driver for me to make a tour but next day the driver was not there and nobody knew who they called or what to do. I wanted to make changes to my reservation and they told me to do it through my travel agency so I called the agency when the agency tried to contact them they said nobody was there to make any decision until next day, when I check out, next day, still nobody was there to make decisions.......
• Stanley (8/5): Comfortable and ideally located - Received a room upgrade. Polite and friendly sales manager. Updated and comfortable rooms. The Air Condition, however, was not working. The hotel has a Turkish Bath and swimming pool. Wide spread for breakfast.
• Deniz (8/5): Nice hotel, very close to attractions. - Checking in was easy, rooms were clean but small. We could have a good night's sleep. Breakfast was good with both national and local recipes. The highchair for our daughter was very dirty...
• George (10/5): Good option for Van. - Excellent location for exploring Van area. Easy to find the hotel and a small car park adjacent. Wonderful spa (when the television wasn't blaring in the background) and great breakfast.
• George (10/5): Good offering in central Van - Very central hotel for visiting Van. Has a lovely sauna and the breakfast has a wide variety of offerings. Adjacent car park is small, so you leave your key with the concierge in case they have to move your car. Mastering the room air conditioning controls requires a degree in mechanical engineering. :-)
• Cath (8/5): Very centrally located - Enjoyed the hotel facilities. Staff not up to scratch for the level of hotel.
