• Mariana (5/5): - The hotel is located well - close to nice cafes and artistic places. Staff was pleasent, check in and check out was quick and they helped me with my baggage. It is also quiet at night, so you can have a good rest. The room definitely needs some renovations including facilities in the shower. There was also bad smell of cigarettes.

• Bharat Kumar (3/5): Average property with poor room infra - Size of the room and location The bathroom was ill-equipped, with no napkins or small towels. Towels were old and not clean. Toiletries were of poor quality and inadequate. No hooks to hang clothes. Electrical switches and plug points were broken and hanging out, posing a risk of electrocution. Had to ask for mineral water bottles every day. The hotel expected you to fill water from the water-camper kept in the lobby Overall, its a hotel 2 notches below for the tariff it has compared to more premium properties in the vicinity. I think they have a good Digital Marketing team, which does a good job of projecting it much higher than what it actually should be.

• Kim (7/5): Great value, location and staff. - The Fort Manor Hotel is well located in Fort Kochi to shops, restaurants, the ferries, entertainment and easy to get to sights. The room was plain but comfortable. The hotel manager and staff were very helpful and accommodating.

• Joseph (6/5): Okay if it’s for one day - Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pros: Was cheap stay and at the heart of Fort Kochi No car parking, as the road leading to hotel is narrow and filled with 2 wheelers - so ended up parking car on the road. No lift.

Aangekomen op donderdag, hotel is gevestigd in een steegje, De tv in de kamer werkte niet, wij zouden de volgende dag een andere kamer krijgen maar op vrijdag zieden ze dat het zaterdag zou worden. Zaterdag kregen we te horen dat alle kamers bezet zijn en er geen ruil mogelijk was. Zondag ben ik eerder dan gepland vertrokken.
• Bruls (10/5): Lovely and central! - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious, beautifully maintained, and offered a high level of comfort. The location is excellent — right in the center, making it easy to explore the city. What really made the experience even better was the staff: they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great stay in the heart of Fort Cochin

We asked multiple times for milk and sugar for the room, but nothing came. Many electrical sockets didn't work. The air con was intermittent. The bathmat was completely filthy. We asked several times for them to pre-book a cab to the station for midday. They didn't phone the cab until midday on the day we checked out. The cab then arrived 30 minutes late. The guys on reception seemed more interested in their mobile phones than in their guests. Dreadful. I wouldn't go back or recommend the place to anyone. Avoid.

• John (2/5): Uncomfortable and not very pleasant to put it mildly, the manager did his best during my stay, - What Breakfast, it’s not a Hotel, only rooms in a building, possibly a converted office block several years ago. The bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom is very basic, third world at best! But it worked. A one Star Rating would be possibly correct, for this room only building. Ants were in the room. This is not a hotel. The prices charged for these rooms are totally unreasonable. When it’s possible to stay at an International fully classified 5 Star hotel with a very reputable name for less money per night including a full breakfast buffet. Think twice before booking this one, it requires a full refurbishment, but it’s not a hotel. The word beach is used several times in various different descriptions, these areas of shoreline aren’t suitable to be called beaches as we know them, certainly not suitable or clean enough for children. Sorry for this review but sometimes a wake up call is needed for the whole area.

I was very pleased they didn't have cushions and bed runners on the pillows and bed because they are usually dirty and don't get gchanged / washed after every guests. Please provide tissues or serviettes in bedroom.

The bathroom, especially the shower area didn’t look like it was cleaned properly prior to our stay. There were a lot of hairs in the shower drain which stopped the water from draining. There were holes on the bath towel and bedding. The WiFi connection was poor.

The room was spacious, with reliable WiFi, which allowed me to work remotely. The linings were old and not super clean; the bathroom smelled of naphtalene. They did not clean my room on the second day

The gym next door started playing heavy bass dance music at 0600 which we could hear through the floor of our room (102) . It woke us up. Also good and friendly staff. The room seemed overpriced compared to the facilities offered. Lack of maintenance was evident. The ac remote was not working. The linen and towels were not clean and worn out. No minibar. Single water bottle provided for 2 guests. One tile was missing in the washroom.

Room was clean and well maintained. There is no elevator in the building. (although they do take your bags up for you) They mentioned complimentary cab services to/from airport which was not available. Had to insist on providing an option to pay by card as mentioned. They were asking to pay by GPay. Also nobody was at the frontdesk during an early morning checkout around 6am. The desk was empty and the door was closed (had to open it ourselves). There was no garden/beach view. The view from the room was just another building window.

It is also centrally located to all the great restaurants. The bed was comfortable. The room and bathroom was very clean. The water pressure was great and the water was hot. We also experienced no issues with the ac. The hotel is beautifully decorated. The staff are great! Friendly and make you feel comfortable. We needed help with bus schedules and they were kind enough to call the service providers and get all the details for us. We would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!.

• Gourav (5/5): It was not worth the price we paid - The location is really close to the beach. No difficulty in finding auto rickshaws from there, also we used uber and it was really quick. There is a Kathakali dance centre right in front of the hotel which was great to have as we could visit there for a professional dance experience The water force was too bad to take bath or use the wash basin. Twin beds were given though we were a couple visiting. The view from room was basically nothing aesthetic.
