• Tristan (6/5): Voor de prijs kan je het doen. Maar verwacht wat dingen. - Het personeel was erg aardig. Bedden waren erg hard, we goed geslapen. Achter het hotel zit een coca cola distributie centrum. Die werken soms snachts door. De kamers zijn er gehorig. Je hoort je buren.

• Julie (10/5): Ça reste un super hôtel pour quelques nuits. - L’emplacement géographique, le personnel, la taille de la chambre, petite piscine jolie, frigo dans la chambre. Manque de quoi faire sécher le linge. À côté d’une usine qui tourne à plein régime dès le matin avec des moteurs de camions qui tournent, klaxonnent.

• JUSTIN (5/5): - It's basic but has what you need. The pool was nice. As expected in Asia lots of things need maintenance. It's pretty standard that things are broken throughout the hotels. When I arrived the plastic two was broken but the manager tried to accuse me of breaking it and demanded money. A 3 year old could've broke it as it was that flimsy but when I arrived it was sitting in the side of the sink. He wouldn't listen though and had an attitude problem

• Urbán (7/5): - Čistý pokoj, lednice, balkon, klimatizace, denně čisté povlečení a ručníky. Vedle hotelu prodejna v garáži, jejíž součástí je půjčovna skútrů. Na nákup piv ideál. Hned vedle pár stánků, kde ráno mají knedlíky, hned vedle holka moc dobře vaří za velmi dobrou cenu. Umístění hotelu je sice v klidné uličce mimo hlavní tah, ale víceméně je potřeba si trošku zajít např. restaurace, 7/11, atd.
• Janice Sheau Fern (7/5): Satisfying stay and would recommend - It’s clean and location is great too! Nearby Lotus and Chillva night market (both within 1km) - quite walkable! Quite a distance to the beach and sometimes a little tough to get a grab. No tuktuk in sight around the hotel location - Need to go to night markets or beaches to find one.

• Ali (8/5): - The room was really big and spacious. I got a living room, bedroom, kitchen and a bathroom with shower (Kitchen didn't have the basic utilities though). You could order food or drinks directly from the reception, which is good for first-time travelers who are jetlagged and/or don't know there way around yet. Besides from the location being far away from the beaches (which didn't irritate me as I knew where the location is and I have a thai driver's license so I can driver around) There was one incident where my wife's hair henna got stuck on a towel (Not a dye and so it can be washed easily) and he wanted to show me that, but he called me into the reception and opened the towel to show us infront of everyone, which felt like a principal scolding a student lol. I mean I can buy that towel and all the towels they have in the hotel and throw them in the garbage if I want to just for fun. I am not like 'other' tourists who bargain and haggle for money. I'll happily pay for our comfort and pay double even for something we broke or did. But this incident just felt weird as it was public and felt like he wants some 'money money' from us.

Habitación amplia y limpia (la limpieza no tiene que ver con el precio, o se tiene o no se tiene, y en este caso la habitación y las camas estaban limpias) Lugar tranquilo con zonas comunes, (la piscina no la vi, hacía mal tiempo) Aunque lo promocionan como con aparcamiento, en realidad no hay, es cierto que e la calle puedes aparcar fácilmente y es una zona tranquila y segura.

• Martin (4/5): Disappointing - It is as it says a budget hotel. No frills. No parking on site and hotel is on a narrow one way lane. I had to park in the street. No tea or coffee facilities, no room safe for valuables pillows were very hard and no one on reception to ask for softer. No bedside lights so have to find bed in the dark. Room was clean.. It served my purpose for a 1 night stay. However I don't think I will book again when in Phuket overnigt

• Colin (10/5): GREAT PLACE TO STAY - The staff were really polite and respectful. No ego. They were very helpful all the time. Roof pool was very nice and refreshing. It needed a few tiles refitted but other than that, clean and very nice. Service was great. Laundry service was prompt. Done by Managers wife. Very hard worker. Manager was excellent. Would most definately go back there. The only thing I could say is that the location was quite a way from the beaches which were on the other side of the phuket (30 minute taxi ride, 280 Baht) mind you it was still nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of Patong.

No breakfast service. as usual nothing to complain about the reception. laundry service of the hotel tested. i didn't like: customers who don't respect other customers, room doors open and we chat in the hallway. i also didn't like these same customers who slam the room doors several times during the night. i had trouble closing the bay windows. our room overlooked the coca cola company, a little noise because they work at night. the extraction does not work in room 305 = unpleasant smell. the air conditioning works very well. wifi generally OK. very interesting price, i will come back provided that there is soundproofing (door frame joints in the room). moldy bathroom tile joints. cleaning done every day

• Lenka (7/5): Good - Very nice staff. Although there is no possibility of breakfast in the accommodation, you can find very nice caffee not so far away from there. Older hotel, the photos on Booking are maybe from 15years ago. There was a mold in the bathroom. We stayed for 3 nights but I reccommend to stay just 1 night if you have to. It is quite expensive for such a quality of the room. It is directly next to the very busy road but luckily you do not here anything in your room. There is nothing interesting in surrounded area, so you need to have a motorbike or car.

Staff team were excellent very helpful , thoughtful and polite. The manager was really lovely, made sure we had all our requirements he was very helpful and friendly and made sure we had the most comfortable stay. Hotel fitted our requirements.
